After hearing about this service from a friend I decided to try it out. I rented out one of my dresses and when it was returned it had oil stains on it. When I informed Bernadette about what happened she said she would look into it. 3 weeks later she has done nothing to resolve this issue. She will not return my calls or emails, do not use this service.
