Ordered a few parts for Audi this summer. Good deal overall. Prices were reasonable, quality was good, items came as pictured and packaged normally! Web site could use an easier to find "your garage menu", it hides it under the search bar - on the right. Otherwise web-site is good!

BEWARE OF THE LIFETIME WARRANTY! It isnt a full replacement… you still have to pay 75% of what the value is, plus tax and shipping… its a huge scam! They robbed me of $200 plus shipping when they promised they would replace the item if I bought a new one… DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE IN ANY WAY… THEY LIED AND HERE I AM IN THE HOLE FOR $1000 for the same crappy product!

It isnt a full replacement… you still have to pay 75% of what the value is, plus tax and shipping… its a huge scam! They robbed me of $200 plus shipping when they promised they would replace the item if I bought a new one… DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE IN ANY WAY… THEY LIED AND HERE I AM IN THE HOLE FOR $1000 for the same crappy product!

Terrible customer service. You purchase with any card they email you forcing you to use paypal instead. On top of that they sent me the wrong exhaust pipe for my e63 m6. Now I have to pay for the return shipping and rebuy the part. Will not being buying from them again unless I want to deal with con artists, terrible shipping, and non existent customer service. Buying my exhaust straight from super sprint this time around.

None of the parts. I have been waiting to get the section 1 pipes for my car.

These guys will make you pay for a part that's missing or damaged during delivery. Even if it's something that's completely not your fault, it will have to come out of your pocket no matter what. I've never seen a multi-million dollar company that won't even cover something like that for the sake of courtesy for the customers that spends thousands of dollars on their website especially if the customer had to wait 4 months to get it

If you're thinking of shopping on this website for low price, do not expect quality and that's including customer service

ECS denied me an RMA of some bad ignition coils (Dinan). I tried to use them but was receiving misfire codes. I was advised to replace w/ Bosch. Once I did go with Bosch plugs and coils, there were no more misfires. They said I needed written verification from a shop/mechanic. Well, I do my own work on my car.

So beware.

I have been doing business with ECS tuning for several years. I first ordered parts about 8 years ago for my VW passat. I recently started ordering again with them about 6 months ago, because I acquired an Audi project car. They carry an extensive line of products for European vehicles. I have made several orders over the past half year and most have gone without issue. There was one situation where a small item did not ship. I contacted their customer service through chat and they corrected the issue and sent the item out right away. Chat customer service is generally prompt. They will provide guidance, as needed, with part select/fitment verification. Shipping is free over $49. I usually receive my parts withing about three business days. Most items ship the next day, if in stock. I recommend ECS if you have a European vehicle.

Tip for consumers:
Always verify fitment before purchasing your product. Use the chat feature to speak to a representative to guide you, if necessary.

Do not use ECS tuning ever. They are a very poorly run company that will not honour their products, warranty, or return policy. Never use this company and if Austin answers the phone hang up. He will rip you off

I bought a six piston Brembo kit initially when I bought rotors from you ecs, I was told there would be clearance on the factory 19 inch wheels. Unfortunately that was not accurate and then I asked what else can I do then I was told to buy wheel spacers by multiple ecs employees and I bought $500 worth of wheel Spacers put them on and to my disappointment I still did not have clearance on my factory 19 inch wheels. I asked for a refund since I was now $500 short and after speaking to a manager he absolutely refused. I then asked is it fair that I bought rotors that are supposedly compatible with the six piston Brembo caliper from your website that said nothing that I needed to upgrade to 20 inch wheels and I was told to buy wheel spacers I didn't request to buy them only to find out that I can't even return them. So yes, it is absolutely horrible customer service when you have a company operate like that. And now I'm being punished because of the negligence of an ECS employee and ecs has banned me for any future business because of me complaining and being upset? What an absolute joke but thanks again for the horrible business.

I tried to buy a fuel pump, but they banned me because I complained when I bought wheel spacers after I was told by multiple employees to buy wheel spacers, and I tried to return them they refused.

The worst company. Sent wrong part in correctly labeled box, won't take back wrong, want me to eat cost of new part. Days of good customer service are gone!

Part was installed, and ran in the vehicle for a week until I went to replace the other side and realized you had shipped the wrong part. It did sit on my shelf for 9 months before I realized it did not go back but own up to the facts:
1) the return specialist was informed it was installed when I requested the initial return and full refund without any objections, if it was out of your policy it should have been explained at that time!
2) you shipped the wrong part, it's that simple, better warehouse controls and this issue would have never happened, so I standby my remarks, you are the worse company because you don't own up to causing this problem.

Stay away from ECSTuning lousy company

I receive a broken intercooler after a 1 mouth delay until receive IT.2 mounth if delay for another one or 10%disconte and loosing Lifetime guarantee.Its a joke!

I ordered a new rear light assembly for my car from the website. The site identified the part as a replacement and when it arrived the light looked nothing the original part nor did it connect to the original connector. I asked for a return and they responded by saying that the part actually would fit my car if I were to do a crap load of modifications to the existing wiring and then I should also order a new light for the other side so they could match! This was their great idea. So I paid for delivery and now I pay for returning it because they will not. I'm $120 and I have nothing but a headache in dealing with this garbage company. Stay away from these idiots!

