Do not use this site! Spent approx three weeks waiting for my case which never came and they never contacted me. Emailed them and asked what was happening which they then told me my item was out of stock and would be in 'soon'. Waited another week, then retracted my order. Miraculously the day after they sent me an tracking code with a long letter stating that they do not know when my item will arrive as it is still on order from Hong Kong. Will be contacting paypal for a refund. Stay away, someone wants to nick your money and treat you like a mug whilst your phone gets scratched and damaged!

Spent £30 plus postage on a mobile phone case. It took almost a month to arrive and the quality is rubbish. The stand on the rear fell off and the case was shoddy and cheap with lots of sharp edges. Not even worth £1 in my opinion. Informed DsStyles that I wanted a refund but they offered me another case valued at £16.99 in exchange.
Replied to them that i wanted a full refund and now they won't reply.
Stay away from this sham of company.

I spent $230 on a fully crystallized iphone case and it looks nothing like the picture on the site. Crystals started falling after one week of use. WILL NOT come back to the site again, big disappointment.

Went on to the website which looked great. Placed an order and waited nearly three weeks for it to arrive. Tried tracking the order to find it was coming from Hong Kong.
Ordered what looked on the website like a black marble cover. It eventually came and its so disappointing... Looks like a worn out grey blackboard and feels like its made out of cardboard!
It came with no receipt either.
Trying to find a way to return it and will contact PayPal in the first instance.
Certainly not worth the money and I'll be looking for another one.

All of these reviews are completely right. Don't listen to the reviews on their so called website. This company is trash and I will never ever do business with them again. It's sad that I saw them on a local news station and fell for this crap bc that just means there are many other who will do the same. My phone case took over a month to get to me and when I let them know it wouldnt fit, they said sell it on eBay or give it as a gift. How professional... Not. I hate this company.

I can't even justify giving this site a rating of 1! I'm absolutely disgusted in them. Yesterday i ordered a case and screen protector totally $80+, last night i checked my account and they had charged that amount plus an extra $230! WTF! I sent them an email straight away instructing them to cancel my order and issue me a refund. As yet i've heard nothing back! They better not reply saying it was posted already as it was ordered on a sunday! Don't go near this site!

I'm still waiting for my refund from buying a phone case they never had. I have to jump through hoops with Paypal for my money. My advice is go somewhere else. At least you'll get what you paid for.

Update. They gave me the refund but I had to get nasty with them and threaten them with spreading bad reviews. They say they never received any of my emails dispite replying directly and using their customer contact form. They're just rip off artists.

There was no indication that this company is out of Hong Kong until after I ordered my product and got their confirmation email. 8 days later, it is just leaving Hong Kong today. Even though I haven't received my order yet, I can't give it any higher marks when they aren't upfront about the shipping times and location before you order. Use PayPal if you must order from this company.

I am amazed by how poor the products are that I purchased. They are not worth anywhere near the amount I paid and look nothing like the pictures.
I will try and get my money back but I suspect I will never hear from them again. I am very disappointed in myself for falling for there scam.
Definitely do not buy from this company.

This website is complete garbage. I ordered a camera case for $54.99, payment left my account immediately. A month later to find out through an email from DSSTYLES that the item was out of stock yet the item I ordered was still for sale and now at a higher price online. They offered a similar item and I asked for a FULL REFUND.
I want no business with this company ever again and this website should get shot down.
2 months later and money hasn't been refunded...

Originally was told i would receive a full refund. 3 weeks later i have someone else stating i wont unless i send it back on my wallet (back to China, so more expensive than the product), I will never shop from here again, nor would i suggest it to anyone else.

Stay away from this site! They sell cheap imitation junk from China; and then refuse to give a refund when you receive it, because you need to have a refund approved within 2 days of receipt... this is not possible when they won't answer your emails! I wouldn't be surprised if they have not got hold of my credit card details and selling them all over the Internet!

DS Styles posts fake reviews of their own company

All positive reviews are fake and have been posted by the scam website DS styles.

