I got a dozen donuts this morning. Out of jelly donuts at 8:30am. When I got home, I found that the donuts were "sweaty" and cold. The chocolate frosting was wet and sticky. I can only assume that they were frozen or at least sat in a fridge. The donuts were not at all like what I have had in years past. Walmart has better donuts which is do sad.
Who owns this location? Owning a million dollar business only to let the employees scare off customers makes no sense to me. 1. I asked which flavors they had prepacked ( because often only a few flavors are). I was told I needed to come into the store to see. Um, I wouldn't be in the drive through line if I wanted to park and come into the store. And how many seconds does it take for you to tell me? 2. One of the employees is wearing a t shirt that says, " I DONT CARE" on the front, which pretty much shows exactly how they feel about their customers. No uniform or dress code? 3. I ordered two pre-packed ice creams. They tried to sell me a different flavor because they didn't want to have to fill one themselves, even though there was no line of anyone waiting. When I got home and opened the one they filled in the store, it was 2/3 rds full compared to the other one that was filled completely to the rim. So I paid for a full one but only got 2/3rds. I know good help is hard to come by these days, but the service and attitudes at this store are costing the owner money.

I was so impressed with the EXCELLENT TEAMWORK AND SERVICE AT CLEARLAKE ROAD LOCATION I HAD TO WRITE A RECIEW AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT AN EXCELLENT JOB YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING Very friendly professional and QUICK SERVICE! I asked for 2 doughnuts 2 drinks and those doughnuts were a glazed and a Boston cream and the muffin was a chocolate chip the person I ordered from repeated everything back but when I got home I got a blueberry muffin and no Boston cream luckily I didn't get charged for it but Dunkin' get it right next time.
This review is for the dunkin donuts on Inman ave Edison n. J ZERO STARSI wrote a few reviews on their page but I wanted to share it with sitejabber. This has happened many times but I did not comment until I could not take it anymore. This is before and after face masks and gloves where mandatory for workers The girl who takes your dirty money with gloves on also makes your coffee with the same dirty gloves on I find this very unsanitary and unhygienic this has happened many times over my visits.the last time I was ever there I did ask the girl to please give me another cup that she did not touch with the same dirty money gloves on. She threw off her gloves and made me a cup with new gloves on. She was very angry and loud with me pointing that out. Needless to say the first cup she touched for me with dirty money gloves on was put back for the next customer. Needless to say I don't go there anymore. Please read my reviews on that dunkin I am under biddogs there is another cleaner dunkin just about a mile away. Thanks

Bought a dozen donuts last week, the owner at 3207 Lake Ave #4A, Wilmette, IL *******, told me need to pay first, don't go there. The owner is not nice.
I get an email showing my DD rewards status -- that I have earned a free drink and am 100 points away from my next award. OK, so I log in via the link in my email, and it shows me that I have no free drink and am 200 points from a reward. *&^*$! So, for National Coffee Day, they send me an email saying I can get a free coffee with any purchase. I go in to order my craving and coffee, and the gal tells me I have to order through the app. The email does not say that. She explains that she doesn't know how to "do that" meaning honor the offer I showed her in my email. I had my enrolled Dunkin Card in front of me on the counter. The email says that if I pay with an enrolled card, that I could get the offer. OK, I DON'T DO APPS, so that shouldn't be the only way. According to the cashier, that was the case, but that's not what the email says. Her lack of training shouldn't become MY problem! My solution: I went to Barnes & Noble for their free coffee offer - walk in, say I'm here for the free coffee, and *their* cashier told me about a bakery deal, and I went for the upsell.
The rating is 2 stars because in the past, I have found some tasty menu offerings. Aside from that, they get zero stars.