My go to online page for everything car related. I own 3 Volkswagens and this company along with their competitive prices has been the place to order from. Easy to make an account and track your shipment. Customer service is quick to respond for any questions.
They also sell ECS brand products with outstanding quality!

I've selected my car on the website so I'll see all the parts that fits to my car. I've made an order then one item that I've ordered wasn't fit. I contacted the customer service and basically they told me I won't get a refund because I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. How can I order the wrong part if I entered my car information and the website showed me the parts that fits?

I'm happy to get screwed for $7 (part cost) but know ECSTuning true face and zero customer service – I will never use them again. They just don't care and customer service is not something they understand or provide.

They can't supply the part to themselves? Why sell it then? Leave me to figure out what to do about your mistake? Ridiculous! Just awful customer service and I'll be sure to spread the word about ECS and Turner!

This company makes mistakes with there part description then it charges you a 12.00 shipping fee which they don't want to return if they sell you the wrong part. If you order a part from this website and it doesn't fit they will charge you a restocking fee and will not give you a full refund BEWARE stay away this company is bad for business.

This website will sell you the wrong parts and make you pay to return them and won't compensate you for destroying your 1500 dollar turbo. They take weeks to respond about a problem. And can't seem to help you if they give you the wrong things. Very unprofessional. I willl be using urotuning from now on becuase they are honest and responsible.

I have no clue what kind of quality parts this company carries but the one thing I need to state is there poor communication and a whole lot of sorrys for not having accuracy on items being in stock or out aswell as ship dates when the items aren't in stock, it creates an inconvenience, this was my 3rd time having a problem either with the wrong part sent to me or the item stating it's in stock and when I call they say there sorry it's not in stock, it shows they have some incompetent individuals running the show.

According to BMW corporate, ECS tuning is not an authorized BMW parts supplier... With that being said, ECS tuning made up their own policy for 1 year on parts warranty, undercutting the standard 2 year warranty that BMW offers on their parts... BMW will not honor the 2 year warranty because ECS tuning is not an authorized BMW part supplier. If you buy parts from ECS tuning, you are replacing your BMW standard 2 year warranty, with a 1 year ECS tuning warranty. Not worth the hassle. Like many others have mentioned, in my opinion ECS tuning customer service is horrible. They are very rude and
Unprofessional. I highly recommend doing more research, and giving your business to someone else... Stop supporting businesses That operate like this.

I ordered a bunch of parts for my Mini S R60. My mechanic is patiently waiting on them so he can get my car back on the road.

Well they accidentally sent an extra bottle of antifreeze to me and asked for it back. I couldn't get to sending it back due to not having a ride all the time because again my car is in the shop.

These guys are now holding all my order's until they get a bottle of antifreeze back! You have to kidding me. I was a faithful customer to ECS but now I am done with them. Now I have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks until I can get my car back due to to them holding all my orders hostage until they get back a freaking bottle of antifreeze!

They authorize the logistics cie to ship it back to them as soon as there is any glitch in the process. I missed 1 call from UPS, the last-mile driver never left any paper notice, I receive no other call, no email ever.
UPS shipped it back to ECS at an additionnal 265USD charge of course (almost 2 time the rate for the original path), then ECS charges fee as "it was refused by the customer" (which isn't true as I didn't had a chance of accepting or refusing anything...)

So 1 month, 400+ USD charges, no package, no actual way of preventing a lazy driver or any other weirdness in shipping.

Stay very far away of those money creeps they are in my opinion a net negative to the humanity.

DO NOT! They are scam artist as other says, really, don't engage your money with them they are sure to keep it whatever happens.

Recently purchased an item from ECS Tuning. I thought I supposely purchased as a new item but instead I received a used return item (with a Return Merchantdis Authorization form filled by another customer who returned it) inside the package. ECS sold me a used return item as a new item. This is fraud business practice to me. Bought many parts from them over the years but they've lost me as their cutomer over this $85 purchase.

Bought thousands of dollars from ECS Tuning after waiting for an hour John hung up on me for using the f word at the situation not him and I explained that to him before I use the F-word she was really rude and it pissed me off simply all I wanted is for them to fix the problem they didn't load the credits that I paid for haven't been able to drive my car for 5 days

Any vendor can unknowingly sell a defective product. It is how they handle the followup that is in my opinion what counts. So when I got my RMA for my problem parts I explicitly asked about re-stocking fees and was told there would not be any.
GUESS WHAT? And ECS was unable to explain to me where MY money went other than to them. I spent way too much time trying to explain the situation to a CSR who I am afraid was a bit slow and after a slew of emails that got nothing HERE WE ARE!

So they have been around a long time and undoubtedly have many satisfied customers.
Summing up my experience it would have been far easier and cheaper had I gone a Mercedes Dealer and paid retail for the same parts.

You pays your money you takes your chances.
