Seller refused to communicate. I sent in a technical question and also asked what their return policy was since neither was described on the website. I sent three e-mails. Three weeks later I received an e-mail with this answer in Chinese characters: 我的你不明白. Loosely translated from Chinese to English it means "You don't understand". I resent my questions translated into Chinese. I received an e-mail with this answer: walang malinaw... This is Tagalog which is a Filipino language and loosely translated it means "nothing is clear". This is all kind of amusing but if I could give zero stars I would. There is something wrong with the seller.
Then after submitting a 1 star review on the easyshoecare.com website, the seller completely changed my review to 5 stars and they wrote a new positive review to replace mine. That is fraudulent and against the law per the FTC.
