The should be a lawsuit filed against this website for what they are doing. It really called STEALING not Gambling. They will allow one hit or pay out. Cash out soon after. The game will freeze and take your money

I signed up and received 25 dollars free play, which is cool. However I played a casino game called Cash Explosion and had to restart the game at least 10 times! Frustrating! I will definitely stick with MGM! Total Garbage!

I don't even think the casino is regulated. You can't win anything on here. It's a joke. Their offers are terrible too. I understand they exist to make money, but I'm not giving any more of mine. If you're looking to throw money in the trash, this is the place to be!

I have tried multiple fantasy sports websites and sports books, and Draftkings is the worst and most corrupt.

I experienced multiple failures of the website with doing payouts and entering incorrect statistics. The support team had a rude attitude and never did the correct thing and refused to assist me.

Draftkings gives sports betting a black eye and should be avoided. It is a poor and corrupt experience. All the people I dealt with were disgustingly bad.

DraftKings are by far the worst gambling site to bet on! They have no problem taking your money when you lose, it's definitely not reciprocated when you win. Restrict your account for bogus accusations! Wouldn't recommend to my enemy

Take your business elsewhere these guys are shady. Signed up early to get the free bets in Ohio since sports betting just became legal Jan 1 2023. Login first fund my account and all my bonus bets are expired. These guys are classless and should be shut down. Would give zero stars if possible. Photo of all my rewards grayed out, never used, never could be used.

Draft kings needs to have a 1-800 number for customers to get customer service. Long story short they are doing it way wrong. It takes hours to get something simple completed or changes. I moved to FanDuel. It takes them a couple minutes for the same things. That's just sad. That's just bad management. Not caring about the people you serve. Just in it for the money. Very sad. Lost a loyal customer. Fix your problems or you will lose so many more valuable customers such as myself. Poorly managed

I have several gambling apps and have contacted customer support successfully regarding issues until now. DraftKings is horrible. No live customer service. The only way to contact them if there is an issue - say they lock your account - is through messaging. Then, you never hear from them. Will I ever be able to unlock my account and recover the money I have won? With so many options, I would stay away from DraftKings.

I will say the casino allows wins on smaller bets but as soon as you increase you will see the dealer start magically getting 21 on slop hands. I wanted to try it an see how if I kept increasing bets what would happen and sure enough the system started reading where I placed higher bets on 3 hands at a time. Save your money and do the sports betting the system cannot cheat your bets there. Stay away from the casino. Better chance going to real casino instead of allowing computer to drain your account.

I got locked out my account because I created one long ago and didn't remember. You make a parlay and start winning the system will lock up one or more live games and not let you cash out early. They don't seem to have a problem paying out if you win every pick you made, but they do not like the cash out option. Which is why I ask why even offer something you rig to only benefit DK?

Won a bonus on a game and the game froze. I went back and forth with "customer service" for 3 days. They kept blaming my wifi but yet every other game worked fine off said WiFi. After being ignored for an entire day, I received my bet back and the free spins were aborted. Unfair gaming practices right there. Customer service could see I won the free games on their end but never did a thing about it.

So I placed a wager of $100 on an anytime TD scorer prop on Jase Mclellan of Alabama against Georgia on 12/2/23. I placed the bet before the game and he ended up not playing in the game because of injury. So as per rules I assumed the bet would be voided and my wager returned to me. However that wasn't the case! They categorized it as a loss so when I contacted them, they completely lied to me and said he did play which wasn't the case! I sent pictures to them through email that he didn't play and they just kept saying he played. To a guy that wagers almost everyday if I lose I lose but if it's not fair and my hard earned money is taken for no reason that's where I have a serious problem. $100 isn't a lot of money but it's the principle! How TF can you spend thousands in a period of time, and yet the only win is a dollar or two! Bonus round are next to impossible! Well they don't write the laws about where you can bet from what location, but if you can't bet and you try to withdraw your money, THEY NEED to let you withdraw your money. NOWHERE on their site does it show the status of your withdrawal either; you have to dig for the email they sent. Not only that, but they don't sent you an email when they cancel your withdrawal. You have to stick with them and push. I'm still awaiting a response, wondering what happened to $xxxx. Xx so yeah. Can't

I ordered my husband several items from the Draftkings Store online for his birthday. I had an issue with the hat I ordered and although it took several days to receive a responsevia email, the customer service was extraordinary once I did. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. It was worth the extra $ for expedited shipping. The box the items arrived in was very nice. I am extremely satisfied and while continue shopping on their site.

Do not go here if you want to win on slots, they do not pay. Also, you go to the promotions page and there's no promotions, but as soon as you're done depositing they all of a sudden got a promotion for free money.

You probably won't have problems with Draft Kings, until you try to make a Withdrawl! At that point they will throw up roadblocks, and reasons not to send your $$$. Their standard line they use on everybody is, "there is suspicious activity involving your account, so we can not honor your request. $#*! DraftKings!

It's so bad that it is almost seems like scum, do not get fooled by those commercials, I can not talk to a live person which has made me very frustrated. It tells me to reset the password and when you do that they say an email was just sent to you to reset your password and that email never comes to you, I am very concern that email may go to a third party with your personnel information, when I bring this matter to their online chatting they don't even respond accordingly.
They finally resolved my issue, once you get hold of someone which is very challenging then their service is good.

Long story short they refuse to let me withdraw my $******* and after disputing with them for 6 days they blocked my account and ended communications me, while still holding on to my funds that I deposited.
