The folks at Edgenuity are always quick to respond to my requests. There is usually a 24-hour response time or less.

Edgenuity stands out among other online learning programs in its responsiveness to helpdesk requests, either technical or academic assistance. This response time helps students feel like their questions and frustrations are valid.

For a recent technical request, I had an email troubleshooting checklist in my inbox within three minutes of making the request.

For a recent student-submitted question about the validity of a test question, my request received an automatic reply, but within a week a real person had read over the question and affirmed that the question needed to be corrected. That made our day to be heard, in addition to being right! Sometimes that personal connection to learning can be lost in these big systems, but it doesn't need to be.

Your support staff are amazing! They have been so helpful to me. I show up many Wednesdays to get their assistance. Sometimes we struggle and try ideas that don't work out. But often we have great success! I now have 2 PurposePrep classes, thanks to their help. I love the content and my students love working through the modules. I must admit that the program itself is daunting. I'd love more training so I could be more independent with the product.

Requested help through chat. I was the only person in the que for help. Gave up after waiting for 15 minutes. Someone finally tried to help once I had moved on and worked on finding a solution of my own after 25 minutes. Received an email 16 days after my original request for help stating they had no solution and would need the problem further for help. Received another email after 20 days of my original problem with yet again no real solution to the problem. Honestly, after 20 days my virtual students and I are weeks past this lesson. I solved my own problem within the hour with no help from OW/ Edgenuity. Very poor customer service.

Product support, and our account manager, are knowledgeable, friendly, and able to help us quickly when needed. This program support outweighs support of another program we have. And it is appreciated!

Edgenuity responded surprisingly quickly to my request that a particular quiz question be corrected. The presumably correct answer choice had a flaw which could have led higher level students to reject it. The Edgenuity team modified the answer so that it was in fact correct.

The Product Support Specialist, Greg, quickly understood what we needed and what needed to be adjusted. Not only was it corrected on a speedy basis, he also emailed directions/ information to us in case it happened again. Thank you!

I have been facilitating 6th, 7th and 8th grade online Science courses. Edgenuity has been a wonderful tool to help us and our students and families get through these hard times. The program is easy to navigate and provides great support tools like guided notes for lessons and the ability to provide accommodations like extra time and reading aloud. Whenever I have had questions about answers to test, I have been able to get explanations back within 24 hours from Edgenuity support. Overall, a very good tool (after learning how to use it).

I am a parent and my daughter had to use Edgenuity for the end of Algebra last year and the last term in Geometry this year due to Covid. Edgenuity skips steps when teaching and is not thorough in explaining problem resolution. I had to re-teach her the lessons in Algebra last year and go the Math Zone so they could teach her Geometry. She was an A and B math student in prior quarters, but was getting D's in Edgenuity both quarters in math before she got help from other sources. We had to supplement and constantly used Khan Academy because Edgenuity didn't fully explain how to do the math problems. The teaching also did not fully relate to the difficulty level on the tests. They really need to restructure their math curriculum and maybe take a lesson from Khan Academy on how to teach.

My student had an issue with their Edgenuity course. I sent an email message to customer support.
I had a response within 10 minutes. After corresponding back and forth, the issue was resolved.
I was pleased. They responded quickly and my student was able to continue their coursework without any delay.

If you save and exit out of a test it will lock everything that you EVEN LOOK AT, which is quite stupid when you are trying to work.

As a teacher, I appreciated the fast response to yet another glitch. I wish I could say glitches are rare. They're not.
With regard to content, the grades 9-12 courses are difficult and not very engaging. Students complain about the number of videos and the quality of the "teachers". Although the teachers seem to be proficient in content, they are boring in presentation.

I contacted them to resolve an issue getting into to see my kids progress they were fast and effective.

I have been using Edgenuity for quite sometime and I LOVE it! The support team is excellent and respond PROMPTLY (even after hours) if you have a problem. Furthermore, Edgenuity gives an EXCELLENT overview of the benchmarks, and allows my students to work at their own pace. It has helped me as a teacher because it reinforces and solidifies what I have taught the students. Additionally, even though as a general rule I assign them to all my students, I can assign them individually to students who need additional help on a specific benchmark. Since I began using Edgenuity a few years ago (Huge shout out to my District support person, Mr. Neil Williamson), both the percentage of students in my class who pass the Biology EOC as well as their individual test scores have increased significantly. Also, my students love them because they are usually worth a lot of grades.:-) I"m very thankful that my school district continues to pay for Edgenuity and I HIGHLY recommend it.

I am a student who has to do Edgenuity due to covid. I personally do not like it. Usually, when you get a question wrong it does not tell you what you did wrong. I have a brother who also does edgenuity and we recently discovered that we have the same encores when I am in the 7th grade and he is in the 6th grade. The website is also really boring.
