I had ordered a beautiful big canvas of me and my husband for Valentine's Day for him as a gift. The package came in my husband thought it was his since there was no name just our address. And it ruined the whole plan I was so sad say the least

Despite perfect alignment and cropping, my finished product had a visible 1/4" wide white vertical line through the right hand side. Obviously it was not part of the original photo presented. Upon explaining problem to customer service, they determined that I did not crop it properly. Therefore all my fault. They offered to re-produce at a cost higher than originally paid or a credit less shipping costs.
Stay away...

If you'd like to spend weeks communicating with their customer service, having them offer to minimally fix things but not do so without your response, then this might be the company for you. In all seriousness, I should've chosen another company. 2 of our canvas prints are ever so slightly crooked. The most egregious part is that we had an acrylic print made—and it was printed backwards! Completely useless. For a company to offer acrylics, you'd think they would know they needed to invert the image before printing. Ordered a metal print which was not the proper color. I paid for upgraded shipping ($25) hoping to finish a project with the ordered prints—I'm 2 weeks past the promised date and still don't have all of the items. I asked for a
Refund on shipping and was offered $4! Seriously! Find someplace else unless you want recouping your investment and fulfilling your order to become a full time job.

There are so many companies from which to choose. I gave this one a chance using the copyrighted picture I own and WOW! They did an awesome job. I will definitely use them again assuming their prices don't go up. The color quality matches the picture exactly. I'm very happy.

110%. That's how I feel this company gives. Excellent quality in the photo reproduction to canvas. The care protecting in shipping the final product. There were actually shipments that arrived a few days early of their expected ETA. I had some very big orders and was impressed with the consistency of professionalism. I cannot say enough good things.

Canvas image was blurred. Should have requested new image because enlargement gave a blurry appearance. Customer service was not very helpful. Back and forth over 2 weeks and checking with their art department!? Not 100% guaranteed like advertised. Still awaiting an answer.

So I was a bit wary given that they are MUCH cheaper than many other options. I was/am pretty impressed - very good packaging, shipping was even faster than I expected, I ordered everything via my phone, and the quality is excellent (especially considering the price). Many other sites are pricier and surely there are additional bells and whistles you can invest in (though they did have many as add-ons on their site), I'd be quite skeptical that many others can match overall value of this site though. Highly recommended!

The portrait is of a wedding couple and their first kiss, The canvas print had their heads chopped off! Called customer service, and the representative immediately identified my problem. He told me at no cost they would reprint it into a portrait configuration instead of the landscape. I would only have to pay shipping of $9.99. I asked, "If you can see the problem looking at my order online, why didn't the company contact me for the approved correction or, simply correct it themselves?" I firmly believe Easy Canvas Prints should either reimburse me or provide me with a corrected print at no cost to me. This company is a good example of "BUYER BEWARE."

My canvas is blurry and looks like crap! Walmart is so much better! You get what you pay for! Cheap usually comes with low quality. I'll never use them again! My pic I posted is supposed to be a cow…but you can't tell

$45 into the trash can. Their platform does not offer proofs to ensure the canvas will be what you want. All you get is a small thumbprint of your product. My order came today & its nothing but pixels. What a waste of money!

We have Ordered again and again always great customer service. They will not print anything that's blurry. That's the best part. They are located in Austin Texas. I've been satisfied with every single purchase.

I had priced and almost paid for the same product at Canvas People…wow! Are they crazy? No way would I pay more for shipping than the products themselves. That's when I found a quality competitor and took a chance! I won't be going backwards! Easy Canvas gets it! Happy with my choice! Thank you.

Watch for being overcharged at the end of your purchase! I attempted to use advertise specials more than once to order. The prices always jumped at the very end. I requested help via email, support ticket, and chat. Finally, the chat agent helped me get the advertised price (17.99 per print x 3 + 14.95 for shipping = 68.92) - UNTIL I received my receipt and the charge was 89.28 with NO explanation of the final charge being higher!

Easy Canvas is a Huge Rip-off as they charge a crazy price for shipping making it look like next day shipping which it is not. It's shipped UPS Ground.

Second many other companies offer Free shipping and actually cheaper print prices.

It was a huge mistake doing business with this company, the service representative was extremely rude and didn't care.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

As a Digital Artist from England, making Pet portraits from peoples own photos, I send all my U.S. customer to E. C. P. Their quality and service has significantly improved over the past 2 years and I have confidence in continuing to send my orders there.

My Indian friend and I were able to observe a spectacular sunset display from my gazebo that he captured with his phone camera. It had no filters or special lens but the fiery-red color of the snow-covered mountain and the soft greens and browns of the valley in the foreground were captured perfectly. So i ordered a canvas print of it for him to take back to India to show his family how beautiful this area is, and it came out fantastically. It was not cropped or changed in any way, and the result was a perfect "view" that looked more like an oil painting than a photo. I have always wanted to get a canvas print but the cost was out of my reach, but this summer special made it very affordable. So now my friend has a beautiful treasure to show to his family when he returns home to India, and with the special discount coupon that came with it i was able to get one for myself too. Great job Easy Canvas Prints!

I have ordered 4 different times over 4 years. 2 orders were perfect. 1 order quality of image I supplied was bad but I was not aware of that. Got a full refund with no issues. 3 years later another canvas came in very dark. Customer service went out of their way to help me, they used their own resources to lighten the image and shipped a new canvas that was perfect. Not sure why the image originally came in so much darker than expected as file was directly from Getty Museum. But Customer Service was again outstanding. Worked with me and made sure I was happy with my canvas. That is Service!

I had a printing issue with an acrylic print. I sent them a photo and they agreed that it was a production error. They apologized and then offered me an 80% refund for something that is trash. Sorry, we screwed up, but we'll keep 20% of your money and the shipping fees!

I thought it would be cool looking, turned out I was right! I'm going to do this format with the pics that I believe need to be shown off, you never know when you're going to snap the perfect picture worth hanging on my living room walls. I am going to keep my house full of art, (capturing one of a kind shots need to be seen), I'll keep buying this canvas format, as long as you keep making them. See the transformation from a cool pic on your phone, to a beautiful piece of art hanging in your house……. Just try it you'll be AMAZED at what you have done. I'm Very very impressed

I've ordered several canvases from them and ordered a couple of gifts in different sizes using the same image, all were clear but a smaller one. I contacted customer services about the blurry canvas and they blew me off. They've most definitely lost a customer. Terrible customer service.

I am so totally impressed with this company that I will definitely use them again. This print of Venice came out so perfect. I'm even thinking of selling it online and having them reprinted for me. Look at the quality. There are items in that picture that I didn't even notice when I took the original picture and looked at it on my phone. I'm so excited to have this picture. They did such an excellent job. I totally recommend them for perfection. If you want a lifeline memory that you can hang on your wall, please use them!

I would advise against ordering from them. They ruined a christmas gift for a friend by sending someone else's photo to her. They didn't even apologize or care that they sent someone else's photo or bother to respond to my email. I had to call them to get them to resend the correct photo and they had an attitude about it, no apology or acknowledgment of this major embarrassing inconvenience. I told them I needed it expedited to make this right and of course it wasn't expedited. Stay away.

I ended up printing an image of a photo my boyfriend took of the NYC view on a job site and I then printed it in BW to go with our decor. It was done in time for his birthday and the day we got our keys to the new place. I definitely will be ordering again from you guys. Thank you.
