Was nervous about buying such an important dress online, but couldn't find anything I loved locally. So, I took a chance! The dress was beautiful! It was high quality, sizing was accurate (used their measuring guide). Just ask them any questions, click, and buy!
Total scam. Don't buy. The dress looked cheap and smelled of chemicals. The apliques on the dress were glued on, not sowed on. My dress was also badly designed. I submitted my measurements yet the zipper hole was way too small for me to even try on the dress. I ended up calling Chase and reporting them as fraud.
I received my dress today and it's huge. I sent my measurements for a custom dress and the dress arrived st least one size too big. I couldn't even hold it up to take a photo.
The jacket, however is too small. I don't understand how one set of measurements could produce both extremes of too large and too small.
IF it fit, it would be lovely. Right now I'm two weeks away from my wedding and no clue what I'm wearing.
Oh, and custom measurements means no returnsno refund.
IF you use this company I'd allow plenty of time for correcting errors or replacement.

I ordered my dress through Dressafford. Not gonna lie, I was very nervous with it coming from China and worried for the quality of the dress. It arrived right on time. The color was perfect and the quality so much more than I expected.
Love it so much, it fits me perfectlyIt is really figure hugging which I love and it flows beautifully too. The material and quality is also really good. I got a size 8 and requested to ignore the bow and the belt since I would use my own. The only thing I could comment on was how the arms are slightly baggy which I still have to adjust myself and the color I got (gold) is a lot more yellow then expected. However, I still love the dress and think it's worth it. Can't wait to wear it. :)
Absolutely love the dress! I ordered custom measurements and it fits perfectly. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. Also, they have amazing customer service I originally ordered a dress but I did not notice they did not have it in white and they immediately helped me and changed my ordered and refunded me the difference.
My dress was not only stunning, it was comfortable and flattering. Communication was easy and it was made and shipped quickly. All of my family and friends were in awe of craftsmanship. If you were unsure if you should order all or part of your wedding outfit online don't. I felt like a million dollars while also keeping to a tight wedding budget.
I absolutely loved these dresses! I was so hard for all my bridesmaids to agree on one dress. I found these and they loved it. Each got to wear them the way the wanted and I loved the look. Very comfortable. So cute. And very fast shipping. Great quality. And I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I purchased a bridesmaid dress from this website & my dress was the only one with mismatched material. I order the lavender dress but the dress was lavender & lilac which is not like the pic on the site. Due to COVID the wedding was cancelled therefore I didn't have anyone's dress to compare mines to until the wedding was back on in 2021. I called the company & they refused to fix their horrible product. Don't ever! I repeat don't ever purchase anything from these unprofessional idiots again. They have no class or consideration for their mistake & the impact of COVID.

We understand how dissatisfied you are currently but we failed to receive any picture with a comparison of the dresses to show the differences. Everyone was involved in this global pandemic and we struggled to survive like any other bridal store. From what I learn the issue is that the lining material is different from that of others, all other parts of the dress are good. The dresses are very beautiful, it was shorter than I was expecting, but think it was more my fault for not measuring properly. The seller was very fast, and very courteous. Good colors just the ones I was looking for. Thank you though. I would buy again.

I just received my dress from Dress Afford and it turned out beautiful! I did a tailored dress and it fits perfectly. The support people notified me of questions on dimensions and they were fast on making the dress and delivering it. Very satisfied.
I was looking to buy a wedding dress with pocket. I can not afford one in a local boutique and firstly I didnot find any one with pocket on dressafford site. I tried to email the customer support and they said they could add pockets free of charge!
The pockets are lovely and satin lined! Definitely recommended!
I ordered my dress about a month ago and paid for fast shipping and the ETA of the dress was supposed to be 02/08/22. I'm not mad that it's not here but I'm leaving a 1 star rating because they won't update the tracking number so I can track my package and I've left then plenty of emails that they still have yet to respond to.

I am so impressed with the service that I received! I am 4.5 months pregnant and by the time that my weeding arrives i will be 7 months, needless to say it was terrifying to find a wedding dress - along with being plus size anyway! I spoke with the team when ordering and they were amazing! I needed a little more than what was on the site and they were happy to help and now they have sent me an amazing, beautiful dress.
I was a little worried that the dress wouldn't be what i had seen online or that it would take ages to arrive, I was so happy that they proved me wrong the dress was exactly as I saw and arrived in less than a month!

After shopping at all the major department stores, I Purchased one at Neiman Marcus ($900) but wasn't happy with the fit. I was skeptical about buying a dress from this company; I was afraid the fabric would be cheap and the workmanship shoddy because of the price. Was I surprised! The dress I received was not the dress I ordered, having extreme differences than the picture. Upon trying to return it, the company said they would deduct 20% of the cost of the gown for "handling fees", plus deduct the cost it was for them to ship to me and I had to pay for the shipping cost back. When I tried to talk to them about return options, they suggested I donate my dress...

I will be honest, I was EXTREMELY nervous! I ordered the dress and then read more and more reviews and saw that the brides were not happy with their dress. I finally got mine in and it's everything I wanted! The only thing I'd change is maybe a little more length in the front. The dress came in a plastic bag instead of a sturdy box! I opened it up and it was not the dress I ordered!. After a while I figured out the dress was packged inside out. Lol! I finally got to open it and try it on! It fit PERFECTLY! For such a low cost dress, it's literally the best thing ever! Agent Vivian always messaged me back and stayed so patient with me! I would most definitely recommend!
