I ordered these candles in gold. I have them on my fireplace mantel. They are beautiful and have multiple lighting settings and a timer option when you use the remote control. They take quite a few batteries, 3 AAA each. I have not used them long enough to tell how fast they eat batteries. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. It was a great price, and the delivery was fast.
Wedding supplies. Great experience overall! The cups and napkins met my expectations for quality and appearance! There were all split shipped but all arrived according to schedule! I would definitely recommend this site to others!

I will not be shopping with this vendor ever again. I ordered 9 tablecloth and only received 6. I immediately contact them and chatted with Nick H and was advised they can reship my items in 5-7 business days and If i wanted expedited shipping since my event is Saturday, I will have to pay an additional fee for their warehouse mistake. The box my item came in was not even big enough to fit 9 tablecloths. I am so disappointed because as a new event planner, I thought I found a good vendor.
I tried to return three items on their website. It says no hassle returns. They expected me to pay more money to ship the item back then the item was worth-- they tell you to keep the merchandise and they will give you six dollar credit but then they will charge you over six dollars for shipping. They are not an honest company and their products are very low quality. I do not recommend anybody purchasing anything from this company. Whatever you buy is yours whether you like it or not because they will charge you more than the item is worth to get a return label beware and go elsewhere!

Quality is ok, but problem I have is with the shipping my first order was late so they refunded half of my shipping with a gift card so I gave them another chance well it's late again! You get a email saying shipped and 2 days later you check on it and all it says is label created! Shipping dept needs work!

Terrible product, worst customer service. Ordered personalized ribbons and napkins. Such a POOR quality of print, crooked and misplaced, no color on some letters. They refused to refund or reprint. The customer service is so unprofessional. Do not buy any personalized items, you will be embarrassed for your guests to see them. I ended up ordering elsewhere and lost money. efavormart.com is the most unpleasant experience of all.
After 3 weeks I contacted the company to see where my order was. There phone number doesn't let you speak to anyone or leave a message. It just hangs up on you. Emails never answered.
I am disputing through PayPal. Do not use this company if you don't want to be ripped off.

I was about to purchase $70 worth of products (4 rolls of satin ribbon) and after 'Happy Shopping' the shipping cost came to $65! To Sydney Australia. How convenient.
Do not trust, they are good at helping you 'add to cart' and online chat, however when it comes down to the crunch they are certainly misleading!
After reading these reviews I am glad I did not purchase anything. But they will obviously change their name after this... tip: just be weary of your final check out costs
These masks are good quality and sell for a reasonable price. I just wish they were not made in China. I will be looking for masks made in the USA for my next order even if I have to pay more. It's time to bring back the production of anything having to do with the medical field here to the good ole USA. EFavorMart should source this product from American companies. If they do that, I would give them a five star review.

I purchase a gift and needed to return. Efavormart wanted to charge me more money for the return shipping cost then the item was worth. They offered a 13.00 return on a 34.00 purchase and asked me to keep my item( which I do not want) their online return policy reads efavornart will furnish return shipping labels see below copy and paste from their web site!

Paid for the whole case price of what their website suggested. The rice was 98% off the regular price, but only sent 1 piece. When I contacted their customer service, they were not at all wanting to honor the price I paid for and waited 6 days before the wedding hoping to receive full quantity. Grace G from their customer service kept repeating one thing over and over pay for the difference and we will send it out. ( basically saying sorry we did make the mistake, our IT is incompatible, and we did cheat you with the price but you are the one who have to pay the difference.

By far the worse phone customer service. Order an item, item was shipped with restriction on it as it could only be held at a UPS hub. THe hub had reduced hours making it hard to get package. Phone rep had no manners and was rude would not let me get a word in. The phone rep put package on hold and would not reverse what she did. There prices might be good but think twice.
Charged in USD. Paid for shipping to Canada. Slammed with import fees. Company sent a very rude email stating 99% of their customers know about the import fees and sorry you didnt! Thanks. Won't be ordering from them again.
I can't say enough bad things about this company. Do not waste your time or money. Spend a little more with a reliable company. Do not succumb to their scam. Read all the reviews and note that the few good ones are probably written by efavormart employees. Horrible, rude customer "service". No way to contact them. I still haven't been credited for my return. They wouldn't even give me credit toward another purchase without a tracking number. Bad, so bad. Please read the reviews and take them very seriously
I gave these out for our baby girl's Baby Shower and people seemed surprised that they are also soaps. They're that lovely! My only concern is the lack of scent. I ordered two different scents and couldn't distinguish either.
This was my first time using Efavormart. Ordered multiple items, they sent everything but the 60 chair covers. I contacted them and they kept trying to convince me that maybe I was overlooking them because they were noted as shipped in the one box that I received. I advised them that the box was not opened or damaged when I received it, and it was a smaller box. I was not overlooking them and they were not in the box. So they agree to ship them to me, which took about a week or so. However, I actually only received 50 of the 60 that I had originally ordered and paid for. I reached out again, and was told how they were noted to have shipped 60. I offered to send her pictures, the box that I received was directly from the manufacturer and clearly labeled as a box of 50. I was then offered a refund for the remaining 10. I advised that I did not want the refund. I needed the 10 chair covers that I had paid for that they have messed up sending correctly twice now. I requested that they be shipped expedited because my event is closer. They were concerned about the cost of expedited shipping. Are you kidding me? - You have messed up my order twice and you are concerned about shipping it to me fast because of the cost of shipping. I eventually did get the 10 other chair covers on time. Quality was okay, these were for a Sweet 16 party. I definitely would not want them for a wedding. Also, ordered some of the electronic light up numbers which appeared new but did not work at all, had some other light up decorations which were fine. I do not recommend and would not use them again.

I recently placed an order for 2 packs of ostrich feathers needed for bridal shower centerpieces. When the order arrived, there was 1 one pack of feathers. I contacted customer service through the live chat option. I explained the situation to only be told "from our shipping record, everything in your order were packed and shipped. Please empty the box and check again all the missing items should be there. In case, if you do not open the package then please check it with the first person who opened it." I again explained that the order was incomplete and that the packing slip only stated one item was packed. The operator asked for a picture of the packing slip. It was then that I noticed the packing slip was addressed to someone else. I informed the operator of this and sent a picture. After being placed on hold for a third time, I was asked when my event was. My event is in a week. The operator informed me that they will refund me for the missing item. I asked if the item can be expedited and was told the following, "I am sorry for the trouble, but it will cost us more in shipping to make it on time". I asked to be connected to a manager, told to hold for a few minutes, and then the operator actually said, " I am sorry for the trouble, here if you can pay $8 then we can expedite the shipping." So, let me get this straight, I already paid for two items and shipping fees, only received one item, and then am being asked to pay to have the missing item sent to me. One pack of feathers cost a little over $15. The first reason they could not expedite the package was because it would cost them more to ship than to refund the product. How is $8 more than $15 and then to ask the customer to pay for the shipping costs of the missing item. It is truly unfortunate that a company who wants their customers to think of them as a "faithful friend" treats these same customers in such a way that deters them from returning or recommending others.
