Poor Customer Service Do Not Buy From This Company. I went to the Harlow store with my builder and ordered a shower screen. Zhane took our order and we paid for it. The order arrived and it turns out that Zhane had ordered the wrong item. Contacted the store and now I have to pay £60 delivery to send it back even though it's not my fault. I made a complaint and was quoted that I should have checked their terms and conditions when ordering this item "how is that for customer service". I trusted their member of staff to have ordered the correct item. Buyer beware if you get a wrong order unless it's damaged or faulty you may have to pay for it to be sent back. What poor customer service I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Have gone to easy bathrooms thinking will have good quality... was really wrong...
Just after few months thighs started to fall appart, starting from toilet seats and flushes, shelves fallifg out in of unit that was over 500£, wastes rusting and pealing off, tap very stiff need replacing, shower valve leaking. The list is endless... contacted Sheffield branch and to start they sorted few things, but it was not long before other things gone wrong again and now I'm just ignored, been promised it will be sortedand nothing is done, im send to Customer serviceand they do nothing too saying its not covered by warranty.
Now another flush broke send email and been told its not in stock and can't be replaced, whent to shop and been advised delivery with in 3 days for price of 56£ for flush, when aksed about the warranty been told will take to long, than said will sort it and again 2 weeks gone and nothing done...
All I want to say this company is a bunch of liers that sell cheap staff.
I had my previous bathroom from a private plumbing company and never had issues for 15 year, now I got 3 bathrooms done from easy bathrooms, and it all needs replacing after 2 years.
AVOID IF YOU DON'T HAVE SPARE CASH AND TIME TO WASTE!

Frankly I am quite bored with the conventional showers and shower heads. They have this straight over the head uni directional motion, which does not excite me any more. I was looking for ways to enrich my bathing experience on google. There I saw body jet showers I like its innovative design and thought of setting up body jet showers at my apartment. Truly a refreshing bathing experience every day.

Absolutely never order with easybathrooms. I am currently opening up a small claims due to what I believe is fraudulent behaviour.
Initially they delivered a faulty shower tray. Then the shower panels arrived without all 3 of the essential dimensions on the boxes which forced us to open the packaging to check it. We had been advised to order the wrong items and they then refused to exchange or refund. If they had printed the essential information on the box no opening would have happened but they have used this as a way of refusing an exchange. To add insult to injury they then charged £60 to pick up the remaining box which hadn't been opened. I have never experienced such awful service and our plumber also advised this is not a trusted or quality company. Beware of ordering

We bought some bathroom furniture from the Aintree store which was delivered on 19/01/2023.
We were extremely happy with the service provided by the lady in the store.
We paid an extra £75 for two men to deliver the furniture into our home.
Due to delays with our plumber and tiler the fitting only started this week. When the plumber opened the box containing the sink he saw a big chip out of the bottom and two big scratches on the top. When I spoke with Easy Bathrooms customer services they refused to replace the sink stating that I had not checked the goods within 30 days of delivery and they therefore were not liable.
The goods were not fit for purpose and therefore should be replaced.
Dreadful attitude and will never dream of using this Company again.

My Husband and I were looking for a newly renovated bathroom as we just got married and are planning to move into a brand new apartment. So we dont want to exceed our expenses more. Therefore we were searching for a best buy for our bathroom suite and fortunately, we got that from easybathrooms. Their team is very dedicated and helped us to acheive our dream.

I shopped around for what I wanted and found the best price on Easy-Bathrooms, the staff were friendly and helpful and the goods arrived immediately. I highly recommend this website.

I'd give this company 0* if I could.

My husband is a local tradesman, whom has been one of the Thetford Easy Bathrooms biggest traders of late. A number of months ago the current acting manager greatly messed up on an order, which had been paid for by my husband. On the agreed date the order was due to come in to the customers home - it didn't! It not only left his elderly customer with a bathroom that was stripped out ready to start the job, without a bathroom in the home - but he had himself and 2 contractors without work until the bathroom items came in. He of course, still had to pay these contractors for their time, and he also went without a wage - this resulted in a total of 3.5 days before anything came in (the girls in the store did everything they could to fix the situation - so you can't fault them). The acting manager then had the audacity to lie and not admit it was his mistake.
Head office haven't given my husband back the money he was out of pocket, when it was through no fault of his own... and as a result we have greatly suffered as a family and has had a knock on affect on my mental health. If this is how you are treated, then I worry for all other smaller businesses too.

It is such a shame as when Lauren was the manager - Easy Bathrooms was the best place locally by far. She was brilliant.

It doesn't just affect my husband's business - but it affects us all as a family with the stress it has caused. I have been brought up to admit when you make a mistake, and I'd be lying if I said I don't make mistakes - we all do, however when we own up to the mistake and try and fix it, that is what people remember, and talk about with friends and family. Fix the mistake, apologise and give people the money back that they are out of pocket.
