BEWARE! CANDYCAN GUMMY Supplements. DO NOT ORDER from this COMPANY (aside from the product being really awful) This company Ripped me off for over $100 Would give less than zero stars if I could. In October 2022 My brother had ordered a sample pack, then he died on Oct 15 2022. I canceled all future shipments on Oct 15 2022, This company (www.eatcandycan. Com aka CandyCan aka Be Better Snacks, Inc.) still shipped a box over a MONTH LATER NOVEMBER 22 2022, and billed my credit card over $100! ABSOLUTELY Zero customer service. They DO NOT care. They have YOUR money. And there is NOTHING you can do because of their no return policy (which at the time my brother ordered this, was not very clear, or prominent on the order page). Even though the box was refused/return to sender (by another family member who was return all my dead brother's mail), They REFUSED to accept the return or issue a refund. My credit card company won't help and let the charge stand. $100 to a VN Vet on a fixed income is a Lot of Money.
Tip for consumers:
Beware that you have a teeny tiny window to cancel, after 48 hrs of ordering a sample pack, but before your next subscription item is ordered. There is a NO RETURN/NO REFUND Policy, so if you die, they will still REFUSE to cancel a shipment and you (or your family) will be stuck with overpriced inedible garbage and ripped off for over $100 bucks.
