I'm a party planner, and because of the COVID-19 people are still trying to plan parties that was previously canceled. So we are getting last minute requests from clients. My orders came on time for this package without any extra shipping cost. At first it would of arrive a day after, but I came home, and bam it was here on time.

I ordered the universal gold chair covers and black satin chair sash for my sister's birthday. The product arrived on a timely manner. They were of good quality and simply beautiful. I had ordered and realized that I needed a little bit more, so I emailed customer service. They were so helpful and pleasant. Very professional. Will definitely recommend them and order in the future

Terrible! Got the wrong items! Someone else's with all their personal information on it and wrong color. Asked for a call back then said they called me at never did! Tried the chat and the agent said I will be right back. 6 hours later I am still waiting for a chat response!

I love getting my items and seeing the great quality and great pricing when using the promo codes... I feel like a winner every time I get discount. My red sequin tablecloth will be underneath a gold satin tablecloth which is to die for. It brings out all my decorations on the table.

I purchased the new black disposable masks, silicone ear adjusters for the masks, and small spray bottles to transfer sanitizer from a bigger bottle. I have ordered from eFavorMart before, and I am very happy with the products. They were shipped promptly and the prices are awesome! A couple of my mask boxes arrived slightly crushed, but it didn't affect the product inside. I wish the shipping rate were a little lower... I don't always need to spend as much just to get free shipping. Will definitely order from this company again!

I ordered 6 black table cloths to use as curtains in my photo studio. They arrived quickly but I needed 2 more. I reordered but accidently ordered 1 instead of 2. Directly after the order I was able to contact them and they helped me get the second attached to the first order so I wouldn't have to pay 2 shipping charges. They were very helpful and efficient and I received my 2 new table cloths quickly. Thanks!

Paid for items and $13 for shipping received one 1of4 items on the date! Then they lied like I could get my money back just to try to give me the run around! How can you sell items for weddings and events and not ship the items! Knowing that the dates are set in stone!

I love this company! I have placed several orders for items that I needed quickly and they came earlier than anticipated. Everything I received was of high quality! I will always use them for my party needs!

The product (silk roses) looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture. I contact them about returns. Operator tells me that I can avoid their 20% restocking fee by making exchange purchase. I specifically asked if the amount of the exchange had to total the same and was told the amount DID NOT MATTER. Made a small purchase and sent the order number back with the return. Still charged 20%. Contact them again and and this time I'm told exchange has to be 50-60% of original amount which they claim is "standard global practice". This is stated nowhere on the site!

I don't know how this company is getting such good reviews. The products are cheap and if you have to return something, you have to pay for shipping. Even if they send you the incorrect items and they give you a credit, it doesn't cover tax or shipping. Customer service has been a nightmare and ultimately unhelpful.

Ordered items for a girls party! Great quality not thin! I ordered table cloths table runner and plastic shot glasses! And everything was good quality I definitely would be coming back to order more things for Christmas party!

I am NOT impressed! I "chatted" the day before to make sure my order was on it's way and they could not confirm. I chatted with a girl who stated I would have the product on Friday. When was not delivered by 4 PM, I called UPS and they stated the order was not shipped The girl on the phone stated there was a label made, but it was not picked up. WHAT! I even paid for expedited shipping. Some how, some where, my order was lost? EFavormart stated it was shipped and UPS had it. On Saturday helpers were coming to my house and we planned to put 275 wedding favors together. I asked if I could pick up the items and Ricky (customer service) stated, "Not on small orders." WHAT? I asked if someone could deliver it- I live 15 minutes away and work around the corner; he said no... The order should be here next Tuesday! Poor customer service. It seems like they do not know what they are doing! Very disappointed!

They do not stand behind their products. Items received were damaged, and this is the response I got from the company:

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Both the plates are not useable at all, if you can use them as is then we are willing to you refund you 30% off the item price of the two plates or we can reship you the plates.

But, if it breaks again in transit then we will not be able to reship or refund.

The items were not packed well the first time, I highly doubt they will be the next. I paid alot of money for this item and not my choice is to find something else! Dont trust them. They subscribe to poor business practices.

I order some carnation flowers from this site wanted lavender and picture showed lavender and they sent pinkish red not lavender or no where in the purple family contact the on line chat the rept was very rude and basically said I can return but I will be hit with a 20% restocking fee... not to mention the flower are miniature size... stated they do not have a phone number to contact them...

I ordered several different colors of the cloth napkins and I love them. The colors were very nice along with the quality of the product. I would recommend this website! I also received my products very timely! The orange ones looked awesome on my table for Fall.:-)

I ordered personalized napkins for my daughters wedding. They can in a plastic bag and were crumpled. I paid over $50 for them and they offered me a $15 refund and told me to sit something heavy on them. I not happy

I am very satisfied with the disposable masks. I purchased the mask for my parents that are elderly so they can consistently switch them out. I am grateful I ran across this website while I was on google and with a great price attached to them!

Excellent room decor. Goes right with the scheme of thos in my apartment. I had a hard time finding a vase but I found something that did not require a lot of space. Thanks a million for helping me to decorate my apartment.

I received my order before the expected date, which was a great deal for me especially since I needed the items for that weekend. The chair covers and table covers are a great quality as well, definitely happy with my order.

With the requirements of wearing a mask now a days, I wanted one that was fun. This mask is SO much fun! It has multiple color options and settings. It is well made. The lights go evenly throughout the mask. It is rechargeable and comes with the charging cord. With the buy!

I found efavormart online when I was searching for decorations, etc., for my daughter's wedding. That was 10 years ago, and I have been a customer ever since. I have never had a problem with any of the orders that I have placed. The shipping is fast, and the products are just as they have shown them to be. I have a small business and I also have helped decorate for many weddings thru the years. I will gladly continue to order from efavormart!

When everyone else was out of 3/8 inch ribbon, these guys still had most of the colors we wanted... and it only took a few weeks to get the colors that were sold out... they emailed me as soon as they did have the missing colors and it was so simple to order thru the link in the email. And the price was still lower than any place else!
