Booking experiences have always been good, but when it comes to collecting all information initially, e.g. frequent flyer numbers for airlines, clubs and KTN, seats, baggage etc. it always seems to be harder or impossible to accomplish and without interaction with support. Improve this or tell me what I am missing and this would be 5 stars.

If you are booking flights it's best to do the whole process via eDreams - l found l couldn't access my info in any logical way when l tried to find flight info etc when l went onto the Wizz Air portal - ( a very disjointed interface)and when l tried to check in Wizz Air didn't recognise the booking codes l had and only found return flight details for one passenger. Maybe just unlucky - but my tech savvy husband also found the whole experience frustrating.

A quick and easy process to do the best search with several alternatives
I found just what i was looking for it.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
