Site said book should ship within 2-3 business days. Once ordered, status showed "awaiting shipment from trusted partner". For two weeks. During the wait, the site was unable to provide any more specifics, or cancel the order because it was "in process". Finally received the book weeks after I ordered it, but too late to use in the class for which I needed it. Was able to get a partial refund once I received it and sent it back. Support was polite and did what they could as individuals within their policies. Book arrived in good condition once it finally arrived. I'd only order from the site again if it was a month in advance of when I needed it.

This site has repeatedly charged my classmates and myself for text books that in fact are not for sale.
Your business practice of posting materials sold months ago. Thankful it was posted on my schools information pages so other students don't wait weeks for a book that was never for sale. Twenty nine students have posted their troubles with your site.

This is an easy website to navigate but always look at the price differences between rental and buying. Some books were only a couple dollars more to buy so I spent the extra 5 dollars to keep the books since you don't get your money back for sending them back!

Book descriptions vague (unclear if supplemental materials exist for textbook un the first place, had to contact a representative to confirm I was even ordering the right thing) and check out process awful. Coupon code did not work. Paypal integration didn't work.

I don't know that we have rental book until this ecampus come across on the google. Price is affordable and reasonable. You can choose rental time that cool. Delivery a little late but in time for my study. Packing very care and details the book is like new! I love it.

ECampus made it super easy to get the textbook I needed. The only downside was that it took over two weeks for it to be delivered so it came after my classes had already started which is a bummer. I definitely recommend ordering early!

Not a good experience. Still have not received the package. I had to do all the legwork when talking to the representatives pointing out the lack of notification on shipping as well as the number of days since movement. Requested a full refund. We shall see if it comes in the next 3 to 7 business days. Otherwise I'll be disputing with the bank.

I'm a little confused because I specifically chose the rental option, yet the text books I received are new. One of the books came in shrink wrap, and it indicated that if I was to write in it it would not be returnable. I rented the paper version so that I could highlight and take notes in the text as needed. This survey also asked me to "rate my purchase", but the receipt I was emailed does indeed indicate that both books were rentals. If someone could please reach out to me to clarify the issue that would be most appreciated.

My textbooks did not get to me on time. I called the customer service line several times over a week and never got a response. I sent several emails and only received a single, unhelpful response that didn't even answer my question. I would not recommend this site to anyone and will continue to tell people to avoid it due to this experience. There are numerous sources for students to find and buy textbooks.

You can't purchase or rent a textbook without creating an account, and that's partly just me hating when I have to create an account for every single online interaction or purchase. I also wasn't able to use a discount code that was displayed on every page, which turns out it was not available for use on most major publishers' textbooks, nor for rentals. I don't think I'll ever be satisfied with textbook prices; they always seem exorbitantly high, especially considering resale is the tiniest fraction of purchase price.

The site was easy enough to use once I got the hang of it as a college freshman. I hadn't done book ordering before. Prices were good or better than other sites. I am very surprised and disappointed that three weeks later. I still don't have one of my books though.

Nobody can tell me when my book will arrive. At a minimum, I deserve to still receive the book but get like $20 credit or something

I ordered the book a few weeks ago and Ecampus let me know they did not find it in their inventory. They gave a refund to my credit card. Then yesterday it was delivered. The book is in great shape as this is a technical book, one you use continually while working the pattern and instructions. Over and over again. For years. Thank you for sending this.

The site advertised that I would receive my books within 3 to 5 days and in actuality it took over two weeks to receive the books I needed because they didn't have any in stock, but I should have read. Print is what customer service told me.

The experience was easy and user friendly. The books were delivered just in time for school, although a PDF version of the first couple chapters would be helpful in the situations where assignments are due but the book hasn't arrived. This feature would be convenient especially since the books are paid for or rented out.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with the books I received and the condition they were in. The prices were one of the cheapest I could find across many different websites. I bought these for my daughter who is currently in college. Very happy with my purchase, will consider buying again from this website if I need to.

When thinking of books for a college class, I often think of how over priced books are and how expensive college is.
This website provides some of the best prices I have seen, but it takes longer than other sites to actually receive the books. That is the only down side.

The book I ordered for my Physical Science course was delivered to me in great condition. Despite the book being previously used, it is in seemingly perfect condition and it doesn't even look like it's been used before.

After a night of crying because of how expensive this one book was everywhere. I finally found Ecampus and loved it at first click. This book goes for upwards of 200$, so to be able to get it for so cheap is amazing. Thank you guys so much

The site was easy to use to purchase my textbook for class. My book came in a timely manner and was in good condition. The price was a little expensive for just a rental book that I'm going to return at the end of the semester. Otherwise, it was a positive experience and transaction.
