EdgePark medical supply customer service is the absolute worst of all third-party vendors all they care about is profit. I've been working for 3 1/2 weeks to get my Dexcom G6 transmitter sent in time my transmitter expires tomorrow. And after spending 30 minutes on the phone tomorrow to FedEx next day, Air Saturday delivery my package they send it ground. I now have to live the entire weekend without knowing what my blood sugar is. Buyer beware unfortunately, there's no way to go after these medical vendors, but I wish there was a way as a group to attack these people for their lack of care
