Can never get any help with any of the bonuses or rewards it is confusing there is no good directions and nobody will ever answer a phone because they never give you a phone number and nobody will ever call me back no matter how many times I give them my phone number

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a golfer that decided to WD at the last minute and DK gave me exactly 3 minutes to change it. I was on a conf. Call and couldn't get there in time. You are the worst DK. Why don't you let me switch my golfer with someone who hasn't started yet and in this case, no one even started yet! Total BS... I will have no issues taking mine and the hundreds of other players business over to your competitor. Shame on you

I really like DraftKings. Of course how you feel about it at any given moment depends a lot on if you are having a winning or losing session. I put $500 in my account to bet on the real madrid game, my funds were restricted to casino gambling only. I went back and forth emailing for about a week over why it wouldn't let me sports bet. Then suddenly I was locked out of my account, I contacted them and went back and forth emailing getting the same answer.
My account is associated with another account and therefore my account was restricted for my security. They told me my account was secure, yet there was no way to resolve this problem. Flash forward to today... I am so upset they are telling me they are closing my account... and sending me $0.08 that was in my account.
What a joke. So sad I didn't get to put my money on Madrid and make 2700... and they took my $500.
Don't use them and tell everyone.

The casino for draft king is an absolute fraud I've played black jack for almost 18 years I've. Ever seen so many 7 cards 21s and 20s all on my bigger bets everytime they give you free play they just take it right back I've never seen so many pulls in my life completely unfair and is robbing the community of a fair shot I highly recommend nobody play the casino on there unless they enjoy losing consistently

They will locked your account and hole yourmoney hostage, make you send all types of documents to prove you are you. They tell you it is not acceptable. They put you through vigorous procedure. No one communicate with each other, one agent is telling you do one thing, while another is telling you something else.and still nothing gets done. They don't give call back even if you request it. On one listen to anything you have to say. I spent almost 2 months trying to resolve a simple issue and still to this day it is not resolved. The customer service is horrible, the response time is terrible and the hold procedure is observed. Do waste time or money with DraftKings, play at Mohegan sun online. Same thing less hassle.

Opened an account, but had some technical issues on my end (no big deal). So i requested to close my account. Months later a figured out the issues, and so i started up an account. After a couple weeks of sports bets, they locked my account. After some questioning, they stated that i could no longer have an account because i had previously closed my other account, and i was permanently locked out per their rules. I had to fight a bit to even get half (not all) of my money back from my account.

I spent my 5, free bets won't work. Disgusting customer service. I emailed them 6 days ago, and no response. I have emailed a total of 6 times, once a day and still nothing. They just take ur 5 bucks. Imagine how rich they got off that, and with no customer service, no trouble, until now. Update: they fixed everything and gave my free bets back

I really wish I would've do my research before signing up. They asked for all personal info, credit card, address, etc., etc., then when I went to place a bet, boom, a message that I live in a State that does not allow betting. Why doesn't Draftkings verify that first, before getting all your personal information and your money,...Scam Scam Scam, cancelling my credit card, reporting to BBB.

I just wasted 45 minutes of my day trying to deposit money into this bug infested website.

If it is this difficult to deposit money, I can't imagine the ordeal I would go through to get my money out.

I've never used draftkings and I never will because of that annoying hockey speak commercial. Holy $#*! is it annoying! I played hockey in college and never heard anyone speak that way. If anyone did we would have smacked him around. PLEASE take it down.

Use any other service but not DraftKings.They will not always pay you the amount you win.They do not have phone number to contact and you will never be able to get hold of them with emails and stuff.I am just saying this with experience not only with me but couple other people.DRAFT KING IS SCAM.Just passing my experience as I had many people with this grad from DraftKings so please rethink if you're trying to join draft king.It is not a good betting site.

I withdrew 30k$ on Friday, it was accidentally sent to my old bank account that is now closed. I confirmed with Huntington bank yesterday that they recieved and sent back the 30k to draft kings. This money is not back in my account. Customer service has been horrible at helping me. The first time I talked to them they told me it would take 3 business days to return. The next time I talked to them, they said 8 days. The last time I talked to them they said 10 days. They haven't offered a casino bonus or anything for the inconvenience. I'm not sending more money until this is resolved. I play almost every day, I have wagered over a half million this year alone. It doesn't make sense to send more money until this is resolved. Am I not a valued customer? Be careful with this app, they sure don't make me wait to deposit money, but my withdrawals are a completely different story! Please be careful with draft kings!

How is this making me money. Every time I bet it freezes up and when it comes back available I can't place a bid then I lose money when I place a bid on what I didn't want. I thought It was the bid I placed before hand and it wasn't. "this is a scam " i starting placing.50 bids and still freezes up. This is the worse site

Customer service told me I qualified for a deposit match bonus and when I made my bonus they made up excuses why I couldn't get the bonus. I sent them the fine print for the bonus I opted into to prove that I qualified and they didn't respond. With all of the other options for online sportsbook and fantasy it's crazy they would try to screw their customers

The play through requirements are impossible. It is in the fine print. They can keep your Deposit money if you don't meet the play through requirements in the time they set. You may as well give them your money. Play other sites that are much better like Bet MGM.

Someone stole my social security number and created a DraftKings account with it. No one will get back to me and my email was blocked. I have no Idea what to do, someone created a fraudulent account with a stolen social security number and they have no issues with it.

I've used most of the different Sportsbooks and DraftKings is the worst. The website is constantly having "communication errors" and the location software is s***. Even worse is their odds boosts, promos and same game parlay odds are a joke and ridiculously adjusted. Do yourself a favor and stay away from DK for sports betting

It is amazing to me that this platform will take my deposit from my account but when I actually win, they will not pay me my money through the same account I use to deposit. In fact I can't get my payout from them!

While your site sucks and your customer service does also you have the nerve to screw the shareholders. Fix the problems focus on getting and keeping customers, and produce for shareholders. Before you rape the company with your utter greediness!