I have ordered white, and Bavarian creme filled donuts at 4 different Dunkin Donut stores and every store and every donut only had a scant amount of creme filling, barely a teaspoon. THIS IS NOT A CREME FILLED DONUT. I will no longer be buying their donuts!
Why would Donkin Donuts be open on Christmas, They Should at least be close on a important Holiday like Christmas, if they are open they should pay extra pay and volunteers to work it they don't take care of there employees
The manager at Dunkin Prattville is the most rudest and conniving manager Ive ever heard he talks to his other employees like crap. I witness him yell and degrade one of the employees and when I asked her who that was she said her manager and how upset she was by the comment made, I hope this comment gets back to corp, how does this make a better work environment? And this isnt the first time Ive seen that same employee upset about what he does and says to her DOES ANYBODY ELSE NOT SAY ANYTHING? HORRIBLE! That man needs to be fired
Dunkin have a range of refreshments that I think are good too. Dunkin ' Donuts is my favourite doughnuts brand and now that I have a daughter, I have introduced her to the munchkins, too.
Went to get a coffee at this Chambersburg dunkin donuts on Wayne Ave couldn't get my coffee right then gave me cold coffee instead of hot this place is the worst place ever I have been to get a cup of coffee will go to Starbucks from now on they can atleast get one cup of coffee right and the price I pd for this cup of crap i should have been pd just to drink it not sure about the other dunkin donuts but this one on Wayne Ave is terrible should have went to Starbucks like always lesson learned
This review only applies to the Dunkin near me. I have never experienced this at any other store. Although the food is generally good and coffees are usually well made, don't dare complain if they don't make it the way you asked. You will be yelled at and they will refuse to serve you. I complained about a coffee drink not being made the way I asked, told them that I couldn't drink it that strong, which is why I had asked them to go easy on the Espresso (one less shot than normal). The very dark color of the drink was an obvious give away that it hadn't been made the way I asked. When I complained, the girl at the register, who was obviously new and not having a good day, lashed back at me. (When I was in retail customer service, we would have been fired for speaking to a customer that way). Then the manager got involved, but instead of trying to calm things down and fix the problem, she said she wasn't dealing with this today and gave me my money back and told me to leave. You don't deal with customer complaints that way. I was there a total of 5 minutes, and instead of acting like an adult and a manager (and she was no teenager!) she acted like a petulant child and refused to correct the mistake or even complete the order.

Store #******* I was charged $18.25 for ½ dozen doughnuts and 1 small coffee. The excessive amount didn't register until I had paid with my card and I asked the employee how much a ½ dozen doughnuts should cost, she looked that the ticket and then threw it away. I asked for a refund. She said she wasn't authorized. I asked to speak to her manager. She put the manager (I only got the name "Dy") on the phone and Dy said to come back tomorrow so she could issue a refund. I explained that wasn't acceptable to me and if she is the only one authorized to issue refunds she should come to her place of work to issue the refund. She said no and hung up on me. For the next few minutes, the employees tried calling her but she wouldn't answer. One male employee got so irritated with the situation and Dy's unacceptable response to the issue that he quit on the spot and walked out. Before the male employee walked out I asked if he could get my receipt from the trash can and he gave it to me. This was the only employee who was helpful in the whole situation. I requested the full name of the Manager, but the remaining employees were told by the manager to not give out her name. Dy was extremely rude and had no intention of helping resolve the situation. I left the doughnuts and coffee on the counter and left after several minutes of silent treatment from the employees.

I was very saddened to see the strawberry dragonfruit refresher discontinued and my friends were all very mad as well as we get them EVERY DAY. I see the peach is the only flavor which is an awful idea get rid of the peach keep the strawberry dragon fruit GET IT TOGETHER DUNKS OR YOULL BE LOSING MANY CUSTOMERS
I can't even tell you how often I get a horrible cup of coffee, or a cold cup of coffee, or burnt coffee, or cream in my coffee after being charged for almond milk. So much time wasted in bringing coffee back, and money wasted dumping the coffee when I have no time to return it. I won't even get into the disgusting food. They at least used to give out an old fashion munchkin to my dogs who looked forward to the drive to Dunkin a lot more than I did. Now they don't have the old-fashioned munchkins and charge you for a whole donut, which I have to get because my dog is expecting it. We waste so much money at this dump, it's the least they can do smh. But instead they nickel dime you to death and charge you for things like a almond milk in your coffee, or a cup of tap water with your order. They're just disgusting through and through, and we need a replacement coffee joint that actually knows how to make coffee asap. So over DD already.
This is my coffee from this morning. Lukewarm and half full. I have to wonder if they accidentally gave me an employee coffee or something. I don't know but I don't have time to go back. I hate this place And I'm sick of wasting time and money on them.
I went to DD on Lee rd in Orlando, Fl. This morning and ordered 2sm caramel craze & 1md signature pumpkin spice latte! When I received my order they gave me the 2 caramel craze & a original pumpkin spice latte! I asked where is my whipped cream and caramel with sprinkles? The guy at the window told me it don't come with it! Then I said yes it does he said only on the signature! I said that's what I ordered! The manager lady! Came and said no the signature don't come with it but we can put the whip cream in a cup & you can dump it on your drink! Because we can't take the drink back! I said well I don't want the drink without it & Im not going to dump my caramel in my drink! If you can't make it the way I want it I would like to receive my money back! Then she snatched the drink from my daughter hand whom was the driver! And told us to pull up! So! I went inside to insure they made me a new drink because she was upset with me! The service this morning was horrible! I'm a regular customer of DD & this was my first & last time coming to this Dunkin' on Lee rd! Picture of how signature pumpkin spice suppose to come added! But I was told it don't come like that

