Boots were not the real thing and were over 3 weeks to arrive. I filed complaint with my credit card and they requested confirmation of my complaint. Went to local dealer of Uggs at the mall and they confirmed they were a poor knock-off. It was a Christmas present for my daughter who knew immediately they were fake. I ended up with a credit from my credit card company in the end, but it took hours of my time emailing them and getting no where before finally resorting to an appeal. Thank goodness for Chase Credit Card who stood behind me and returned my $132.00! Do not chance these great prices... if its too good to be true it probably isn't!
