The poor quality of Edjoin and the worst customer support system is why school districts should open up their application process to more than one platform. Edjoin knows they can do whatever they want, be as lazy as they want, be as rude as they want because applicants have nowhere else to go to apply for jobs. The people who man their customer service department are rude, incompetent, and arrogant. Beyond the pale to force hundreds of thousands of educators and other school employees to use the Edjoin system.

Tip for consumers:
It is wrong for Edjoin to take advantage of educators who are forced to use their platform to be rude and unprofessional. Their system is terribly cumbersome.

Products used:
You must use only this platform for applications

As other reviewers have stated, this website is absolute garbage and I have no idea why schools use it. ONLY 1 MB per attachment? This is absurd and outdated; I had to use my phone scanner app AND COMPRESS THEM to make the required attachments small enough. I'm sure this makes hiring reps for school districts that much more busy due to having to click, open, and print EVERY attached document.

In addition, as I was adding my employment experience, the website froze which resulted in the loss of all the information I had added. THIS HAPPENED ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS during the same application. Finally, I wanted to print the application I had submitted but it's not showing up in the list on my profile. I know it was submitted because I received a confirmation letter from the district.

Honestly, I don't think any actual humans work for this company anymore. If there are, they are doing a HORRIBLE job updating the Edjoin website; educators and school districts deserve so much better!

Brian assisted me with making sure nattachment was entitled correctly. A correct submission will secure an interview and hopefully getting hired with the school district. I waited an hour but totally worth it.

This piece of $#*! site does not allow the upload of documents more than 1 MB large, this means if you want to upload documents you need to scan and save 1-2 pages long files and upload them each individually. This site either needs to be taken down for this frustrating process or make the upload size bigger.

The marriage of public education and the private tech industry is probably the worst thing that has ever happened to education. Now the students are years behind and schools are stugling to find teachers. Edjoin represents the epitome of a dysfunctional program with absolutely no accountability. Parents and teachers need to stop the harm that is being done to children by this money hungry tech companies that do not care at all about the harm the are doing to innocent children.

To work for the public school district you have to apply through a private corporation that shows you pop up adds for travel options, new careers, and Grammerly, to name a few. Gross! It's like a scene from the movie Idiocracy where technology runs everything and the people have become brain dead consumers. Wost off all you can't upload anything of any quality because Edjoin software is so completely outdated and lame.
