I've had several impossible times trying to get withdrawals from my draft kings account. They are repeatedly 'canceled.' Then they claim they can't do anything about it!

But, if you'll notice, they can ALWAYS TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT!

I'm beginning to believe that Draft Kings is part gambling website and partially a scam site.

If you must do online sports betting, try another site like MGM, Ceasars, or Fan Duel, and AVOID Draft Kings at ALL COSTS. You may not get your money back!

Just a disgrace to sportsbooks. Dont like them at all. Vigs are way higher then most sportsbooks. They have a social tab which has alot of incompete people (maybe Draftking themselves) posting outrageous bets that you can tail but seem to always lose. They also post alot of premade parlays that always lose by 1 leg. The live betting is garbage due to the scoreboard and game tracker never being in sync so they can confuse you to make live bets and lose instantly in most causes because information is not upto date.

This is the a scam company,the money you bet won"t be if you picked a winning team it will be if you ever see your win money.They will email you back,never act after that! NO PHONE EVER TO TALK ABOUT A PROBLEM,THEY WILL EMAIL YOU TILL YOU ARE WORN OUT.REMEMBER I TOLD YOU SO!

Since the day I signed on with DraftKing I haven't received my bonus rewards, it has been a on going regal pain dealing with DraftKing customer support. They are rude, never get to the point of the issue and just brush you off with a stupid response that has nothing to do with the issue. The have these contest the advertise for customers opt in. The more you spend the higher up the ranks you receive. They send emails saying you have made it up the rinks and say you won this amount of free chips but they never really receive what they say you won. It's false advertising. I have tried explaining multiple times to DraftKings customer service, I have sent pics of the emails saying I won, All that customer service did because I tried to get what I earned and rewarded from there emails stating I have. There answer is I all ready played. Just because I tried to explain numerous times and spent observed amount of time trying to only get back my rewards. DraftKing started to send me distasteful emails and even had the nerve to cancel my account till I had to explain I wasnt addicted to gambling. Just because I want my rewards. DraftKing is the only casino who doesn't give bonus after ech deposit. They only hold these games they offer weekly. Worst part you have ti deposit about $2500 just to get $100 in rewards. Don't be a fool as I was and opt in on DraftKing promotions. They are rigged. And false advertising..

Overall this $#*! is a scam I'm recommending NO ONE BET WITH THEM they're playing people out of money once you bet and WIN they lock you out of your account and come up with all types of excuses on why they can't lift the restrictions on the account

This casino is a joke… save your money and play a different one! They locked mg account for a year because my wife self excluded her account. I never did mine but they did for me! Joke!

I thought I could trust DraftKings online gambling and live casino but I can't and you shouldn't either. I have lost thousands with no returns what so ever. It's set up for you to lose and lose only. They scam and use bots with out a doubt. I have used many methods used in gambling and I always end up losing everything i have in my balance to 10-13 hand losing streaks (yes in a row) and this is on multiple occasions. That doesn't happen in real casino play and when you have lost all your money or course the next hand is your winning hand. I'm disappointed with all online gambling they will suck you dry and not blink a eye or have a bad feeling. I understand you aren't going to win every time but to lose every single time isn't right either. Never again will I trust any online gambling and to be honest it's only hurting the industry because I'll never be back ever. You lost a customer for life. I have NEVER made a withdrawal that I remember from draftking. They blocked my account saying that some other person tried to log in in mass. I always log in the same computer from NH. They I'm sure have the IP address. They have sent generic emails how they are their to help me? My first complaint was yesterday 12/9/2022 I'm still waiting. I gave my phone number to phone me nothing. Im a disabled veteran and I'm not just forgetting this. I will get attorney if needed and make sure every person I know gets this info. I'm with the DOD. Please email draftkings let them know that you are f----------- a veteran The latest: They resolved the issue. It took about literally 30 emails, I don't stop. I also did threaten legal action. I had a real nice person not with draftkings get this happening for me. I really wont say his name or title because I dont want this person flooded with emails. MY SUGGESTION: DO NOT QUIT i dont care how many emails how many hours just get it in your favor. I KNEW I did nothing wrong. If you quit its done. You have to keep trying it took me 5 days.

I placed my $10 bet won $101 then as I went to withdraw the money to my bank account I get an email saying suspicious activity to my draft king account now they want a selfie of me holding my drivers license up to my face as well as a full entire bank statement with my account numbers address and account history I would not bet any money with draft kings you will not play hell trying to get your money I'm going to dispute the original charge to my bank BEWARE SCAM

Before draft kings took over Scoreboard app of OREGON was exllelent, it was cool, now I can't even log into the site, my pH is good, internet, there site lags sooooo HARD, lost $$ Due to how slow the site was trying 2 process,, CHILD'S PLAY, figure the site out DRAFT KINGS, 4 THE LUV OF GOD

I placed 5k. Promo states if I lose they will give me play credit. I tried to use credit and was unable to on multiple bets. First they claimed I was not eligible but I had proof then they gave it to me. They blamed it on IT etc. THER IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK TO. Tons of emails. I disputed charge because they did not provide me with the service they offered and won. THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. I will file a claim in court next week. STAY AWAY. I will sell all my stocks as well because this company wont be able to sustain when they are scamming people out of money.

