Eders is a site that custom arrows, archery equipment and bow hunting equipment. If you join as a member you get great savings and they offer military discounts as well. They have been in business since 1998 and have exceptional products.

These dummies sell stuff they don't have, then cancel your order. What's worse is they cancel but continue to offer the item that they don't have. Heather, in customer service, gives you vague/short answers to your questions, if she decides to answer. I never really received a complete answer to any of my questions. They canceled my order, yet four days later they still show 10 in stock. Heather says they have so many items that it is hard to keep up. Lazy and stupid is what that is. So they want to just keep wasting customer's time and their own by allowing orders that they will just have to cancel. Very productive! They did me a favor as I do not want to do business with a fly-by-night outfit like this. First impression blown. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I did not take the time to check the return policy prior to making a purchase, that's on me and I acknowledge that. It's a 20% restock fee plus the cost of return shipping. So out of pocket expense on my behave will be approximately $50. The boots i bought were LaCrosse Hunt pac extremes, nice looking boot, but cut extremely small for the size they are labeled. So them being to small was the problem. I learned early in life that an education will cost you, and this has been another validation of that.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware of the return policy.

If you want something in a timely fashion look elsewhere in my opinion. It took 13 days for them to actually start the shipping process. (create a shipping label with tracking info not yet to leave their facility for deer dander ordered which was in stock when placed my order) That was after I contacted and was going to turn them in for fraud. Im a first time buyer from Eders and I don't normally give a review unless it is good but after ordering from this company and having to actually contact them before they even begin to start the shipping process, I just thought it would be helpful for others. I hope whoever reads this has a better experience then I have.

I recently ordered a wicked ridge raider crossbow from eders. The ad on eders website says that the bow includes a range master pro variable speed scope. Every other place that I had looked at shows the bow comes with a multi line scope but some offer an upgrade to the pro scope. I received the bow and it has the multi line scope and not the pro scope. Eders refuses to make it right and get me the scope that the ad shows. They say I can send it back but I would have to pay return shipping. Why should I have to pay for something that is not my fault? This is an awful company that I will never deal with again! I should have listened to all of the bad reviews before I placed my order.

My wife ordered me a new case for my crossbow for Christmas opened it and it wasn't the right size case. My wife then emailed them to get a return and had to wait over a month to get the refund and ended uo paying for return shipping they received crossbow case in exact same box and everything no damage nothing just the wrong size so an 80 dollar crossbow case turned into a 120 dollar case and the refund was only 52 dollars so if you decide to use this company don't they are no better than a Facebook scam artist ps if there was a no star review this company would get it lousy company

"Free shipping" on orders over $100-ONLY if you are a member.
NO RETURNS of "Treestands" but this also includes unused, unopened tree steps because they are same "category" of product
I won't give them any more of my money!

I just purchased a few sets of 2oz and 4oz weights for my stabilizer bar, and being new in the archery field, I "assumed" that these were the same diameter as the 1oz weights. Finding out later that the 1 oz weights are 1.35dia, and the 2oz and 4oz weights are 2.66" dia. I made the mistake of ordering the larger ones assuming they were all the 1.35dia weights. If they disclosed the diameters of these weights in the items descriptions like I am finding out that EVERY OTHER VENDOR DOES on their website, this wouldn't have happened. And they have the nerve to charge me to ship them back and the 2 I opened before realizing this, they will not take back. This after I spent over $300.00 with them. Worst decision I ever made, and I will never use them again for anything. You are warned.

Their site says they pay return shipping on defective items.

All returns that are not due to defective products or eders.com mistakes will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee. And the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Of course if an item is delivered defective or eders makes an error in an order, eders will cover all shipping costs and there is no restocking fee.

I found out the hard way that this is not true. I received a trail cam that will not turn on. They suggested that I can't read directions or that I don't know how to put batteries in. Spend your money with a reputable company. If you have a problem you will be glad you did.

Unfortunately you are in no position to decide if an item is defective. You very well could have put the batteries in with the wrong polarity which could have caused the issue. Additionally return shipping is completely your responsibility. You'll find this to be the case whether you attempt to send the item back to us or send the item back to the manufacturer. In 22 years of experience it normally is the customers problem that they have misused the item or not read the directions.

"I recently purchased a pair of $130 LaCrosse Hunting boots. Boots were 1 size too small so I contacted Eders, explained the issue. They gave me a return RMA so I re-purchased the correct size and returned the small ones. They charged me a 20% RESTOCKING FEE even though I repurchased the boots again from them! Do the math, 20% of $130 is $26! They kept $26 of mine even though I repurchased and provided them with proof of purchase. Customer service said "we have to charge a restocking fee" which is complete BS and bad customer service. I WAS a return customer, Never again will I buy from them and neither should you! What a crooked business!" Go to other retailers that DO NOT charge a restocking fee, there are PLENTY out there!
