Never buy something from this website. This website is a scam. They do not send your items and accidently send additional items in where they demand more money. They have poor communication. Ordered an item from a merchant named Atkoo from this site. The money was taken out of my bank account, but I havent received a confirmation email or any tracking information. How do I contact this Atkoo merchant?
I ordered an item from Ecrater. Com, with their seller Mvintagezoo. The charges were transferred from my credit card and the item was never delivered. I have contacted Ecrater and Myvintage zoo on four different occasions. I received no return messages and still no products after five weeks. Just another rip-off site.
I have been selling on eCrater for 2 years now and have been blessed with great customers and excellent feedback. I also sell on eBay and Bonanza and have done better on eCrater than the other two combined.
A week ago, I purchased a very large set of markers from a seller named scrapbookallie on eCrater. I immediately emailed her asking if it was fraud. She denied it, and said she was sending the order out on thursday.
I replied asking politely for the shipping information. She never replied!
It's been a week. I didn't have the option to pay with paypal. I still don't know for sure that it's fake, but all signs say yes. I know she has been online because she adds things to her store often.

I find this site incredibly difficult and frustrating to use. I can't bulk upload from ebay because it keeps giving me and error telling me I have only 1 fixed price listing in my ebay shop, I have over 300 fixed price listings! I also can't set it that I sell from the uk to the uk only, there is a default of alaska and US which i cant remove!
They are aweful. After i paid for an item, with out contacting me or explain,they canceled my order.
They did not even answer my emails. Now, i should wait 3 to 5 business days to recieve my refund.
It is waste of time and money. Never trust this website.
It was time consuming setting up my store. I signed up with a positive attitude. I thought I might sell here. Wrong. I never sold a thing. I am updating this review. I do not know why ecrater is still even on line. It has been there for a long time. I have friends who have tried it and nothing. It really is a joke. I decided to build my own website. I ordered a product from this site but after ordering and paying I was informed that the product was unavailable. I did get my payment refunded but ever since I have been inundated with spam emails. This is the only site that I have provided my email to in the last 3 to 4 months. Unless you enjoy emails for boner pills, don't use this site.
I bought Tilex in September, 2020. Safety seal broken and replaced w bleach & water not the Tilex. I thought perhaps I was wrong but at this moment I can literally see where the plastic safety wrap was cut.

I recently purchased a movie on dvd from eCRATER and had a very nice experience with the product and customer service. Along with the title I purchased, they included another movie on the disc PLUS a bonus gift titled for a total of 3 movies for one low price. It arrived across the country in a matter of days and a very nice written note from "Mary." I was pleasantly surprised. Because the movie was an older tv movie, the picture quality was slightly fuzzy, but was thoroughly watchable. I was glad to at least have an opportunity to view the "rare" movie at all, so all in all, was very pleased with my purchase. The bonus movies was so nice to receive. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from them.
I purchased a dresser from a company and new immediately it was fraud. I reached out to ECrater and let them know and they told me I needed to wait 14 days. No dresser and no reply from Chinese company I purchased the dresser from. Don't use ECrater unles you are ready to get screwed.
I never received my product and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get my refund. I will never order from them ever again. You have to email to speak to someone and noone gets back to you. Do not order from here this has happened to a friend of mines to. She ordered the first time and didn't get the product she was supposed to get they gave her a cheap product but charged her top dollar and the second time never received her stuff so please do not order from this ecrater site it's a joke. Bought a Fitbit Ionic for my husband for Christmas. The item I received was NOT in new condition and will not even charge or turn on! I ordered a fishing reel from this place never came. Started looking into it the seller sent it to the wrong address. Tried to contact seller got no response try to talk to eCRATER and they told me to go through PayPal to try to get my money back but did not do anything to help either. I really occurred you not to use eCRATER for anything

I ordered a Coleman Coffee maker carrying case from Surabasera and after 60 days, it never arrived. I asked for a refund, but got the run around. I never received the product or a refund. I finally just gave up. The vendor, Surabasera operates a fraudulent store and is a crook. BUYER BEWARE!
