Very appreciative of the professional handling of this business,in both the website which was easy to order from,and the check out of the product which was accurate and also gave me bonuses samples for ordering,also appreciate your customer servicel which kept me informed every few days where my order was,and when it would arrive.and after a few days,my package was delivered in perfect condition.I look forward to reordering when needed.
Ordered a medication, they never emailed that the order was received, and I never received the item, but was charged for it. They don't answer their phone. The charge came through my charge account as HQtools and not through drugs-365.com. I called the HQtools (a garden shop--it looks like--and they don't answer their phone either. My charge card company is disputing it right now. Don't order from this SCAM company!
I ordered meds from 360-drugs World Famous Canadian Pharmacy on 12/4/2021. Order was approved 2 days later and then "shipped" on 12/8/2021. I have yet to receive my order or a refund of any kind after numerous request. The order was sent to a supplier in India and per tracking data is awaiting shipment. The status has not changed since 12/21/2021 I was patient for 3 1/2 weeks. My order was to arrive in 3-8 days, paying $29.95 for EMS delivery method. They resent order and after another 3 weeks the new order has the same status as the original. Nothing since 1/10/2022. My order has never been delivered. My tracking information hasnt changed in over a month. I have asked for a full refund after I was given conflicting information more than 3 times. You will receive your order in 2-3 days. You should have it already. Order was lost. We sent you another order should have in a few days then finally all I get is We shipped your order on 1/6/2022 please await I worked in a family owned business for 30 years. I know a little about customer service and dealing with customers. Happy customers and not so happy customers. I asked them to do the right thing and take care of this order after things happen comment. I get it trust me I do. Even more so with Covid. Even so there is no excuse for paying $29.95 for expedited shipping and processing and never receiving the product ordered nor a refund when asked for repeatedly. Im ok with delays and lost package for "things do happen" When I asked for refund they waited 2 days to respond and said they sent new order.
If it took 4 weeks to get no problem 'Things Happen". To not receive the my order at all and refuse to refund my order and do nothing is just terrible business and very poor customer service.
I will never use this online pharmacy again nor would I recommend to anyone I care for or know use this pharmacy. This has been a very bad experience and waste of time and money without any concern for my well being or wallet.
I cant find anything positive to say about this experience unfortunately or I gladly would.