Through some thorough investigation, and some common sense, I have discovered that these thieves at DS styles are fluffing their own reviews.

Their products are fake and all you will get is a priority mail letter with a note claiming a shipping delay.

I spent $95 on two cases, and I received a working tracking number two days later stating it was an "international letter". When the priority mail arrived, I didn't even need to open it to know I got scammed, because it was just a flat letter carrier.

There was just a photocopy inside stating in poor grammar that the product will be delayed in shipping. No contact information, no emails returned. Forced to seek reimbursement thru bank or paypal.
IF YOU WANT PROOF, I can provide it.

I ordered from DSStyles few items for funny X-mas gifts but delivery was not sure to arrive in time. DSstyle customer support was sincere and left a message telling me the delivery might be after Christmas. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund.
DSstyles was very prompt, sent the refund within hours (considering the time zone difference).

A+ for promptness and professionalism.

Does not deserve one star. I ordered a camera case from America. The money in my account left from CHINA! 6 days after my order was complete and paid for, I received an email to say it was NOT IN STOCK but they were selling them. They offered me a similar product- I ordered red, they offered a lurid hot pink, and when I said no, they told me a refund would take 2 months. Incredibly angry with the poor service and deception of products not available and the location.

They are such a ripoff - they do not take returns unless it's a manufacturing problem and even then you need to get a rma number and return within two days of receipt. Also the cheap piece of crap that affords absolutely no protection to my phone isn't what I expected for almost $50. Also, I got an email on 1/15/12 stating that my item had been shipped - but it was actually shipped 1/31/2012. Just a mess all around - I'd be embarrassed to even give this item away it's such crap. Horrible!

I considered myself a good shopper, but I blew it on this one! Bought a Casio watch & it proved to have some defects. Left a msg. With the seller explaining the situation but got no reply whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgement that they even recieved my email. Had to go to Casio repair svc. & was told to send it to them for repair. I had read the reviews before my purchase, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. My mistake! Go elsewhere for a watch purchase!

Unfortunately I ordered a $200 crystal case before I saw all the websites that complained about this company. Two days after I placed my order I emailed them requesting to cancel my order. They replied that it was already in production and they could not cancel. I checked their website, I did not find anything stating I couldn't cancel my order. A few days later I received my order and already a crystal fell off. I wrote to them and they stated they would send extra crystals and some glue. I didn't want to go through a lot of hassle so I agreed. The next morning another crystal fell off. I wrote and told them, they said that it's natural for that to happen. The following day a third one fell off! All this within 5 days of having the case. In each response to my emails they try to talk me out of sending the item back. I am going to have to go to PayPal to help me with this.

Had been trying desperately to find a case for my new Mac air 11" every site I looked at they were either not available or costing £60+. Then I stumbled across DS Styles and found the perfect case and by simply buying a new case for £9 I got P&P FREE.

I emailed them first about changing colors on a specific case while at the same time emailing crystalicing.com with the same case question. Got an answer from dsstyles in about 2 days saying they'd do it just to pay through paypal and it would cost 200$. Icing told me over 600$ hah. So i looked in this site more. I emailed dsstyles again asking what size crystals they used and so on and then saw they have live chat. You have to be on late if youre on the east cost of american since theyre in Japan. I spoke with a very nice man who helped me set up my account and answered all my questions. When you order a swarovski crystal case, they take about 5 business days to make a first draft to show you. Then 7 days to make a second draft, and 10 to make the final product. You can get a full refund before they send it and then a 5% restocking fee if you don't like at you get within two days of it arriving. I started this and payed on friday night, its tuesday, got my second email from them saying they received my payment and my first draft is being worked on. I added in some extra things I'd like, and we'll see what happens. I mean I made my payment through paypal with my amex card so honestly nothing can go wrong for me here. I'l update when I get the case.

I had a small issue and sent an email. Their response was prompt and helpful. I will definitely be using these guys again for future purchases.
