I ordered a canvas print for a gift for a friend in September. As of today's date, Nov. 8. I still have not received it. Apparently the original order was shipped & when it never arrived the were going to send a reprint which also never arrived but was returned to the company. I was staying in touch with customer service & they were responding to all my emails. I have decided that I just want a refund and of course, now I am not getting a response at all! Never again will I use this company.

I recently ordered 4-20"x16" canvas for $14.99/canvas. Before I submitted my credit card, the detail description of the charges were very clear: price, tax and shipping. However, I received a credit card charge alert $27.80 more than displayed price on their web site. I emailed to customer service - no response. Called the next day, and spoke to a customer service agent who apologized for the error and promised me a credit within few business days. We will see if/when I get the credit.

I ordered a print for my daughters birthday on 5-6 or 5-7, my wife ordered two prints on 5-8.My wife got her prints to give our daughter for her Birthday, while I was told my single print would not arrive till we were at out daughters celebrating on 5-19...why so long...DO NOT order unless you do so three to four weeks ahead of when you want it by...disgusting service, never again...stay away

This business will charge you an awesome fee to do a large OR small canvas print - but will charge an unbelievable fee in shipping and that is where they rip you off.
Do not fall for their unethical advertising.

The reviews for this site are very mixed, but don't be turned off. Basically, if you upload a poor quality photo, it will still be poor quality once it's blown up. The picture I had put on the canvas was a professional picture, and looks exactly like the regular one. Give them a try.

I contacted ECP regarding an unsatisfactory print. I submitted my photo of the print as requested and haven't heard back from them in many days.
In addition, I submitted another order for an offer of 16x20 for $13.99. Nowhere on the web site or shopping cart was there any mention of the special offer. Instead the charge in the shopping cart was nearly $30.
When I got my confirmation email the charge was $192! And they had charged my credit card.
Failing marks on a couple of topics. Buyer beware!

I did not see the final product framed until my friend sent me a picture. I was appalled that her granddaughters' head was cut off. This was a gift due to the death of the dog in the picture. Now, what can you do to correct this $60 plus dollar gift? Please redo with a better picture and her entire head!

I got my canvas back and it is so pixilated you can hardly tell what the picture is supposed to look like. I will never order from this company again as when I called and told them i did not like how this came back and all they can do is reimburse the canvas not the shipping or anything else. Plus the lady on the phone was rude and customer service is horrible. I do NOT suggest going through this comany for anything! Dont waste your time or money.

Very very disappointed with my prints. On one print there seems to be a strange mark or reflection that is not on the photograph taken with my camera. They all look orange and cheap, the corners are lumpy They were taken at a family celebration and were to be given as presents but are not good enough. I not sure what to do with them.

As a son of a wedding photographer, I've seen many canvases growing up. And recently I had the urge to turn a memorable photo I took during a trip to Guatemala with my phone into wall art. It's a photo my father always loved and thought it might also work as a gift to him, but was reluctant to push an iPhone photo onto a canvas. So I decided to test run the photo on myself with a large 24x36 canvas for myself. While I think I pushed the limits on clarity at that size with the pixel density that my older iPhone X had, I'm shocked at how well it turned out! I'm definitely going to get my father a more reasonable 16x20 that should meet his higher standards.

I must admit up front that I have never patronized this business though I WAS considering doing so. However after reading real customer comments I think I will skip this business. The number of negative comments far outweighed the pro comments. Tells me all I need to know. Thanks, but no thanks.

Got my canvass wirh head chopped off they wanted to pay for shipping and then they said half well thats 8.00 I already paid 65.00 on this order and they didn't want to correct fully. It should have been caught at processing. They should made good on it. The first shipping was 30.00

Along with short tempered CSR's be prepared for hidden charges. For instance, the receipt reflects the regular price minus promotion amount plus shipping and taxes, however no real subtotal exists in the calculations to show the sale price (real price minus promotion price). In my particular instance, the sale price of the piece was $14.99 (never shown on receipt) but shipping was also $14.99. So total bill was $14.99 more than expected with shipping that shows up nowhere except on receipt! Thought I remembered seeing free shipping, but could have been on another ad. Tried to find out why bill was more than expected but Necea (or something like that) was having none of it when I said my money was stolen and I wanted it back. Should have looked at reviews before ordering from this company.

Bombarding me with 10 spam emails per day. You cannot unsubscribe there's no link for customer service on the website and they just continue to spam. Hopefully the read this review and stop spamming me.

They were very quick to respond and get exactly what I was looking for. There were able to take the original photo and change it to my specifications. They sent mockups of what the finished product would look like, and waited for feedback to make sure the painting looked just right. I love this so much! The shipping was quick and the packaging secure.

Thru out a few years I have ordered many canvas Prints from this place. Over 30. I recd a blurry and sent them an email. You get an automated email saying they received your you're email. I sent the pic that was Blurry. They send an email that they haven't heard from me. This goes for 2 months back and forth. Finally they give me a partial refund of 12.00. Really? So frustrated. Not doing anymore business with them. Terrible fake customer service! Don't order from them.

I was VERY skeptical after reading the reviews( after I ordered) and was certain mine would look terrible. BUT they were great! It totally depends on the quality of the photo you give them. Make sure the photo is clear and it can be blown up to the size you want and still be clear and you will have a great result. Mine came out perfect.

I was very impressed with the quality of the Canvas Print. I have purchased the Canvas prints in past for friends and family, but this is first time I purchased for myself. Very impressive presentation and I am very pleased!

I ordered five canvas prints for gifts but I don't know if I'm going to give them or not, the quality is so low. The prints are blurry but the photos sent were clear, not blurry. Don't use this company, that's my recommendation.

Went to Dominican Republic and took this incredible photo of the sunset! Saw the special on site and knew immediately I wanted that picture to be enlarged! Great updates on when shipped and delivered!

First time using ECP. Never again. First canvas was stretched so poorly the black border was visible on the front of the canvas. They redid it for free, but they did not stretch the canvas tightly and there are huge "wrinkles' showing. Not going to bother giving them a third chance.

I ordered a personalized fleece blanket for my daughter's birthday in September for her October birthday. It came with a wrong family picture on it, I tried to correct this situation, sent emails back and forth, lots of excuses. To date I have not received another blanket or a refund. This company outsources their business so they will pretend to correct the problem but they will not. They will pretend to give you different shipping dates but the merchandise never comes. Nor the refund. Do not waste your money on this company. They do not run a legitimate business practice.

I love the prints that i had done of the dogs! Exactly what i wanted. The one of my son and daughter in law i was less happy with. My sons head is on the top of the wrap again. If you have it up high it is not noticeable but they have it low so you can see it.