I visited this store, and I was verbally assaulted by an employee. As always, I asked for my 2 frosted donuts not be placed in a bag because the frosting sticks all over the bag, it's not pretty, it's a mess. Therefore I asked the donuts placed in a box, the employee refused. The employee refused to put them in a small box, she stated that frosting was dry, and that she would not lose her job over giving me a box. After that, she started insulting me, all happened in front of my grandkids, ages 4 and 2, which were scared and couldn't understand what was going on, they just wanted their donuts. We came out of the store with no donuts, which made my little ones very upset, they asked me why we didn't get any donuts, I didn't know what to say, all because I refused to have my 2 donuts place in a bag. Area manager called me, after I send an email to customer service, he offered me a dozen donuts for my troubles. I felt insulted, there were more client in the store, my grandkids were horrified and scared as this lady continued to scream bad words. If you want a terrible service at DD, go to store # 343XXX in Florida.

Well known for its coffees, Dunkin has been a favorite destination. My standard was a large Iced Hazelnut Coffee, unsweetened, light milk and 3 Splendas. I keep it low fat, low sugar. As I travel, I stop at the local outlet. But no matter where I go, the consistency is not there. A light looks like Guinness Stout and products like Ducolax and Miralax come to mind. Within 20-30 minutes, it's not uncommon to experience fight or flight in search of the closest commode. This begs a question: is it Iced Coffee or Colonoscopy Prep Time?
Let's face it, coffee is supposed to be a treat. Java junkies usually build up a firewall against feeling like a leaky faucet. But this is freaky and completely different. This is Shawshank redux. Should I bring Huggies?
I called Dunkin and they told me each location is a franchise and they have no control. That's nonsense since the franchisees have to buy their coffees and products and there are standards to ensure the brand is consistent. Perhaps because the company was bought out by private equity group, Inspire Brands, everything is now lax. And there have been numerous complaints as I've read.
I'd put a bug in the ear of Inspire Brands and reach out to them at *******100 since they're the parent company.
In the past 2 months I've gone to 5 dunkin (donuts, which you shouldn't have dropped anyways) and leave had stale donuts, burned coffee, and rude employees. BTW. Why are yall not wearing gloves and raw dogging my coffee cup? Gross.
This most recent issue was two parts:
I went yesterday morning to my local. Ordered a cold brew with flavor shots and a jelly donut. I go to the window. I had cash They said they can't take cash... and demanded I give back the coffee and donut that day... wow rude and that's a YOU issue not me.
May have let me have it since you're just gonna throw it away anyways.
Then I figured I should try again today... same coffee since I didn't get it before, cinnamon roll. (BTW. Stop calling them cinnamon rolls. They are nothing but cheap dough with cinnamon glaze). I got to the window. Paid in cash... suddenly its cash friendly? Then get my drink... it's black coffer and cream... no flavors. Then when I asked to remake it. He said he can but argued that ot was correct already and won't be diff... it should be... considering you forgot my flavors... but ok. So I just said F it... give me a refund... They didn't and that's that.
I will never go to a dunkin again in my life. Poor quality all around. Since the buy out a few years ago, yall are fallllllling downhill
I love their donuts, especially the ones filled with cream. It is better to buy direct at a branch than on their website because this is very bad.
I'm a regular and because this is closer to me I frequent this location. My drink is never made right and my order was wrong this morning. I ordered a large hot mocha with an extra shot of espresso with oat milk. I got a large coffee with mocha and an extra shot. It was a free drink reward redemption. I asked that I get a latte as requested. I requested Sergio make it because every time I get a remake he's the only one to make it correctly. The manager not only remade the latte herself but tried to charge me the difference for a free drink reward citing Sergio was busy even though I said I can wait since I had to pull around to the front and wait anyway. I know this because they gave me my original order as soon as I pulled around and I called and the manager told me she made it. The label was still on it and it wasn't freshly hot. Remakes don't get a label. Then the manager put the phone down with me still on it and offered no resolution. For first thing in the morning this location is inconsistent and rude. What a wake me up! I wish another Dunkin' was close by!