This book knows how to take your money, but when it comes to withdrawing your winnings it takes a whole week to get the money. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I needed help with withdrawing my money and nobody could help me. I got frustrated told them I will cancel my account. THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, tell I requested it. Why would I request for my account to be canceled when I have money in it and live bets active. They think people are stupid. They locked me out of my account. DO NOT USE DRAFTKINGS, PLEASE BELIEVE ME. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS. There are a lot better books out there that make it easy to withdraw your money, and much better customer service. THIS BOOK IS HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. DONT USE IT.

DraftKings has the worst platform for sports bets and casino games.
Their bonuses restrict all deposits until they are fully played through 15 X's the amount of the deposit, regardless if you wanted to play casino games or just place sports bets. It will restrict the full deposit for casino only until those funds are exhausted.

Customer service is mediocre at best. The only form of communication is sending an email. They have no LIVE chat agents or a phone number to call.

My next call will be to make a complaint with the BBB and Michigans Gaming Control Commission

I'm going to be very honest with this review. DraftKings operates in a manner that feels very fraudulent. I opened an account in mid-October 2022. I began learning the sports betting process, particularly how to make parlay wagers. November 7th, the NBA had a rare day where all teams played. So I figured out how to place a 10 dollar 15-Leg wager that would have paid $32,000 if I won. Draft Kings immediately placed a restriction on my account and sent me an email saying I had to prove my identity and location because I had engaged in betting irregularities. I had to send them a photo of me holding my driver's license and two bank statements for two credit cards I had linked to my account. Three weeks later, account was still restricted and I could not gain access to $185 was in my account. DraftKings does not have live customer service operators. Communication is done thru email. And I sent 14 emails asking when the restriction would be lifted and only got the same auto-bot reply every time. The Chat line is the same way. This company, with its national TV ads and comedian Kevin Hart as its spokesperson is selling the public a fraudulent image. There are too many other Sportsbook companies on the market for DraftKings to be operating in such a shady manner. I contacted my state's attorney general office and forwarded them my info.

I was winning on DraftKings and cashing out like crazy, I normally use my debit card but I had exceeded the minimum for the day so I was using my daughters card, when I was loosing they had no problem with receiving funds from it but when I was hitting they locked me out and than asked for all cards banks statements and I'd and everything, than came back and said that I violated some bull$#*! but normally other casinos won't let you deposit anything without the card being in your name to being with, so they locked me out and said they have terminated my account for violating something except they also claim I forfeited all my money I had in there and also I had already pmacwd over 300.00 in bets for the superbowl and they won't refund my money they kept all my money and he clearly stated I won't get it back. Everyone needs to file a claim with the gaming commission in your area to the bull$#*! and fraud they are committing and keeping my money they ain't gona do, so since they say I violated why aren't they obligated to pay me what I donated to them in losses in the card? Anyone who has wrote a good review on here, deserves a good kick in the teeth. Their a lier working for DraftKings. That's a fact. Never play, never play it again, it's an absolutely robbery.

They burned me for 10 dollars? So sad and so dumb! They randomly changed their the deposit page to a shady "special one time offer deal". This "special deal" could not be closed or bypassed so I reached out for help over and over and the customer service reps sent me a link that went right back to the "special offer". At some point I just assumed if they keep sending me to it then it must be fine. WELL it was not! It was a scam that you could not move or withdrawl! I'm sure they burned someone for much more than my 10 dollars… which I could care less about, it's the principle. I was told I could be refunded after 24 hours and then after 24 hours I was told NO! Be super careful with this site! Customer service has now been just completely ignoring me. It feels sooo wrong and dirty. Like "we got his 10 dolllars, turn off the lights and pretend we're not home". Figured they could at least just transfer it over to the Sportsbook? Would have given it right back in no time! I now understand the horrible rating this site has. The business motto of lets grab 10 dollars right this second instead of 10 dollars a day for the year is not a good one.

The worst customer service in the sector! They only reply with auto written e-mails and they never help you with anything. Only keep you in the loop when you want to withdraw your money. If you want to deposit no problem right away but when it comes to withdraw they ask you thousands of questions and documents. This website is my biggest regrets ever. I've played the same slot game for over 2 yrs and I haven't won nothing. These games aren't fair. U complain to customer service they just suspend your account. This site sucks don't play on it
