I ordered 10 canvas prints from this company totaling $348. The website was easy to use, the canvases arrived fairly quickly, and the price was certainly good for that many canvas prints.
When they arrived, I discovered why they were so cheap. All 10 canvases were so blurry that they aren't able to be used. The quality is truly horrible.
I called customer service and waited probably 45 minutes and was told that the resolution of my photos were the reason. I asked why I was not notified of this low resolution and was told that I could have paid extra (per canvas) to have them checked, otherwise they are just sent out the way they are received.
The customer service agent offered me a $90 refund on a $348 order, to which I told him that was unacceptable. He put me on hold, and came back with a counter offer of $200. I accepted, although I'm furious to be out the other $148. We will see if I receive the refund - but whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company.
I have bought canvas prints many time, but never from this company before. I always look at reviews before making a purchase, but for some reason, I didn't this time. There are 7 (SEVEN) pages of complaints at BBB.org about Easy Canvas Prints.

I placed an order on 11/11 with estimated delivery for 11/20. On 11/23 contacted them for help. They said the order " had a glitch and didn't go through" but the order would be re-submitted. Re-contacted on 12/2 and was told "the order didn't go through, re-submit it". Terrible customer response and terrible service.

Old order number *******. New order number *******. Hasn't arrived yet. Old one arrived with their cut off. Had to order it larger and it cost me much more. Instead of 69.00 it cost me 200.00.
Tip for consumers:
I wish someone would look it over before sending it out. It was obvious cut off on sides.

Overall print quality was just not great. Ordered several prints when prices were on sale and they all came at not a high quality. Granted a few photos were JPEGS, most were taken with a professional camera and edited, and they all came blurry due to the pattern of the canvas material. Not sure if worth asking for a refund if that is just the general quality of how they print.

I would like to have my money back. As you can see from the photos, the pictures are damaged: the paint is peeling off the acrylic because they were improperly packaged. The adhesive tape was applied directly to the picture, or it shifted during transport. The outer boxes had no damage. Only when we opened the box did we realize that the adhesive tape was applied directly to the picture. Additionally, the adhesive tape was placed in such a way that it did not hold the picture securely. As a result, it was loose inside the packaging after the adhesive tape came off. I have photographed one of the adhesive tapes for you, where you can even see the paint stuck to it. Moreover, the pictures have several 'print streaks.' This clearly shows that the printer used did not have enough ink. I have also tried to photograph these streaks.
Additionally, you will receive the complete photos as requested. I am more than disappointed and must inform you that I will definitely not be recommending your company.

We ordered a canvas of a pixel art painting that my husband did for me for my birthday. The colors came out horribly (pink instead of brown, as an example). When we contacted them about it, they said it was the fault of their printer, but would only give us an 80% refund not including shipping, so we got less than 50% of what we paid back, for a canvas so bad we're just throwing it away. Their printer might be fine for just a family photo, but I'd be really cautious what you print through them and I will never recommend them to anyone. (Trying to get our money back was also a pain, they often took days to answer an email and I would often have to email them at least once as a reminder to answer and the refund took almost ten days after two weeks of emailing them)

I ordered 3 prints and anything larger than an 8x8 is heavily pixelated and blurry.
They informed me that they don't have any software that helps with this issue after they got my money and sent me the terrible prints. They're not offering to make it right either. Waste of $100
Tip for consumers:
If they had the software to brush out pixellation or at least forewarned that they don't, I wouldn't have used them.

Don't be swayed by the low price - you get what you pay for! These "artisans" will print and frame whatever you send them. They don't notify you if your submission is low resolution. I paid $54.51, and they agreed to return $30.89 because the print was so blurry. So it cost me $23.62 to throw the item in the trash! Even CVS and Walgreens let you know if your print it too low resolution. Very disappointing.

Avoid ordering anything here. I received their wrapped canvas prints that they had printed in the most odd fashion - there were cut out parts of the photo added to the sides of the canvas, so bad they are unusable. They call this "mirror image". When I contacted customer service about this (including photos of the terrible product), they advised me that this was printed properly and that I would not get a full refund. The photo quality is also VERY POOR.

They had an ad for a 30 by 40 on Facebook. Husband just passed n we wanted this badly.
When it arrived the photo was a complete Blur. Absolutely heart breaking. Why put an ad up foe 30 by 40 knowing a photo would be a blur?

They are absolutely terrible! The quality of the pictures are upsetting. It looks fuzzy and not good quality. My husband and I were very upset. They were 2 acrylic wedding pictures and I didn't even open the other box, because of how the first one turned out! Save your money and go elsewhere. I have another good company! I have purchased seven 16x20 prints from this company for around $450 with shipping. The first four were ok, the last three were loose (wavey) and dark. I don't think this company has any quality control.

I used a coupon for a 30x40 canvas of one of our wedding pictures to hang in our bedroom. I was very nervous, but it was absolutely gorgeous. I plan to order the rest of the prints we want for our new house from them.

Despite perfect alignment and cropping, my finished product had a visible 1/4" wide white vertical line through the right hand side. Obviously it was not part of the original photo presented. Upon explaining problem to customer service, they determined that I did not crop it properly. Therefore all my fault. They offered to re-produce at a cost higher than originally paid or a credit less shipping costs.

If you'd like to spend weeks communicating with their customer service, having them offer to minimally fix things but not do so without your response, then this might be the company for you. In all seriousness, I should've chosen another company. 2 of our canvas prints are ever so slightly crooked. The most egregious part is that we had an acrylic print made—and it was printed backwards! Completely useless. For a company to offer acrylics, you'd think they would know they needed to invert the image before printing. Ordered a metal print which was not the proper color. I paid for upgraded shipping ($25) hoping to finish a project with the ordered prints—I'm 2 weeks past the promised date and still don't have all of the items. I asked for a
Refund on shipping and was offered $4! Seriously! Find someplace else unless you want recouping your investment and fulfilling your order to become a full time job.

What I get was such a bad print it never could hang on a wall! After my complaint they want suddenly nothing know about their "Satisfaction Guarantee". Offering only a partly refund is not acceptable as this picture can be only trashed. Stay away from this company: to many bad reviews, bad customer service and not fulfilling their promises regarding the Satisfaction Warranty! Answering emails needs weeks! They believe obviously that you give up.

Buyer beware. Terrible laser printing onto canvass. Photo of my US Air Force Airman was received with red/pink streaks from the American flag bleeding into the white stripes of the flag. Terrible image. Kinda like your favorite white shirt ruined in the wash by a new red sock - now we see it's pink!. Company would not replace unless I agreed to pay for shipping of a yet unseen replacement. They didn't get it right the first time and want me to take the risk and pay for a second one. How about this company sending me an accurate image and product without color bleeds and prove you can get it right before asking for additional money. Bad business practice.

The portrait is of a wedding couple and their first kiss, The canvas print had their heads chopped off! Called customer service, and the representative immediately identified my problem. He told me at no cost they would reprint it into a portrait configuration instead of the landscape. I would only have to pay shipping of $9.99. I asked, "If you can see the problem looking at my order online, why didn't the company contact me for the approved correction or, simply correct it themselves?" I firmly believe Easy Canvas Prints should either reimburse me or provide me with a corrected print at no cost to me. This company is a good example of "BUYER BEWARE."
