Booked a car from MIA, went to there off site airport from a shuttle, and they required unrealistic requirements to use your own insurance, so they make you use there insurance that is completed overpriced, along with the toll fee requirements. Not worth it, go with a reputable company
They offer free cancellation - but when I needed to cancel they did not refund my money, but put it into a "E-wallet" and tell me I have two years to use it.
These guys are crooks and they display a very low price to get you excited, then ask for your credit card, and when you do put the card in, they charge you two times as much and when you contact them they say, no refund@@@@@@BUYER BEWARE@@ DO NOT USE THESE $#*!S
This company is a complete rip off. DO NOT USE they will steal from you, I ordered a car 24 hours prior to pick up. When I went to the rental agency (Hertz) they knew nothing about my reservation and the vehicle (7 passenger) was not available. I had a large party and needed the larger passenger auto. All SOLD OUT, I reached out to Economy Bookings within an hour to resource with a different agency or cancel. I couldn't talk to anyone, all I could do is email. All they kept insisting was that I didn't give then 48 hours notice. I couldn't, I ordered 24hours prior to pick up. In the end they refused to resource and refused to cancel. Thieves,

They do not disclose the full and detailed cancellation until after purchase. They will only refund to an E-Wallet for credit used for future booking with them and them only. But, they promote 100% full refund until 48 hours before pickup. Bait and switch, con artists.
Recently booked a car rental through EconomyBookings with Thrifty Car Rental at Jacksonville, Florida airport. Upon arrival, I was denied the vehicle because I didn't have a physical credit card, even though I provided a valid foreign passport. The booking was paid for using a debit card, and the confirmation email did not clearly state that failure to meet this credit card requirement would result in forfeiting the payment.
Despite this oversight on their part, I was not refunded, leaving me with no car and a significant financial loss. Customer support was unhelpful and did not take responsibility for the poor communication regarding such a critical requirement.
This experience was deeply frustrating and felt like a breach of trust. I strongly urge EconomyBookings to improve their transparency and clarify all terms in their communication to avoid such issues in the future. I cannot recommend this service and will not be using it again.
The service I received from, EconomyBookings was truly exceptional. The staff at the selected rental company were not only professional and efficient but also warm and approachable, which made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. Terrible Experience with EconomyBookings – Do Not Recommend!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with EconomyBookings. I booked a car rental, but when I arrived to pick up the car, the rental office was already closed—even though I had confirmed the hours of operation beforehand. Despite arriving within the time frame, they refused to provide me with a vehicle, and worst of all, they kept my money.
It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that they couldn't accommodate me, and they didn't offer any solutions or refunds. I ended up stranded without a car, and they completely ignored my concerns.
If you're considering booking with them, beware—they don't seem to care about customer service or ensuring that their policies are actually followed. I will never use their services again and would recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Denied booking by Routes.ca with the reason that they don't rent to local and want return ticket. Firstly i am not local as I am visiting US for a project (more than a year). Even after booking return ticket for the same date (car return date), i was denied and I was told that I didn't have the ticket in first place. When I reserved on your website, rental company was not mentioned and Economy booking picked it up for me upon payment. As per policy, only routes.ca require return ticket but i was unaware if Routes will be my rental company. If Economy Booking was aware of this they Return ticket details should have been made mandatory on your website or booking confirmation. Request of changing rental company was also not entertained by Economy bookings. Now, they hold my money approx. CAD 400 for services i never received. Neither i received any refund nor rental car through your company. My request is to refund my hard earned money or let discuss this matter with Ombudsman.
This Site is simply a SCAM. If you are travelling with family, DON'T TAKE THE RISK it's not worth the money they offer. They show less price but they hide a lot in terms and conditions section. They don't have Customer Care Representative to answer your calls.
They say Car Pickup in Airport but it's NOT. It takes couple of hours to reach the actual Site from Airport.
They don't own any car. They are just BROKERS. They deny car and ROB the entire Rental Amount.

Once you book online your are gone. There is NO proper way to Cancel your reservation. They don't pick your calls. They don't respond to your emails.
The car service was spectacular. The Kia Solute achieved above expectation. Completely Reliable for the long drive across the country. Very econonical in gas and comfotable interior.
NEVER USE THIS SITE! I would highly recommend going with a different company. I have travelled and rented cars in over 15 countries and never experienced anything like this. I paid online 2 months in advance. When arriving at the airport I was told I hadn't paid and the company had scammed me. The women at fox rentals at the airport then said I should call and cancel the booking as I've been scammed. When I called the original company (economy bookings) the women on phone proceeded to tell me she couldn't hear me and hung the phone up and then wouldn't answer the phone after. I had to pay over $800 cash from a different company at the airport for a different car. Don't think this won't happen to you, they may offer cheap prices but you're better off going directly with a company from the airport! Just to note: When I tried to review on their website I wasn't allowed because apparently my 'booking doesn't exist' even though I have email receipts and their bank details from the original booking. Awful awful awful company should be shut down!
The rudest customer service I've experienced. I cancelled a booking that was worth 702. I then booked another car which was advertised as around 250. The credit remaining on my account was a little under 300. When I called customer service to understand this discrepancy the woman said it was something to do with the policy of the car company but couldn't tell me what the price I had paid was for the car and when I asked for clarification she started talking to me in a slow, irritated and patronising voice then got angry with me and told me she needed to speak to me slowly because I couldn't understand her explanation the first time and not to interrupt her. When I asked her not to be rude she said if I interrupted her one more time she would hang up the call. What lovely people employed there. Would never use them again
I rented a car in Italy and there were some damages. I was charged for these damages as expected and got in touch with the group about making a claim. I wrote an email and got a response about the information that was required which I followed up with. I then heard nothing and followed up with another email. Six weeks have passed and still total silence. I called the customer service of Economy Bookings who told me they know nothing about the insurance. I find it strange that they're selling a product they know nothing about. She told me to contact the insurance by email and when I told her I had already done so several times, and hadn't had a response in six weeks of emailing them, she said 'they have lots of emails and are very busy'. She seemed to regard the call as a nuisance and displayed no desire to help. I would never use this company again as it's easy to rent a car but the important thing is having good customer service if something goes wrong

Be very careful about their cancellation policy!
They advertise a free within 1hr of booking cancellation however I learned 2 ways they take your money anyway!
1- they do not give your money back, they only give you an e wallet credit, which you need to register for!
2- you cannot update the booking if your schedule changes. When I called to make changes I was told to cancel my booking via the app and rebook according to my need plans.
I did this but this uses your "free 1hr cancellation" you cannot cancel again or they make you pay twice!
Completely and whole heartedly disappointed that I ever got to know economy bookings. I will wait till I get to the airport to book my vehicle rental because that will always be cheaper then paying twice!
Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
