To tell you the truth, I don't know if they really deserve this low a rating overall, but as far as I'm concerned, I have only complaints.
The product I got a link to download had a different name than the one I found on their site (easiestutils.com). I had to send a query to find out that "their product can have different names on different re-seller sites. I find this a bit strange. Anyway, I kept o getting prompt reply to all my queries and even got a promise for a second activation key (which I got, actually). So why such a low rating? Because the YouTube Download Manager Pro 7. 0. 01 is a exquisite LEMON! It doesn't work at all, forget about the advertised speed. Since I paid for the said lemon, I already wrote twice to complain about this and the word is mum. Not even bothered to acknowledge my mail, let alone fix the problem. BTW, the lemon cost me 35 Euros. Would I recommend this site? Only to those who have nothing better to do with their money. I you already have IDM 609, stick with it, personally I couldn't find anything better.
