I bought different silk flowers (roses, lillies and irises) to match my party theme color. I later wanted to reuse the white and red/black giant roses my niece's sweet 16 but the site ran now and my niece's party would have past by the time they could re-stock. But I will definitely be first in line when the new flowers come in. I'm just in-love with the flowers, the flowers look good on photo and I can detach the heads to stick on styrofoam. Price-wise, 4 bunches of their flowers costs the same as 1 bunch of fresh ones.

The chair covers are exactly what we were needing without spending a whole lot of money renting them! We got 200 chair covers and got them within 3-4 business days! I was amazed and I am super pleased with my experience!

BEWARE! Don't buy, the customer service is awful and the product quality is very poor.

I received defective products and they suggested I use paint to repair my charger plates instead of offering a full refund of shipping and product costs!

I cannot say enough about this company. I was concerned about the delivery time so I placed my order on the phone. The customer service agent was very accommodating and promised my order would arrive on time. Well they did not disappoint! The order arrived faster then expected and the quality of the tablecloths were great, especially for the price. Would order again without a doubt.

As a professional lighting designer, I made a $1,500+ purchase through efavormart.com for a Hollywood celebrity client. The lights were advertised as twinkle lights, but upon installation, they were NOT lights that twinkled! In addition, many of the lights I purchased malfunctioned, were not consistent with the proper setting, and just plain gave me the most troublesome time possible. I made numerous trips out to my clients house and spent hours and hours fixing manufacture issues with the lights... I took a HUGE loss with my client solely based upon the malfunctioning of these lights! My clients were greatly disappointed and I was greatly embarrassed. I am 99% sure that I lost my celebrity clients; well known in the industry.

I contacted efavormart.com customer service about the issue and they informed me that they would do nothing for me! I will be filing a lawsuit and contacting many governmental agencies and develop a web site against efavormart.com.

Ordered 12 inch silver lanterns and silver charger plates. Quality was outstanding. 2 out of the 12 lanterns came with one broken glass panel, but the company immediately sent out new ones to compensate.

Don't order from this company. They charge you additional for faster shipping and then send the package regular ground. They claimed they couldn't do anything about the shipping, however they were able to reciprocate the package to be sent back to them immediately while I was chatting with them. You will not get the correct product and it won't be shipped on time either.

I bought two packs of these cups for a retirement party and they worked perfectly. They are better that the regular disposable cups and reasonably priced. They look exactly as pictured on the site and I will definitely purchase again.

Love the ribbon, although I was purchasing it for a prom party in May and haven't used it yet. It is exactly as pictured, and very good quality. I have purchased ribbons before and they were of good quality and perfect for my event. You are my go to for all my party supplies. Your prices are great for the product quality.

I ordered curtains before from you for my outdoor patio. I realized after I got them that I had not ordered enough. So I placed a second order. OMG you must have read my mind, because the curtains were here the next day! Excellent service!

I needed inexpensive fabric to make 10 angel costumes for the school Christmas play. The 10 yard bolts of white fabric I got will work perfectly! Then I got a large table cloth in blue for the last costume. This was a great place to get what I needed on a very limited budget.

I bought black polyester tablecloths in a few different sizes and shapes, and was nervous since I had about 4 different sizes with different amounts of each size that it would come with some of the wrong size, but all 19 tablecloths came exactly as ordered. They were also shipped and delivered in the promised time, and I had tracking info emailed to me as soon as they shipped. They are perfect! I have to steam them all because they have they have the creases, but that is to be expected with polyester. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I think they are lovely. We have had to change the date of the wedding until next year due to the pandemic but these will work wonderfully for the arch they will be married under. I have now ordered the cream to go with it. I had also ordered roses for the tables with this order and they are beautiful too. My daughter loved both. So with the cream Wisteria vine I also ordered the large roses garland in rose gold that will be the front of the arch just like in your picture. They are going to just be gorgeous. Thank you

This was our Valentine Day Luncheon. I purchased everything from efavormart. It was beautiful. I used red ivory and a hint of black. Everyone loved it. We had 24 couples. In 2018 I used the magenta. I think they like both but they liked the red best. Thank you efavormary I will come back and pass the word.

I ordered this product for protection. Once received, it was exactly like the description and helped provide the protection that was needed. Also, the delivery was on time. This entire experience gave me peace of mind.

Shipped promptly and packed with care! I love this company already! They Promptly notified me of a ribbon that was out of stock and asked if they could replace it with a comparable ribbon. Once that was achieved, I received my order in record time. I am a company willing to do business with them.

I needed to purchase table linens for my Aunt's 50th Wedding Anniversary. I looked at various sites online and decided to go with eFavorMart. I had the linens shipped and they arrived on time. The table clothes were individually packaged and brand new(several other sites had complaints of table clothes delivered that were obviously used). They were exactly what I thought i was ordering, the cloth was good quality, great price. I know I will be using them for many events in the future.

I'm impressed with the quality I get for the price. Home Depot charges up to 3x more for the same stuff. I'm sure HD is slightly better, but for my application, it's not worth the higher price.

On another note, which has nothing to do with eFavormart itself, is the UPS; Boy are they a real letdown. I'm only 10 minutes away from their UPS warehouse in Baldwin Park, but had to wait 2 weeks before I got the items. Using live tracking, these items somehow were put on the truck for 4-5 days straight, the driver got as close as a couple of blocks away, then went back to their UPS warehouse in Baldwin Park without even coming by. This process repeated for four days until they finally delivered it. EFavormart, please file this complaint to UPS. Thank you!

I was glad that my order was. Correct. I got the right color. And style I wanted. That was important and is at ant time I order. As you can see I am making a WREATH out of the coral wedding FAUX PEARL flowers I ordered. I'm still adding the more. I love the colors and pearls.

Delivery time was only approximately a week this time on this order. Less time than some previous deliveries.
The items were also packaged better than several earlier orders that were shipped, which resulted in some of the items damaged or scratched.

I had a rush put on personalization of ribbons for my son's wedding. It didn't add to the cost as much as I thought it would. Well worth the cost. The ribbons were beyond belief beautiful. Came in plenty of time.

The cupcake holder with the rectangular stand. In the description it says it will fit a cupcake or a muffin that is not true.
The gold favor dessert cup is also very small.
Would not work for what I had planned.

I got a cake topper castle i used for a money box and ir looked absolutely beautiful. I also got two balloon arches for the table and they worked great for my carriage table I made. They are strong and sturdy and stood up through the whole event. I defentaly recommend these arches and this cake topper castle
