Dunkin- plover, WI. Love this restaurant in Plover, WI. Great staff, friendly, accurate and smiley. Jonas, manager and staff focus on quality coiffe and food. All food. Coffee is the best. I got a dozen donuts this morning. Out of jelly donuts at 8:30am. When I got home, I found that the donuts were "sweaty" and cold. The chocolate frosting was wet and sticky. I can only assume that they were frozen or at least sat in a fridge. The donuts were not at all like what I have had in years past. Walmart has better donuts which is do sad.
So I went to a store to buy ice cream at the first store to buy the the most basic flavor vanilla but they don't have it, ok so I wanted to buy something for my son and they had a special where they had 3 animals to choose for my ice cream so I choose dolphin but no, they have the 2 other animals so I left and went to another store to try and get the ice cream and so the line was 2 people but ut took half a hour then when it was my turn I asked can I get 2 waffle cones but he said no no what size I was like I want waffle cone he said how many scoops so I said 1 ok when I get to the ice cream area they asked what cone and I said waffle but he gave me a sugar? I was like I want a waffle? He said yes yes fine this cone he pointed at the sugar cone so I said no I want waffle cone until I had to scream out top left on the menu then he said nooo that you need to pay extra I'm like I TOLD YOU J WANT WAFLEE CONE IN THE BEGINNING AND YOU SAID NO. By the way I had to be very loud since he can never hear me when I talked

How hard is it to get this order wrong Large hot 2 and 2. Every 3rd time I go. NOTHING FROM DD COMPANY
Not only is it going to take a lot more points to earn a so called free coffee. Let's face it we all know we are still paying for it! They also limited the size and speciality drinks you can receive with your points, from 200 points to 500 points for that same free coffee! Even if you buy the X-Large coffee all the time. You won't get a free extra large coffee with THIS NEW APP. They can at least match the size we purchase!
But the worse part is being over charged and not be able to get a refund without sending in multiple emails it happened to me. I ordered my "FREE" coffee, I did receive that coffee, but as I was leaving the drive through the app charged me for two additional large coffee's. I parked and went into the shop and showed the manager that I was charged for two additional coffees I didn't order. She said she couldn't refund my money. I asked her for the coffee, even though it was on my phone with that stores address that she could plainly see, I was told the order was not processed and I was refused the other two coffees that I paid for as well! I was told I had to email corporate, so I did three times. I sent in the copies of the transaction history. The first time they said they refunded me for one large coffee, they did not I refreshed the app as they suggested. I sent another email and attached the screen shoots for all three coffees with the store address, date and time and totals they took from my account! No response from Dunkin! I guess they think I can afford it more then they can. I WILL NO LONGER LOAD FUNDS INTO MY ACCOUNT, IF THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE $10.74 and the points for my free coffee I will not give them the opportunity to keep ripping me off for the overpriced coffee to begin with! THERE'S ALWAYS Starbucks! Here's my proof of purchase
After dunkin installed their new app they have notgiving free lattes with the points. There is nothing rely tbere. There new app Sucjs.
I love your donuts. But they are not halal, WHY DO YOU GUY SUPPORT ISRAEL AND NOT PALESTINE!?

Whut is Happening DD!?
I've been patronizing DD for about 10 years, so I SHOULD KNOW at least how the my favorites taste, at their BEST! I not only go to the ones in the glen burnie area (Crain hwy south) but others too. Crain Hwy south is near my home. I chose to get a different donout, it was as nasty as the i ones I use to love blueberry and sour cream they ar so donuts are sooooo disappointing. Yes I have complained to them before. Severa times. Laurel. 198 north near fort Meade road Laurel, MD and 197south towards Bowie. Let's make this clear, this is not about the service
It seems to be a systemic double down grade of the quality of donuts (sweaty, clumpy, dry, thin to no glaze on donuts.). I'm tired of driving away from drive thru to find out I have a disgusting of donut that I had to dispose of. They are cheating me out of my Carmel swirl All the time. I KNOW HOW IT SHOULD BE! So there has been too many times that I had to swerve back and I turn back to the above DD to get the proper shots. And who knows that they don't put there finge in it or s__t in it. It is UNACCEPTABLE DD!

This new taco thing is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, SO NOT TRY / BUY IT... YUCK! Yuck yuck with corn and other things
I had no sugar added to my espresso and it was like dark coffee bad RATING and it was not good customer service
Dunkin@ cebu domestic Airport claims they run out of brewed coffee. Have to buy the americano@p90.

Their americano raste like brewed coffee. This is fraud.
Bumili ako sa ayala circuit tapos yung crew niyo is nagdadabog at parang wala sa mood mag assist galit siya kala mo may lakad nagmamadali hindi pa nga kami tpos pumili.
