I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
This is the worst company to deal with. I'm still waiting for a refund for a cancelled flight since December.
They kept telling me that they were waiting on the airlines, but the airlines said they were waiting on them to make the request. I was on the phone the entire morning trying to solve it. It is still not solved.

I was on the phone and web site with Spirit over 5 hours and could not book the same flight for more money but I was online with edreams for 5 minutes and booked the same flight for $30.00 less
An alternative to booking with the airline which had a lot of confusion and bad customer service

In general, it was easy booking using application eDreams. Updated me about the gate.
The only thing was that the boarding machine did not accept my booking information, and I was told to go to the boarding deck to complete the boarding.
The boarding staff was friendly and smiling.

This agency is unreliable, they sold me a ticket which was not valid. At the airport, with this ticket, I did not board the plane because while I had a paid ticket, this was not valid. Now they do not change it, nor do they return my money.

There is a big gap in the exchange rate. Although I ordered it at a discounted prices, it was be highly that the exchange rate difference increased the price.

It is not understandable that the reservation is not eligible for cancellation under the insurance "Cancel for Any Reason" that I paid 48 euro to guarantee an eventual cancellation.
The "Cancel for Any Reason" suggested by eDreams should be applied in any case by its definition.

Worst customer service imaginable. Waiting over a month for a name change from maiden name to married name.
They don't care and immon the phone to them daily and nobody does anything to progress or action the request.

I bought the flexible dates insurance when I booked my tickets. I had to change the dates, and try to get a hold of someone. First I went through a life chat where I had to wait for over an hour to get to someone. Then I I was told I will get a call from someone within 3 days. I explained that I do not have three days that I just want to change the dates. Again I was told that I'm out of luck and just have to wait. I tried to call the service number which to my surprise was the exact same person that I had in the live chat again I was told I have to wait for a phone call. The next day I received a phone call back they tried to change the booking for me and said there was an issue with affairs that they will have to give me a call back. Again surprise surprise nobody called me back. Do yourself a favor and do not book anything with this company.

Edreams prime membership is a scam. Upon browsing, the membership approval is checked. You must uncheck before you buy any ticket. Once buy a ticket, your prime member fee is signed up for 30 days. You only notice withdrawal on your bank account 30 days later. Too late to cancel the payment. You automatically becomes a member of the edreams prime. NO REFUND. A real scam

I have booked some flights with the option of the cancellation and the possibility to move the flight. I have initiated via call and via website the change of the date, and via call they cannot provide me any consistent feedback and information and on the web site after 2 months I get a feedback that an agent will consider my request soon.
I think it is a strategy to scam customers, because you sell the tickets with a surplus compared to the airlines prices pretending to offer some flexibility but the moment you need to use " this flexibility" customers are scammed.
Don't use edreams, the they are scammers and do not support customers with clear information and transparency on refund.

1 start is way too high. We prepaid for a car. When we arrived at the Hertz in Phoenix they said they were closed. Meanwhile there was people in the lobby being helped. They refused to give me the car I already paid for and said I needed to contact edreams for a refund. No matter how hard I could never get ahold of a real person at edreams. The closest I got was to talk to a robot on their chat. I was trying everything to not have to file a dispute via my credit card company, but that is the route I had to go because edreams is an enightmare.

My flight was booked correctly and I paid the appropriate baggage fees to eDreams, but when I got to the airport I was informed that my baggage fees were not paid and I had to pay them to the airline.
