Do your homework this is a public company hurting and barely in the black. They have made questionable conflicting takeovers of random media and marketing firms that are only completed to go about things in a shady shell company way that is only to improve or assist in their sneaky way of improving their position in this ever so growing 2-5 billion dollar industry. Information is key to ALL sectors gambling and daily fantasy of all kinds. Whom ever has the correct factual info the quickest has all the power and that leads to large sums of cash!
Customer service is just non existent. It is just horrible. I finally got so fed up with all the bugs and hacks that I lost it on them. I mean it took years and still no real response or higher up would look into my concerns. I went and put large amounts of money into keeping my account private by installing software that would tell me exactly what was going on with my system such as unwanted spyware or malware. Sure enough I was secure and blocking everything. All the sudden draftkings has a problem starts saying proxy this proxy server that. I started winning more frequent and became just about even as a long time player well know. LONG STORY THEY ARE THE DICTATOR AND THEY HOLD ALL THE CARDS! ITS FULL OF CROOKS AND CON ARTISTS IT IS THE WORST. I moved over to another smaller and have actually see a major difference in fair play. I would advise you to walk away and not trust draftkings!

According to my win lost statement I've bet 80 k and got back 60k that's a 20 k loss.when you AK for freeplay as a loyal customer it's to bad pal

If you have a winning month they severely drop your betting limits. Their platform constantly has issues. Poor customer service.

I JUST DEPOSITED WITH DRAFT KINGS ALMOST 8 HRS AGO... I WAS HYPED UP TO TAKE APART OF THE 10K CASINO MATCH PROMOTION THEY HAD. I LOST $4700 OUT OF POCKET IN ABOUT 1 HR AND WITHIN MINUTES OF THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED. I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT SOME DOCUMENTS TO CONFIRM MY IDENTITY WHICH I DID. I THEN WAS TOLD IN A EMAIL TO REPLY SAYING I UNDERSTOOD THERE POLICIES ON MULTI ACOUNTING ETC... I EXPLAINED I WAS NOT USING ANYONE ELSES ACCOUNT AND THAT I UNDERSTOOD THE POLICY. I WAS THEN TOLD IN A CHAT THAT MY ACCOUNT WOULD NOT BE REINSTATED UNTIL ALL PARTIES INVOLVED SUBMITTED SELFIES AND THERE DOCUMENTS. I AT THIS POINT HAVE NO IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE THERE REFERING TO ARE SO MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE... I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANY OF YOU BUT THIS IS A INSANELY HUGE SCAM DRAFT KINGS HAS GOING ON. I IMAGINE THEY COULD JUST SAY THIS TO ANYONE WITH NO RECOURSE. My experiences after losing and winning total of 1.3 million dollars they froze my account they told me that my account was tied to 12 other accounts on their site which is impossible when you have to use your social security number to open account how is that my fault that if this did happen that's on them it's their at their site I even sent them a copy of my driver's license again and a selfie with the driver's license beside me and still won't unlock or unfreeze my account they tell me that there has to be all 12 accounts to send their photo ID selfie picture with it I'll be able to get my account active how do I know how long that's going to be was it just a hoax that they're doing it because I won so much money on there site I'm even a VIP member on there site and everytime I contacted them they give me the run around and also when I started with draftskings at the beginning I caught them taken almost $9000 out of my winning they say was for taxes well I didn't authorize them to due so and confronted them about taking it to social media and to the new broadcasts and they returned all the money that they supposedly took and credited it to my account and if you want to talk about there customer service it really sucks and when you request a call back it never happens unless you request it like 10 times before you received a call back and when your chatting with them thru live chat they never give you a straight answer it's always we dont handle that it's handled thru a different department that's the answer I always get what a joke this site has become for me!

So I got caught in a total misconception of a wager. Everyone knows that a throwing TD is a legit stat for an NFL QB. I bet that Justin Fields would score 2 TD's or more. So after he threw his second TD to DJ Moore I checked my account. In small parentesis was stated (A touchdown scorer is the player in possession of the ball in the opposing endzone (not the player who throws the ball). WHAT?

When you first see the wager there is NO FINE PRINT!.It just says Justin Fields to score 2 TD's or more. I sent screen shots to customer support showing them this but the just fed me this line of bull$#*!.

I can confirm that all touchdown scorer bets are based on the player who carries the ball into the end zone. Quarterbacks who throw the pass for a touchdown will not be credited as an anytime touchdown scorer.

Everybody that follows football knows that a throwing TD is the main stat for a QB. Why in Gods name would I bet that a QB would be the one to possess the ball over the goal line twice or more?. Had I know that I for sure would have bet a WR on the Bears instead. Draftkings can kiss my $#*!...I took my balance out and deleted my account. I am also selling the stock I own on Friday! They are a $#*! company and I want no part of them ever again. STAY AWAY From these scumbags and go somewhere else! I have enclosed a photo of what you see when you are going to bet a QB for scoring 2 or more and also what you see after you make the bet...SCUMBAGS!

I was winning on DraftKings and cashing out like crazy, I normally use my debit card but I had exceeded the minimum for the day so I was using my daughters card, when I was loosing they had no problem with receiving funds from it but when I was hitting they locked me out and than asked for all cards banks statements and I'd and everything, than came back and said that I violated some bull$#*! but normally other casinos won't let you deposit anything without the card being in your name to being with, so they locked me out and said they have terminated my account for violating something except they also claim I forfeited all my money I had in there and also I had already pmacwd over 300.00 in bets for the superbowl and they won't refund my money they kept all my money and he clearly stated I won't get it back. Everyone needs to file a claim with the gaming commission in your area to the bull$#*! and fraud they are committing and keeping my money they ain't gona do, so since they say I violated why aren't they obligated to pay me what I donated to them in losses in the card? Bunch of pieces of $#*! scamming casino I have ever met, now they want to keep my money and the money I used to deposit it for the card they claim I violated to use that was not in my name
