Update. It took over four weeks after they received the incorrect part back for them to issue a refund. I got one helpful person at the four week mark who pushed it thru that day. It can be done after all. The multitude of folks I spoke with prior to that did not care AT ALL. One person literally laughed when I told them I was contacting the better business bureau and leaving bad reviews.
It's funny to me they want me to email now. I emailed them no less than ten times when this was all going on with NO response.
The wrong part was sent. It took two weeks to get a prepaid return label. It's been over two weeks since the product was received back and still no promised refund. The person I spoke to on the phone acted like two weeks for the label was not a big deal 'it can be up to 30 days' and a 'refund usually doesn't come until about three weeks after the return'. Absolutely no help and tried to tell me they're busy with all the returns in line in front of me. They 'deliver 16,000 packages a day'. I bet Amazon does at least four times that and their returns/refunds/customer service is gold star compared to this. They've had my money (almost $300) since May 19th and I haven't encountered anyone helpful yet. There's so many other companies to purchase items from, don't mess with this one. I ordered from someone else, cheaper and received it and had it installed before I even got the return label on this. Big joke.
Tip for consumers:
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Shipping to you may take less than 2 days but be prepared for them to keep your money for months after you’ve started the return process.

Purchased a wash machine lid. Received an oven glass.
Our kitchen stove stopped working and displayed an error. I did some research and found we needed to replace the control panel. It was relatively quick and easy to find and order it on EasyApplianceParts.com at a reasonable price.
The new control panel did not solve the problem, so I figured we needed to replace the panel cover (the plastic part with buttons, that has a metal back and a data wire). Received it after a few days, was able to replace quite easily, and it worked! Phew, that was quite a relief to have a working stove and not worry about having to buy a new one.
This company provides an important and essential service. It's not only about saving money and avoiding hassle and aggravation, it's also about 'the right to repair' and about reducing wasteful consumption that damages the environment.
I returned the the first item I ordered and found out did not need replacement by mailing it all wrapped up in the box, and received an email after a few days that they issued a refund. I did have to pay for shipping back and forth but that's only fair, and they did not charge a restocking fee.
Very good service, professional, helpful, well organized, fair, honest- two thumbs up!
Tip for consumers:
Take a picture of the model number of your appliance, you'll need it when researching the replacement parts. You can also search on YouTube to find videos about the replacement process. Good luck!
