“Bathroom Nightmare”

I went to Einstein's on 16 st & Camelback in Phoenix. Once inside I went to use restroom, while on toilet, the door of the stall fell off hing s & fell on my legs. I could not get up, I finally kicked it off, no one heard me screaming or yelling. All the hey did was send gift cards which did not work at all. To this day I cannot speak to anyone at all.
