After many emails and phone calls I finally got a $225 dollar refund on $390 dollars of broken merchandise. I am now waiting on getting the parts to complete the install that I had to purchase for $390. I am having to email to find out why nothing has shipped. The amount of frustration dealing with this company is horrible. I would never shop here again. I feel completely ripped off. I wanted to warn other shoppers so they can avoid getting ripped off. "

Ordered two fireplaces, one did not meet specs and return they actually called me and told me that they were refusing to refund my 1300. I am going to sue them if they dont process my refund. Stay away.

Ordered some fyre logs to ship to Canada. Good price and in stock. Responded quickly to both my questions and in providing a quote. Disappointed that Shipping was 1/2 the price of the item at $140 because no free shipping to Canada. Had to call them back after my order as my package hadn't been picked up by UPS according to the tracking #. They quickly fixed the problem when I asked. A few days later I get an second invoice for $100 brokerage fee from UPS. I would have still ordered but I would of appreciated being told the full price of shipping was $240 or that additional charges would apply.

We recently moved into a new home and the old fireplace grate needed to be replaced. After searching the internet, we found the efireplacestore which had the perfect replacement. We are extremely satisfied with the service, price and quality that we received. We highly recommend the efireplacestore for anyone looking for fireplace equipment.

I ordered a blower from them and realized once it arrived that the way the gas line was placed I would have to hire someone to move gas line and the glass plate and logs in order to put this blower in and get it to fit. It wasn't worth it IMO. Trying to return and their return policy is outrageous. They are trying to charge me for original shipping that I got for free, restocking fee of %15 and I have to pay to ship it back. So the total will be over $80 for something I didn't need. They won't budge.

We chose eFireplaceStore for our recent purchase of a fireplace grate. They offered a wide variety of sizes and shapes and their prices were fair. We received our grate in a heavy duty box to support the weight and were pleasantly surprised to receive in a timely manner. We are enjoying our purchase on a near daily basis.

My son called to order fires place insert for me. He explained what I wanted and the salesman he spoke with was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. The insert was shipped the next day and was received in perfect condition. I love it and looks really nice. I am surprised at how efficient the insert is. It heats the room very quickly and I am very satisfied.

EFireplace researched to find the part we needed to replace a 1980s cap that disappeared in Hurricane Irma. Then they matched competitor's price and very very quickly delivered the part to Florida after our order from Wisconsin. The delivery tracking was excellent and notification of completed delivery to an address 1500 miles from our home was especially appreciated. A great experience with many helpful staff. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Part (2) of two reviews. After purchasing a vent free gas fireplace insert from efireplacestore, it was late arriving no fault of their own. FedEx was to blame, it arrived on time at the terminal but sat for a few days, after my inquiry they admitted it was damaged, so because I was under time constraints for this install I agreed to go to the FedEx terminal and take a look my self. It was not damaged it was destroyed, so I rejected the shipment and contacted efireplacestore to seek a replacement. I expressed my concern about the timing for receiving a replacement. These guys listened to me and a replacement was shipped out ASAP, and to give a little credit to FedEx, it arrived on time and without damage. The staff at efireplacestore is AWESOME, helpful, accommodating and I highly recommend them for all your fireplace needs. Merry Christmas

The process of ordering a fire pit cover was very quick and easy. I was kept appraised of the status of my order at all stages of the process. There was an immediate confirmation email, followed by several delivery notices and a thank you notice. Very professional.

Not knowing what to expect without seeing the product in person, I was delighted to open my carefully packaged shelf mantle. It was / is beautiful! I am now ready to order a second shelf mantle for my second fireplace downstairs!

I ordered a replacement fire panel and when I received it, it was cracked completely across. I called on a Saturday and spoke with a representative who instructed me on how to complete a replacement request, which was very easy. I received the replacement panel in about a week. And plan to install it this weekend.

I e-mailed the fireplace store and explained to them what I needed. They got back with me and told me where to fine the information that I needed. And with a few days my parts arrive just like factory original parts. It was quick fast and easy. Thanks for your help!

Panel arrived very quickly after order placed. It was packaged securely and arrived intact. Very satisfied with the service received and quality of product. Still in process of seasoning panel, but so far it seems very sturdy.

EFireplace responded quickly and was very helpful. They helped me with the venting components required for my application.
I also ordered a blower kit and remote control kit that arrived quickly and was easy to install.

I called to order venting products for new woodstove. The man who helped me walked me through each piece I would need. He was very patient and polite. EFireplace store had ALL items in stock which is saying alot with supply and demand issues at MANY retailers currently!

The process to buy was clean and simple. The service rep made sure I had the right size logs for my fireplace. I've never purchased gas logs before so I asked the service rep to help sure I had everything I needed.

When a technician assembled the unit, he commented there were no lava rocks. I assumed I had purchased everything I needed and had I been asked about lava rocks at purchase time, I would have gladly purchased them. I had to go buy some locally.

Aside from that, good experience.

Your website makes it easy to select and order the fireplace. I had questions and made a phone call to your representative and his assistance was excellent. My fireplace was delivered 2 days later. I found dealing with your company to be excellent.

Not only does the Superior Fireplace exceed our expectations, we were blown away by the quick delivery. Despite the timing on our ordering we were able to proceed with our construction without delays. We will not hesitate to purchase our fireplace needs from fireplace.com in the future!
