A friend bought a case for me from Dstyles because I just had to have it ok... This case cost $100.00 dollars and it lasted about a month if that long before the crystals started to fall off and then leather pulled away from the case... They claim to have a six month replacement policy but that is a joke. Oh yeah it took about a month to actually receive the damn thing on top of all that and you never speak to anyone it's all done by email... By the way my case was never replaced or refunded... Money waisted so be warned... I then started buying my cases from Overstock they look as good as the ones from Dsstyles but are a whole lot cheaper and they will replace them within a reasonable amount of time... And you speak to real people just so you know... Dsstyles took the bling out of my so excited heart when they took my money so casually... Dstyles is a scam as far as I'm concerned and I will swear to it in court!

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY -
Paid £30 for a carbon fibre case. Terrible quality, the stand is a poor fit and badly glued. Real value? You would get better quality for less than £5 on ebay with quicker delivery. I have written to them requesting a return for refund and they just delay with more questions and now do not reply. Just launched a pay pal dispute.

The website is beautiful. Pictures are great. Easy to use. Everything 'looks' great. Placed an order on June 16. The only receipt I got via email was my payment receipt from paypal. Searched their website on the 20th and found no evidence that I'd ever placed an order in the first place. Sent an email inquiring. Never heard a response, despite their claim to respond to inquiries within 1 business day. Wrote to them again on June 22. I calmly told them if I don't hear anything from them by the 25th, I will retract my payment through paypal. Thank heavens I used them. SOOOO irritating! I really liked the pictures of the iPad case and the iPhone cases I tried to order. Back to square one and an entirely different merchant. Take your business elsewhere and leave DSStyles alone.

I give this site no stars! The money was taken out of my account and I expected the case I ordered to arrive in 7-10 business days. I did not receive a shipping confirmation and the case never came. I went to look it up myself with the order number and link provided from the email confirmation received from my order and it went to a website that said "oops page cannot be found" and then right under it said that the product was out of stock. I went to email them then saw the warning that basically sounded like an excuse to not answer because their emails can be received as junk mail. This website is FRAUDUELANT! STAY AWAY!

DS styles processed my order twice and charged me twice, I emailed them to inform them and not process the 2nd order but they take more than 4 days to respond to emails, so by then they had shipped the item. The only way to get money back is to ship the product back to China which is more than the product costs. After numerous emails ( of which most were ignored) they offered the refund as long as i put a positive review on this wesbite and others, then let them know and they will refund. Guess what No refund, so double scammed, one for my money and the other to give a positive review. AVOID!

Still waiting! Ordered my product ages ago. And after reading these reviews on poor product quality, think I'll be asking for a refund. This is ridiculous. Don't buy from these guys!

I brought a £120 crystal case and after only 14 days 20-30 crystals fell off, I am still battling with them 8 months on to get a refund.

They are unprofessional, unhelpful and their products are not fit for the purpose sold.

Wow, so many negative reviews. Stay Away from this SCAM! Fxxk, I placed an order from them 2 months ago and yet receive my stuff. It sucks! Don't have any business with this fake company!

Unluckily i was trapped by this fake, I found that they were stealing product photos from ultra-case.com and other cases companies. Just take a look at their product photo, the watermark is from their company but other genuine case provider. I didn't aware of that until i saw many complaint about this company on the web. I was regret to spend my money with a iPad case from them as the quality is poorly made and the order takes one month to arrive. The company is based in China and you can hardly understand their English in any of their email. DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE AND I DON"T WANT ANYONE WILL BE TRAPPED AS LIKE AS ME! FXXX! SCAM!

Ordered over $100 worth of iPhone cases from them. The cases never came. Emailed them about it since they do not have a telephone number. Never heard back. This site is a scam.

I paid 30 EUR for a I-Phone case. Terrible quality and badly glued. The rear magnet fell off and the case was broken within 5 weeks. I have written to them requesting a refund and they just delay with more questions. I asked for a photo, but they said that there is only "a refund or free replacement as the item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival". They only thing they offered was a discount on buying a new case.

I wish I would have checked reviews before purchasing from this company. I paid $213.64 for a Swarovski Crystal iPhone case. Within a few weeks the crystals began falling off in several places! When I contacted them I asked for a replacement and they refused! The only option they gave me was to either send me crystals that I could glue on or I could send the case back to them for them to touch up. My concern is that the remaining crystals will continue to fall off! POOR QUALITY-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are a complete RIP OFF! Don't PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Well after waiting way too long for a case for my new galaxy note when it finally arrived it was a total disappointment. The case offers no protection and its simply junk for the money.

