For over one year, my account is frozen and number OSU times have reached out and gotten lies. They have $217 of mine and they say they'll send it back but have not. Their customer service is a farce. They are liners and thieves. Stay away from this dirty company,

I PLAY 100s of hrs of blackjack a week just started using DraftKings couple weeks ago and every blackjack game I've played are scams. The algorithm ( computer dealer) will deal himself the winning hand 90 percent of the time. I'm experienced in playing online and in person at a casino and the way those cards come out isn't random at all. He deals himself 19 20 or 21 no matter what his first card is showing. Never seen blackjack 3 / 4 times in a row in my life. The more you bet the worst your hand becomes. I've been screen recording for weeks now because I know sooner or later they will be exposed and lawsuits will start flooding the company. Make a complaint to customer service they will simply tell you it's regulated and reviewed. But, by who a partner?

Customer service is straight up trash some of the worst customers service I've ever experienced no phone number to get into contact with them they say email them I r been waiting 48 hours plus. Haven't got a call nothing they locked my account made a withdrawal that I didn't make personally an I can't communicate with anyone at least Oregon lottery scoreboard had great customer service this is straight up trash an playing with peoples money worst betting app ever used well the actual app is fine it's the employees an customer service that is just flat out trash an they don't even give a $#*!

I had a parlay on the suns against the rockets, one of my legs was mcgee to get one+ blocks, me and my family all witnessed it happen, but for some reason DraftKings did not recognize it, that's bull$#*!! I'm done with this app.!

This place is not to be trusted and to be honest our country is better off running moonshine and playing poker live, not to mention placing bets with the local bookie. This is all coming from a life time poker player and professional gambler. They are crooks, they have people playing for the company from the inside or taking kick backs you can bet your life on it. Keep things very small play to have fun and if you win a few hundred take some out and use it. Ive got decades in this $#*! and the odds a normal joe opening up the app putting in 200 winning anything big so low it would shock you! Its just full of bad scandlist people so dont think you can hit it and change you life. Its simply not true!

The worst betting app available today is draft kings.
Stingy app with unreasonable mission offers. And promotions are junk ALL the time! They screwed us over on our sport league NFT gig in the state of Pennsylvania. People who invested in that took huge loss. This app doesn't care about its customer base like other companies do. Other companies even offer more free promotions as well. Draft kings you suck so hard. You should be the first app to go!

You will no longer win on this site, if you do, you will invest 1000 to win 200. DK no longer pays out. I am with a few other Vegas casino apps and they are fair with better reward programs free rooms, concerts etc. DK has the crown program which is complete garbage.
DK has shareholders to bow down too with no physical casino properties. The first year they paid out but not anymore. Before playing here ask yourself the question do you feel like trying to get back fifty percent of your money you deposited? Trust me when I say this it's been four months with no significant wins. Other apps are much more fair and honest please do yourself a favor a leave these amateur casino operators. Where is the gaming control board when you need them? This site needs to be audited. Ps. I was denied $200 bonus for first time gambling in Ohio. I made a $5 bet and they said I put a booster onto it? I have no idea what that was, but it violated their rules? So, I get no $200 bonus. Too much competition to worry about this. Awful customer service.

I was betting never win spent over 1000$ and when I win they start asking me for bank statements and alot of other stuff after a week I send everything they need they stop responding to my emails never playing again on this app

They have a special where you bet moneyline of nba game and if your team ever goes up by 10,you win bet on spot. Only thing is, bastards don't pay off. Houston up 19 to 6 over Toronto on 02/03 and they never paid off. Done with this site.

They took 600 from me when draftkings rocket was malfunctioning. After I took the time to send emails and screen shots they still didn't offer a damn thing. Thousands of dollars have went to them from me and they do nothing! Absolute scam artists

When I first started with DraftKings some years back they were a good company to play and I enjoyed it very much. I now feel quite differently because they have horrific customer service and very poor management in my opinion. They have you opt in to bets. As soon as the bet is placed they change the payout amount. This is the second time I've opted into a team scoring doubles my bet. As soon as I place the bet, the payout turns to.17 from $37.14.

So now they have me risking $37 to win 17 cents and they offer no way to cancel after screwing you.

Simply put, never join draftkings. Woke up one day to an email stating that my account has been permanently banned and was unable to withdraw the money that I had in my account. I have emailed the support and they stated that they are not able to disclose why my account got banned or why I can't withdraw my money. If you want to risk your money due to an in adequate company. Feel free to join draftkings.

So I complained about a game that dragt kings has called the Rocket. So this game is "connection problems " right. It just so happens that it does it when you bet big or about to win big. Either way they shut my account down 4 months for the end of the year when my tier status was going up after I hit 90,000. I am ******* short and my account is suspended for 3 months. Tell me how this right. Not to mention all the bets that I didn't get to play or didn't get reimbursed for them.I have spent thousand with this site. So be were they scam artist

I read these reviews and I am shocked! I have been an attorney for 50 years and have never, ever seen anything like this. From these reviews it is clear that the operators of DraftKings are engaged in serious crimes. I read in one account that they are operating in Bulgaria which makes it far more difficult to recover from them. I've found their customer service to be helpful and knowledgeable and their promotions pretty fair. They definitely do a better job than any of the other online sportsbooks that I've used (and I've tried out quite a few). DraftKings is the only one I'm sticking with long term.

When I tried to withdraw money, only $100, I was unable to do so. After 3 weeks of waiting for customer service to activate my account again and allow me to make withdraws or generate teams for the NFL playoffs, I decided to permanently close my account. Customer Service did then send me the money in my account and notified me that I could never open an account again with Draftkings. I'm not sure exactly what technology issues are going on with legitimate money transfers, but if you're having troubles, just close your account permanently. The money in your account will be sent to you via UPS. You will not be able to use Draftkings anymore. Draftkings is not trying to keep your money, rather a technology challenged company with a world full of cyber criminals.

It seems like they are not available in all locations in the US. It's fine. But you should verify location first and then get information from customers.

After we provide social security number and drivers licenses, we test the location and it is not legal to play. Finally, we cannot play but they collect all our personal information.

Do not recommend this company.

Do not trust this site. They stole hundreds of dollars out of my account and then locked it. The only way they would unlock it was if I sent them sensitive personal documents to prove my identity which wasn't necessary to sign up. Obviously I didn't and took my betting affairs over to Fanduel. Stay far far away!

They are great at taking your money on bad sports bets and their casino games. But once u have a good sports bet they canceled out half of your picks or take 30 minutes for someone to review your bet. Absolute turd of a betting site. Support local and kick these guys to the curb

Lost a lot of money cause as soon as it was game time half my bet were delete which was my best pics. I have definitely lost a lot of money cause of this. Have not been refund for the bets. Thieves is all I'm gonna say. Waiting for a few days and if i can get my money back I'm closing this account. All i have to say is unbelievable I made only 11 dollar out of 35+ I spent. Fan duel here I come. I have no proof cause it was all deleted. Good scam cheers to draft king. Never again

We are getting legalized sportsbook in Kansas on September 1st. I tried to sign up on Draft Kings REPEATEDLY without success. I triple checked the entered data, but they said my identity could not be verified. Switched to FanDuel and signed up with the same bonus in about a minute. DraftKings? Not so much. I don't need the headaches. FanDuel has the far superior site.
