I've made a booking with insurance through these guys before the pandemic and they will accept that I'm entitled a refund of £700+ yet they have not provide 1 penny and not intending on doing that any time soon. They provide a voucher, but who would in their senses book anything with them again when they won't satisfy/honour the customer's rights with an acceptable policy?!?!?!? STAY AWAY unless you're ready to throw away your money.

They charged me for a rental car. I said I'll land around 9:30 and I'll be there then.
When I get to my location, the car rental is closed from 9 because it's Sunday.
So, I had to get a taxi to go to my hotel, next day get another taxi and go back to the airport! So I had to pay for 2 taxis, waste half a day, start my vacation on a negative note. ALL I ASKED THEM TO REFUND 1 day out of my reservation. No taxi money, no extra care and of course they didn't offer any. I sent them a request more than 3 different times and they kept asking for the same documents (which I have to log in to their system to get!). Never even replied and kept asking me for the same docs. They are good as long as you don't need anything from them. If something goes wrong, they customer service is hasn't updated from 1986. Now they are going to review companies and telling them that I was never a customer. How garbage you have to be as a company to do this?! So I'm uploading my proof here so they can't do it here.
This was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Our counter person (Sharhan) was professional, courteous, and patient with all my questions and concerns. The vehicle we were issued was clean, and above my expeditions (2017 Camry). We will return to EconomyBookings for our future car rental needs!
I recently made a trip to the International Airport EconomyBookings Rental car location where I was greeted by Yasheema Moore (OUTSIDE) for picking up my vehicle and she was very professional, helpful, & courteous.

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
