The dress in the picture https://www.dressafford.com/illusion-long-sleeve-tulle-wedding-dress-with-appliques--pMK_*******.html is still one of the most beautiful dresses I have seen after searching literally thousands online. I wanted a long sleeve, high neck, elegant yet simple and comfortable dress. This picture portrayed all of that, and the model sitting looked like it allowed for a lot of movement without being constricted. That was not the dress I received. Most importantly, the silhouette is supposed to be a "sheath" (stated in the dress description). What I received was clearly a trumpet style. Once I tried it on I could barely breath. It was so stiff and tight around the waist and hips that sitting was difficult without it bunching up around the waist because I had to pull it up to sit. I ordered the dress with custom measurements so I couldn't send it back. What a disappointment! I knew ordering this dress was a risk since I found this same one on 7 different sites with the same website design as dressafford. Take it from me, your dress is only going to be as good as the dressmaker can copy what's in the picture. As soon as I ordered, I did get an email letting me know the payment processed. The site did update when the dress was in production and when it shipped. No one contacted me and I didn't attempt to contact them either. Perhaps that makes the difference in getting the dress as close to the picture (based on the 5-star ratings for this dress), I will never know. I wonder too where the reviews came from as I did not find a way to submit my own. I did contact them to find out. When the dress arrived it was folded in a zipped up small plastic bag inside a DHL plastic pouch. Minor details I guess, esp since it was fairly inexpensive, but still... this is a huge part of "your special day" and they could have at least sent it in a box (oh right, shipping is free). I did end up finding my dream dress from azazie.com for not much more than this one, which DID come in a box and in that box it was on a hanger in a zipped up garment bag. Best yet, Azazie has a system in place that will mail you the sample dress to try on before you buy for just $15. What a concept!

I ordered the "Button Butterfly Sleeves Graceful V-Neckline Side Dress" as a wedding dress from DressAfford on May 19,2022 for a total of $177.41. My order purchase number started with "dad*******-2****". I received the dress on June 16,2022 and paid for expedited shipping since it was a last minute purchase. The dress was shipped from Suzhou, China. The dress advertised was not the dress I received from this vendor. The dress was not the right color, I ordered ivory. Did not have the same embroidered design, it looked very tacky and low quality. The material didn't match the material on the advertised dress. I had it custom made with my measurements and the dress fit very loose everywhere and was too long. The dress was a nightmare! Do not buy from this website, they sold me a product they don't advertise on their website. The dress they sent was a cheap knockoff of the dress I thought I had purchased. I would never wear the shipped dress from DressAfford even if someone paid me. I instead had to buy another wedding dress from David's Bridal. When I emailed them for a refund some guy named "Alex" said the following, "Good day!

Needless to say I filed a claim with my bank in hopes of getting a full refund from these fraudsters. Horrible experience! Below are some images of the dress I ordered vs what I actually got. Very different!

Es ist wirklich mutig ein Kleid online zu bestellen, obwohl man es nur von einem Foto kennt und noch nicht einmal anprobiert hat. Ich habe das perfekte Kleid! Ich habe es anprobiert und es passt perfekt! Es muss nichts an der Länge oder Breite geändert werden! Das Kleid entspricht genau dem Bild und der Beschreibung! Неожиданно, я и моя подружка заказали себе свадебные платья из россии и все прошло прекрасно. Опасения были. Но платья сшили и доставили очень быстро. Мы корректировали только длину платья, платья сели по фигуре идеально. В реальности платья намного лучше чем на фото. Ткань очень качественная и нежная. Больше всего нас удивил вес платьев - они очень легкие. Спасибо огромное за платья. Мы будем вас рекомендовать всем!
