We received our products and they are ok, but the customer service is awful. I paid the bill when I got it and they mailed another bill 6 weeks later. I called to speak with someone and make sure that my account was credited and I had a zero balance. The woman, Jessica at extension 5018, said it wasn't her fault we paid early and hung up on my staff checking the account. We were just doing our due diligence and making sure we had paid our bill. We asked to speak with a supervisor and she informed us that she was the supervisor and not to call back, she was incredibly rude and hung up on my staff. I then tried to call and get a different extension to make sure the business was aware of the rude person they had working there but could not get a different extension so I hung up. Jessica then called our office and called us childish for calling, told us we were wasting her time, and when I told her we would not order from the company again she said Thank you and hung up again. I am a business owner and if I had a staff member that treated paying customers like this, she would be fired. I hope this gets to the owner.
