Poorest customer service ever. No phone # to call until after emails to them that can last for days with your appliance still not working. I think they only have one guy dealing with customer support, from our first reply to support help 100% negative. They accuse customers and after only 2 months of use on an Ecotemp i12 on demand heater it quit. 9 days still no hot water I removed their heater & purchased a very nice Rheem System and installed. My main point is I never seen a customer support help so negative, and instead of help fixing the problem they accuse, dont email you back. I am going to help all the other customers who have complained as I have for the same service problem. But the thing is I was a Mechanical Contractor for 35 years in California with 4 licenses. I my company has installed well over 100 on demand heaters of different styles. Even I was treated as a first timer till I even got so frustrated, after 9 days and no hot water. I changed my system. I guess when you get a one star rating it shows
Tip for consumers:
Ecotemp should listen to customer complaints, Deal directly to resolve in a professional manor & not attack customers till they just get so frustrated. I think that is something they like to do.
