Excellent service provider. Professional, courteous, problem diagnosed & corrected quickly. I have used this company before with very good results and I would not hesitate to call upon them in the future for needed plumbing services
The technicians showed up and immediately asked for $193 as a "diagnostic fee" that I was not told about when arranging for the estimate. 15 minutes later (that's nearly $800 per hour), they told me my pipe was leaking and needed to be replaced... yes, that is why I called. I received the quote more than 24 hours later. The quote was 68% higher than a competitor who came over and completed the project next day with no "diagnostic fee". I suspect Economy Plumbing wanted my money for the diagnostic fee but had no interest in fixing the problem. Felt like a con job.
Very pleased with work that we requested to be done. The plumber Was very friendly and worked without making a mess. I would call this company again for other plumbing work.
Really appreciated the "home town" attitude of the repair person that fixed my water heater issue. He even gave advice on an air-conditioning issue I had as well. Great service!

I have had low water pressure as long as I can remember. Economy Plumbing recommended replacing the PRV. It costs $350, but holy cow my faucets are gushing water like never before. This is great!

The whole process was very dissatisfying
The plumber comes to my house, checks the bathroom and suggests that the entire bathroom shower needs to be replaced and gives a very high price quote. After we agree on the price, he starts his work by making a big hole in the bathroom wall by breaking all the tiles around the shower handle and after 2 hours working on it he comes downstairs and tells us that he doesn't know how to fix tiles and we need to hire someone else to come and fix our broken tiles (which he broke them) and after tiles are fixed he will come and fix the handle. For the entire holiday season (Christmas 2017) our shower room was broken and not working because he just left it as half done. (he said we can use it as it is but we never felt comfortable to use it since it looked so not normal) After the new year, 2018, we called him and asked him to come to finish the work since our tile is now fixed (we spent over 250 dollars to fix our tiles), he never showed up and just kept texting I am busy and God Bless you.
Economy plumbing was scheduled to come fix a water leak on Friday from 4-6. They never arrived and never called to tell us why they didnt come. Ive left a message and still havent heard back.
I had a plumber come out to fix the PRV because our house pressure is off, it's now as bad or worse than it was and it was freaking expensive, I will never use your company again
