Put large sum of money down on a vehicle, less thn one week it broke-down (my one year old daughter with me). They would not give me my money back, when i bought it they said they drove this car and it ran great, and I took it immedialely back, they took it to their mechanic for repair, 1st week no word the mechanic had not even looked at it, 2nd week he was still working on it by 3rd week it was the tranny and now I have to pay not only the remaing balance but payments on half the cost of the repair. My calls were avoided for almost 3 weeks, I have had no vehicle, and I was decieved on the runnings of this car when I purchased it. Do not the lemon laws state that disclosure of any problems must be given to the purchaser, and now he has the car and 1000. 00 of my money, he refuses to give back when the vehicle was returned less than a week after purchase...
