SCAM! Don't buy anything from Ecrater, I ordered hair dryer on Apr 12,2018 and paid $42.99 with PayPal, they were very quick to take my money but I NEVER RECEIVED my order, Ecrater told me I have to wait 2 weeks before I can do anything about it, I waited 2 weeks and email to seller, he said he is not register with Ecrater and told me he will refund my money, that was a week ago, since then NOTHING, Ecrater told me take it to PayPal, I hope PayPal can help me get my money back, but Ecrater and Kevin Hudson-AllUnderOneRoof17 (SELLER) both are SCAMMER'S! If your a seller do not sell on Ecrater. Ecrater themselves are a bunch of con artists that will make you loose money, side with buyers committing fraud, and threaten to suspend your store. Ecrater attracts nothing but thieves and con artists. You spend hours and days building your store, you get dullusional people on here leaving you all kinds of fake negative feedback, just to hurt your business and Ecrater just sits there and lets it happen. They purposely wont respond to your as a seller when you know a buyer is trying to commit fraud, but the second a buyer makes a fake complaint, Ecrater is all over you spamming your email, threatening you, left and right. For one thing we are currently in the process of filing a law suit against Ecrater and will be making everything public to tell people exactly how this company operates. We've never trusted them in the first place and will never, if they like to play their little games and hurting our company, you know what they say about payback Ecrater... especially with 5 lawyers gathering more evidence to file a law suit against them. Not to mention every buyer that has gotten ripped off by them.

I emailed the company after reading the reviews to make sure it would be fulfilled and they immediately cancelled my order! Horrible customer service and horrible company!

I would NEVER shop through Ecrater based on the recent scam. Received a bottle of coloured water instead of perfume! When I messaged the seller (WORLDPERFUME) I was told I must have COVID as no perfume has not scent! NO $#*!! For the $68.00 that it would cost me to post this junk back I would rather take the hit in the hopes that nobody else gets stung by this scam merchant!

This is just my initial impression, as I just made a purchase last night. I paid with PayPal and received the receipt. Later I received an automatic email from the seller and it had a Pay Now link.(If I click there, PayPal tells me I have already paid.

I email the seller from the automatic email and have gotten no response from three emails. I know this is early but I had etsy purchases the same night and received immediate order received and paid for and even shipment info.

Ecrater is for sellers and from what I've heard in other review sites, they aren't supported by ecrater. You cannot contact them as a seller or buyer and get a response. There is no security that the transaction will take place and nowhere on the site to search for the seller.

Luckily, I've read PayPal has rescued many a bad transaction or non-shipment. I hope I get lucky and get a response from my seller and receive my product. I will not give this a try again. You have to be lucky and pick a legit seller who is on the ball.
