I have been a loyal draftkings bettor for almost 4 years. Most years I have lost money, but in the last year and a half I have been on a great winning streak. They have now restricted most of my bets. Some bets I am allowed to risk huge amounts to win a little but they restrict my bet size on many straight bets and I'm severely restricted on parlays. I'm not talking huge amounts either, sometimes I'm limited to a $45 bet when I was trying to do $300. One of my good friends bets 25k on UFC bets and I'm here nickel and diming. If you look on google and youtube, you'll see that DK only wants recreational bettors, versus serious bettors. I know I'm chump change compared to most!

I joined Draft Kings under the assumption which they said free five dollar bet to win 280 never received my five dollar bet to win 280 had to deposit my money and never received my five dollars to win 280 bet yes Do not join this site I deposited my money in rivers sports book deposit match they did exactly what they said

So I have been with draft kings for 6 months lost a significant amount and I attempted to make a large bet which was rejected due to the limited payout so I attempted to withdraw the money in my account and they locked it so I could not withdraw so as far as I'm concerned this is theft.

I started winning bets and was accused of being a computer making my bets. Locked me out of my account and has my money locked in the account. Now they want me to verify my bank account. No problem my name is on the cards. No, they want my bank statements. I have requested for a call back since you can't call them no call back this has been going on a while. They have copies of my id next to my head to verify im me they have copies of my cards I use on their sight they have copies of my utility bills i am not giving them anymore especially if they can't use what they have to verify me then they are not smart enough to protect my bank information let loan what they already have. All that's besides every time I start getting ahead in the Betts something goes wrong with the system or need to re-login conveniently something always has an issue I am starting to think that DraftKings is more of a scam than anything, Fanduel for fair games so far is what i have came to the conclusion of. This is the worst online betting site ever! They lie so much and then if you do win… you can't even log back into your account. $#*! this site and I wish that I could see them in person!

This site is such a joke and they're so shady customer service is the worst their promotions are not in your promotion box until they feels a good time to put it there which is normally when you finish playing not like every other site every other site at midnight they put up all the promotions for that day DraftKings throws them in your box no kidding usually right when you're done playing to try to get you to deposit more money and then they went and took away your withdrawal methods I can no longer withdraw with my bank debit card that I used to make my deposits I have to sign up for that crooked company PayPal if I want to withdraw my winnings and then they have the nerve to put online that they're the number one ranked casino what a joke

They locked my account and gave me some reason that I simply don't understand I tried to place some teams up in Chicago for Christmas and then back at Alabama the next day couldn't take my money out till I supposed to take a picture of myself with my license and send it to them don't trust them better sites out there

Your commercials are so bad and it's obvious you can't even find actors with any talent to perform in them. I would never even consider using your scamming betting services. Loser's!

Signed up got my bonuses and won some money the day after I signed they said my account was linked to another account. They won't pay me my money and this whole online gambling is a Rip off. DO NOT USE DRAFTKINGS THEY ARE RIP OFF SCAMMERS! Most of the emails I got were from foreigners should tell you something about DraftKings.

I lost so much money playing this crap casino I refuse to ever play it again … I literally didn't win NOT ONCE. Even as I bet on every single spot it roulettes spins will Jump EVERYTIME … horrible and disgusted

Total scam site-BEWARE. If you play the casino games they are totally rigged, no,"fair gaming" at all. I played the roulette and deposited a few hundred to test the validity of the site. I played a dollar at a time on the roulette and if I lost, I would slightly increase my bet each time. I played BLACK each round and the game fell on red 12 out of 13 times, including 10 straight times in a row. The probability of that happening is slim to none. They will STEAL YOUR MONEY- DONT USE THIS SITE!

Although I did receive most of what was offered, they are on a long hustle.
There has been multiple times where I met the criteria in the bonus I selected and if you don't have verified screenshot of ENTIRE offer they don't pay, and when contact customer service they just bounce you back an email asking for something else even if you did have screenshot!
If you're unfortunate enough to ever have to contact them they put you on a hamster wheel that can only end it not being worth the incredible nonsense they pull
Worst of all the put strategic pop up banners in live cash money games that if you go to press the appropriate button on screen the pop up is conveniently for them right at that place where you are touching and bam out you go hoping to re-enter and pick up where you left only to find that game was never played in there eyes even if you can show you anteed up for it!
They are worse than any crook in the street they hide behind the internet to literally steal your money if they can't win it first.
I guarantee is they will got your stack one way or another you stand a better chance of safely gambling in the worst neighborhood with the worst people imaginable!

Getting the 10th pick 3 times I'm a row, DraftKings responded with; draft order is random, so I do one more best ball draft, making it 4 times in a row that I get the 10th pick, now DraftKings isn't responding, sounds like I got scammed already and the football season hasn't even started!

These guys are rip offs. I have been betting since day one. Well last week I found out my debit card was compromised by a person in NE, interesting yes.
So I called my bank, and they closed that card and issued a new card.
When I received the new card, I went into deposits and added a card. Well it kept dealing saying my bank didn't allow it because it was a business account.
I contacted draft king customer service 15 times and have the emails to prove it.
They kept saying my bank would allow it, now mind you this was during betting times on good teams that I have won with often. So, after 15 back and forth I called my bank and they said no restriction on my card. So I recontacted them again, received the first email saying to use there library, then finally someone that knew what they were talking about. He said you have to go into your account at DraftKings.com/account and delete the old card and add the new one. Great it worked, then 2 days later they locked my account because of all the declined debits because there people didn't know how to guid me. So they want a picture of me holding my drivers license clearly showing it's me, I did it, then bank statements with both debit cards on the statement, but can't upload to there account. No help after that. Told them send me a check and close the account, haven't even heard back from them. I'm also going to attorney general and an attorney. By the way they throttle there program at times for there benefit. They are bad stay away, they rip people off, and by the way I have deposited thousands of dollars from there checks into my bank account.

Too many freezes and glitches, won't play again. Very annoying and doesn't pay out as much as you bet...waste of money!

I would be very wary of gambling with them. I won $140 and they wouldn't let me withdraw the money. Also there's no way to contact them. Very disappointing

I closed a bet an confirmed the close. The System left the bet open, which ultimately ended in a lost, but should have doubled my money, had my close been accepted.

I deposited 100 to receive a 50 casino bonus after i won 48 I had 198 in my account i tried bet 25 on a hockey game it wouldnt let me tried withdraw my 100 wouldnt let me support got back to me 3 times saying i had to wager 10x the 150 deposit plus bonus 1500 total before i had access to my funds my 100 was held hostage I ended up losing it all at 800 mark total scam bait n hook ripoff closed my acct asap Stay away 855 nimber nvr calls u back online email customer support laughs at you

Draft kings is obviously a scam. All of these online gambling sites are a scam. Please don't play. They are just taking your money...laughing in the background.

I lost SO MUCH money in two days, there is NO way to win, plus they will withdraw your deposits immediately but if you decide to withdraw whatever money you have left on the account they will make you wait 3 business days.

I'm a sports gambler and mostly retired and have enough time to enjoy myself watching sports.

I DISCOVERED originally activities being committed by DraftKings on my account I reported it dozens of times but they will give me no type help at all.
