I bought. A fan and I saw the shipping charges was over the top I call to refuse this package they told they can't return shipping coast to my account but when I order it was standerd shipping never again will I order from this place
Order # O1A-4DN8-1ER8. Ordered on a Monday through their website and paid extra PRIORITY shipping as it said estimated Thursday delivery. Got notification on Thursday... Good news (not)... they shipped my order via UPS on Thursday! Called Customer service and complained, they said it was just estimated. Now this is for an A/C part and I've been dying from the heat. Asked if I bought another one overnight and got quoted $50 just for shipping ( Part was $20). Didnt even get a break. With their screw up, they're just refunding me difference of UPS ground ship rate from USPS priority rate that I ordered.
