This is just legal way of robbing people and if you complain they will say your just upset cause you lost. Like how do they get away with this. Draftkings does not refund winnings ever they do not answer to anyone, they sent me fake tracking numbers, still no check but if you wanna deposit it's one second just don't win because you have no access to your own money

This site will freeze you're account if you start winning, they don't pay you the correct winnings, they will not withdraw your money back to you after your account is locked. Worst customer service ever. Go to Fanduel! No problem so far! Everyone who has had a bad experience with DRAFTKINGS should file a legal complaint!

I made a 25 dollar deposit for the 2.25 millionaire fantasy pool and the picks I made it then I hit submit an it deleted my picks and gave me picks I didn't even make my user name is LR600.don't ever play this event it just takes your money.I picked both of the running backs of the Cleveland browns K. Hunt and Ford.and I selected Texans defense and as you guys can see for all my selections saying NOT STARTED YET...Smh please don't fall victim

Had a 100$ bet on blackjack. The game crashed before cards were dealt and they did not refund the bet. Literally stealing from their patrons

DraftKings is absolutely horrible while playing live blackjack it kicks you off probably twice a day if you play frequently and they say it's due to checking location. Also customer service doesn't seem to care whatsoever.

They don't even deserve one star. My account has been locked up for almost a month. I have funds on deposit that I can't access. I've sent all documents possible to prove ID and ownership to no avail. As far as I'm concerned this casino is inferior to all the rest.

Placing a bet on a game. They say it's full. Then they send you to another set of games to play. Come to find out you have entered the game they said was full now you've paid for two games.

They refuse to allow me to withdrawl my funds. I have escalated the matter and they respond with a canned response. I tried other methods and all have been blocked on withdrawls. Then the app keeps failing by glitching off each and everytime. Do not use them if you want to keep your money safe. Avoid them at all costs.

Customer service responds at an extremely slow rate, different person every time that has no background on your situation and does not resolve in a timely fashion. Use another service this place is brutal

My account get restricted and for months now they keep asking for the same info to be sent in. I'll send it in then they will say it's being reviewed. Couple weeks ago by il email back swing what's going on. Then they ask for the same info as I sent in. There not trying to help me play there just taking advantage of a mentally handicapped individual like they have to others before

Won $287.25 and accidentally sent that amount to them instead of withdrawing. Now they have $574.50 and won't send it back. I'd be happy to at least get 1/2 so I'm not out anything but they're crooks and don't pay!

It's obvious that the games are fixed. New customers may win initially but the house will get all of their money back. I think a four year old makes the MLB odds because they are God awful and inaccurate. Casino gaming is obviously fixed. Fair and regulated my $#*!.

Everytime I have a question or anything I feel like it's answered and dealt with in a very timely manner. One of the team members today respectfully showed me that I made a mistake but was very awesome about it. Big shout out to Grace and thank you so much for your help.

I play between 6 to 10 different sports apps with casinos and draftkings was a great app a few years back you could bet a game, double or triple or even make much more from the casino.I just looked at all my totals since I began whenever they became legal in PA, my draftkings account is by far the worst.most apps pay back close and if I'm down a couple of thousand on each, draftkings is 5xs higher...its just not a good app anymore and it's truly not going to payout on their casino games ever again..

Roster change last minute invalidated my entries no warning...they said they would not credit me after cancelling sometimes the may message you but the did not...games a rescheduled all the time and then the house takes it

Draft kings will advertise every commercial break during the super bowl. They will allow you to deposit funds even when you reside in a state that you can't use them to bet while in your state. They will then hang onto your funds and not process a refund on a weekend. Their site will state that if you have a debit card on file that accepts push deposits your refund will process in less than 24 hours but then when you call will say they only process refunds and withdrawals Mon through Friday from 9 to 5 and that it will be at least 2 days not including the weekend even when your home page will show the funds are gone right when you request it. Deceptive! Don't use them if you expect to be able to bet on the game unless you are in a state that allows you to bet with them. Horribly Deceptive I hope someone files a class action suit against them for this.

Don't waste your $#*!ing money on this app. They are $#*!ing thieves. You never win anything I deposited almost $100 a day for like two weeks and lost every single dime and didn't even come close. I swear if I ran into an employee, I would knock their $#*!ing head off.

I received casino credits based on my deposits 20% every week but as soon as I won, my host Mike C stated that they are not available anymore. My account ended up getting closed bc I questioned them that they only care about losing players. DraftKings is a scam, stay away and save your money.

Registered with them, but could never log in. No matter what you do, all you get are error messages telling you that your e-mail address or password are invalid. Resetting the password does nothing. Whether using the phone app or your computer, it will say your location can't be verified. Don't waste your effort trying to join Draftkings. It's a useless site.

If I didn't know better I would think this company is a scam. How can you run a company with no customer service. Any kind of questions you have to go only through email and it takes hours I mean literally I'm still waiting and it's been 7 hours to try to get questions answered. They refuse to call you on the phone stay away from these bombs total BS

The customer service for this company is dreadful. Still waiting for a response. It's sunday and I would have liked to put some bets in. Unfortunately my account has been locked all day and i've done nothing but give them every item they asked for to open my account back up. Still waiting for response. I'll be using another sports betting app going forward