REGRET SO MUCH SPENDING MORE THAN 200 DOLLARS IN A CASE WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, EVEN WHEN I HAD JUST PLACED THE ORDER I TRIED TO CANCEL IT AND THEY CAME OUT WITH SO MANY EXCUSES, I ENDED UP KEEPING THE ORDER, THEY EVEN OFFERED A GIFT, BUT DID NOT SEND ANYTHING WHEN I REMINDED THEM, THEY DID NOT RECALL SO I HAD TO FOWARD THEM THEIR OWN EMAIL OFFERING ME A GIFT, THAT'S HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE, WHEN I OPENED THE BOX WITH THE CASE THERE WAS ALREADY STONES FALLING OFF WITHOUT ME EVEN THOUCHING IT, THE CASE THEY USED TO GLUE THE STONES ON IS LIKE A FAKE LEATHER MATERIAL SO OBVIOUSLY THE STONES ARE NOT GOING TO STICK, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE COMPLETETLY UNSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!

I ordered two nice phone cases from DSstyle on 10/20/15, Paypal accepted the same day. According to the tracking info items was not ship until 10/28/15 (mind you I have to write to them in order to get this info). Seriously, company waited 8 days to ship from purchase date? Also, I was disappointed to find out this purchase is from oversea Hong Kong. Had I known I wouldn't be order from them, I don't usually like ordering from oversea because if you have a problem, the shipping will be on you.
Despite the long wait, I was happy that I finally received the package on 11/3/15. The two cases was nicely package but I was disappointed to find it doesn't fit my Note 5. There is no manual or installation instructions that come with the package. I wrote a lengthy email to the company demand a refund for item is not as described due to case has fault. They ask me to send pictures to show them how is it not fit. After couple of email going back and forth, they send me installation instructions how to installed the case
To my luck, it did work. I wrote back and let them know they should have instruction manual included in the first place then I wouldn't have gone thru all these hassle. Also there was no random gift included in the package even I selected that option that was given to me. The customer rep wrote back and said she was informed by her staffs there is instruction manual that came with the package but believe it was missing this time. They ask me to write a feedback and they will offer me 5% discount on my next order. Just let them know and they will review my feedback and offer my discount accordingly! What is a 5% discount worth?
So here is my conclusion. Nice products but I believe if you have a problem you won't get your refund that easy because this is purchase from overseas. Buyers: you dont have to take my word for it but please read their company policy and buy at your own risk. This is my fair and honest opinion.

Sehr schlechte Verarbeitung! Mein Silikon Hardcase fürs IPad ist teils scharfkantig, sodass es nach einiger Zeit beim festhalten in der Hand weh tut und diese schon ziemlich rot geworden ist! Das Smart Cover ist nur BWare. Es weist Klebstoffflecken auf. Zudem verriegelt es beim schließen nicht wie angegeben. Eine schön gestaltete Homepage mit günstigen Preisen, trotzdem gibt es in jedem Billigladen in der Stadt besser verarbeitete Produkte fürs IPad!

Kaufen Sie bloss nichts bei dieser Firma!
Diese Firma ist sehr unseriös! Es werde dinge versprochen die nicht erfüllt werden. Ich habe dort Iphone-Cover bestellt, habe sofort per Paypal bezahlt. Der Artikel war nicht gerade billig für 165-€. Es wird auf der Webseite geschrieben das die Artikel per DHL kostenlos gesendet werden. Ich bekam sehr schnell per Email bie bestättigung das der Artikel bezahlt wurde und in etwa 7 Tagen ankommen würde. Als ich mich auf die Webseite einloggen wollte da ging erstmal gar nichts, egal wie oft ich es versucht habe. Ich habe auch versucht Neues Passwort, aber auch da ging gar nichts, egal wie oft ich versucht habe. Ich habe dann aufgegeben. Nach etwa 19 Tagen bekam ich den Artikel von DHL, aber der Postbote kassierte von mir 33.35-€ für Expressgebühren, da das Päckchen aus Hong Kong kam.( jeder weiss das in Hong Kong die meisten Fake-artikel von namhaften Firmen dort produziert werden!) Ich habe den Artikel ausgepackt und war überascht da es nicht professionell verarbeitet wurde und auch keine 1.500 Swarovski Steine draufgeklebt wurden, sondern höchstens 300 Steine. Dre Artikel sieht auch sehr billig aus, da gibts bei anderen Websiten ähnlich für die hälfte von dem Preis. Bei dem Artikel war auch nochmal Lieferschein da stand mein Name usw. Und Preisangabe von 89-€. Da mir das zu umständig war das ganze zurück zu schicken habe ich es gelassen. Ich kann nur alle Warnen. Kaufen Sie Bitte nichts bei dieser Firma. Das ist abzocke und Betrug.
