Purchased the flex travel through there site, which was A LOT extra. I had to switch a flight which I was told to pay the airline price difference and then I'd get reimbursed. No one ever got back to me. I'm still waiting for my money.
What I paid for my ticket was a price gauge, I would have been better off going through the airline directly. Avoid at all cost!
I have booked a flight with them for $1500 + and they cancelled it due to airline didn't get confirmation with them. They are only offering $986 as refund now and I have to spend another $2200 to book the flight to the same destination again. They also lied about flight being fully booked where I was able to find seats in the same flight to the same destination for the same date. This is not a place I will never book my vacations anymore and don't trust them at all. What a rip off!

Bought a one way ticket from Naples to Palermo and the total came to 179 euros. I tried to find the price details since I only received confirmation of a one way...did I buy return? I couldn't find the details. Frustrating.

Do not deal with this company! If you cancel, good luck getting your money back. I got the run around for a year only to get an offer of 10% of my money back if I give them my personal banking information
Must say a seamless experience where booking was made very simple. Even though I am an airline employee having worked in the airline industry over 2 decades, I find EDreams site very easy to navigate.

I had the easiest time booking the air ticket with eDreams platform, however, when trying to contact their customer service, there is only a number to call, and to make things worse, the phone automated system didn't work at all, wasting all my time and effort.

Don't dare to use Edreams, scammers company, in any case of a issue, you will never see your money back, I was stuck in the airport because edreams didn't inform me that the airline company has canceled my ticket, so I had to stay in the airport for a day and search for new tickets, directly on airline's company, I was promised for a refund by Edreams manager on phone, but I never received it for almost half year now, getting fed by their support agents with different stories! Scammers!

Booked a trip to Cancun for 11/15 to 11/19. The flight dates were correct. The hotel was booked for 11/14 to 11/18. I had to pay $340 out of pocket to cover the extra night. Calling the so called ‘help center' sent me in circles until frustrated. I should have booked everything myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry!
EDreams cheated on us not paying in refund for ticket cancelled. Highly manipulative. Do not ever ever purchase through eDreams. A real fraud. They respond saying check personal email which is a hoax again.
We purchased a flexible ticket. But when we tried to use our privilege, we wasted 4 days, a lot of nerves and finally will purchase a ticket again. I can't describe how bad customer service is. Just hope soon they will go out of business
EDreams has so many add on charges, it is better and less expensive to book directly with the airline. After booking with EDreams, I saw the airline website had a betting price for the same flight. EDreams promoted 24 hour full refund, but that is not true. They don't have a refund policy at all, only what each individual airline offers. Don't book with them; go to the airline website.
The rates and discounts are unimaginable. The app navigation is smooth,the entire sequence of data input is just so convenient
To much information about offers making the whole experience difficult to negotiate. Cost of flight was £43 approx.but Easy Jet sent me an email quoting £85. Very confusing. £43 has been taken from my credit card so I guess that's the right amount after all.

My interaction with the customer service reps is excellent - i was however concerned when the first leg of my flight was cancelled - and so had to rebook - i am awaiting a refund for that flight
EDreams got 5 stars for ease of booking and keeping me informed. However, they lost 3 stars because their sales pitch about getting 80% of your purchase price back if you cancel is nonsense as I found out when I had to call customer services because the chat bot doesn't have all the answers. It went rapidly downhill from there...

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
