I have made several purchases for our upcoming Women's Ministry Event. I have been happy with everything I have purchased except the chair ties were not the color pictured on website. I ordered flowers for my sick mother-in-law in MN and they screwed up the order so bad! First sent flowers ened up being sent to me under my mother in law's name- to the wrong state, then used her name on my credit card! Then OUT RIGHT REFUSED TO RE-ORDER correctly! No phone number for customer service (should have been my first red flag!) Their so called "chat on line" service did not work during stated their hours... We are out money, Two days later WE HAVE NOT EVEN received said flowers! Ha ha... TOO DUMB A COMPANY! My fault for picking a sketchy one! Will order flowers from only reputable dealer next time with a phone number! One that actually straightens out their messes and has a phone number!

Loved it. Especially now for xmas. I was looking for a red and black plaid table cloth. I have a square table all other table clothes were rectangle and only found this 1 on their site

I ordered three arches from efavormart and two completely broke when I tried to set them up. I took pictures and went to leave a review. Funny. I tried a few times over a couple of days and the website wouldn't let me leave reviews or stars below 3. It did let me leave a 4 star review for the one I liked though. No wonder the reviews were all spectacular when I first found the site. I thought for sure I hit the jackpot on price and quality. Turns out it's all a scam. I then looked through countless other items. They've sold millions of dollars in products and no 1 and 2 star reviews. Only 3 and above. Now I know why.

It also wouldn't let me apply for a refund through their refund section and upload photos of the damaged product.

I sent them an email and three days go by with no answer. So yesterday I tried to the chat button again. The agent said they would give me a 35% refund as a credit to the store. I said no way. It's broken and wasn't able to be used. I woke up this morning and they've issued a refund but not the amount needed.

I placed an order on April 16,2021 and most of my order is on backorder. They originally said it will be a few weeks to restock. I asked for an update in May and we are June now and NO ONE CALLED BACK! They finally answered me after I complained and now they are saying my order MAY COME in July now! Why are they selling items on their website if they are NOT in stock and making customers wait for MONTHS for their orders!

I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW INCREDIBLY IRRESPONSIBLE eFavormart is in dealing with their international suppliers! AND they say most shipments are shipped from California and that may be true since i received my items in 4 days, but i was charged for international shipping costs! I complained twice and all i get is they have no control over international taxes and duty. THAT IS A LIE, they choose not to, and i am sure they pocket this for themselves. I am too afraid to return my purchases in fear of extra costs. This is my second time ordering from them, the first time i NEVER had this issue. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. Shame on them.

The foam flowers were amazing and so easy to use and attach. We made a gorgeous backdrop for a sweet 16. Have already recommended to friends and family!
