The garage floor was raised and the walls were laid out, insulation was installed along with the rough plumbing, electrical etc... Eric installed updated fixtures into the room and bathroom. The layout and design was almost flawless, we worked together on changes as we went along. We went with knock down all around the room and tile in the bathroom along with ADA sink and toilet. Eric installed a mini split a/c for the bedroom with heater and movable shelves for the closet.

We are very pleased with the project, we went a little over our initial budget but that was due to changes we wanted through the house do to the remodel.
