When I was trying to buy an account for a certain game on Eldorado, I was only given the balance for the site eldorado, not the actual account. When I tried to buy the account with the balance, It said I needed to verify myself with my DOCUMENT ID'S and a picture of me with the ID. This $#*! is a $#*!ing scam, waste of 70 usd. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO USE THIS SITE!
I am a long time seller and buyer of Eldorado. Just this week I bought an account and the details were changed on me. I spoke with the support and was very frusterated and they decided the case against me + I got permanent banned because I was angry that I got scammed and they wouldnt assist me. STAY AWAY!
Fast payouts and support addressed any concerns i had so i recommend it definitely didnt have high expectations when coming and they surpassed thme by a lot
They request all your ID information with photo
Right after this, you'll get immediate permanent account suspension with reason 'Suspicious activity'
Odered WOW classic gold from this company, once they had charge my Credit Card and took the money from my account, they then wanted further verification of the transaction wanting selfies and a copy of my photo idea. I asked for a refund and am told it will be 5 to 7 business days to process, funny how they took the money with ease, but can't refund the money the same way. This company is known for selling user information on the DarkWeb, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!
Your CC will charged immediately, and only after that Eldorado will ask to validate your ID. If you can't validate - you have to ask their support for a refund - 5 days
THEY ASK YOU FOR YOUR ID AND A PHOTO OF YOU, 15 MINUTES LATER THEY BAN YOU AND EVENTUALLY BAN YOU FROM THE SUPPORT CHAT. Part of the thing they say is "your account can be suspended without providing any further details." DISGUSTING
Let me tell you about my experience, both unpleasant and justified. I bought an elden ring account a month ago from a guy with a green checkmark, which means he should be trustworthy if the site management lets him continue selling. Everything is fine and dandy, I changed the password and email from the steam account, but after 2 weeks I find that I no longer have access to the account, apparently you can recover your account if you enter the card information and specify the first payments on the account, things on which I had no way of knowing about the account. After I left a bad review, the seller contacted me and told me to delete the review because it affects him, while I was trying to contact the support of the website, who told me that he couldn't do anything because I - the warranty period has passed. In the end, the seller gave me another account with elden ring with which he did the same scheme after 3 weeks and 4 days, while I currently have no access to any account. Conclusion do not buy from here, I was robbed of 25 dollars. You may find this identical review on other sites because I don't speak English and I use google translate to write it
Honestly I've had seen enough of these reviews 1 star & People keep getting scammed by trust pilot I come from a scambaiting forum. This type of scam is well known and we've complained to many politicians, news agencies and etc about getting TrustPilot Reviewed so scammers can no longer have a means to post fake reviews. This site will steal your ID, Credit/Debit Card Information and ban your account instantly.
They Claim it's "Security" Go to the store or order from legit companies. G2A/Eneba/Gift Card Granny and etc are all better options for cheap gift cards, In game items and etc. I Rarely see gift cards being purchased to do money laundering withdue to quality anti-fraud measures which are freely available thanks to the open source community not to mention post-2017 this is harder to do so not a lot of people are willing to spend $100 on 10 stolen cards and only 1 is alive and has 3D Verification. This site is meerly stealing your Information to resell it to criminals.
Let's run down the "Is this a scam site" handbook really quickly.
1. No Business location/Fake Location: Check
2. Site has a weird TLD (GG): Check
3. Site has whois data hidden: Check
4. No Fax/Phone #/Mailbox to contact support: Check
5. Uses Email/On-site comms only: Check
6. Asks for some sort of ID/CC Number or whatever: Check
7. Has botted/Paid-for fake reviews on Trust Pilot: Check
The site is fake, If a KYC store asks for an ID it shouldn't be a site dealing with gift cards but if It does just buy some in person. If you're asked for your Debit card info, You should only be asked for the last 4 digits not the entire 15-16 digits, CVV & EXP Date and name.
Make sure you use legit sites, Enaba & G2A are legit and honest sites do not use low end "I Never heard of that site" Websites.
I took sweat to add all my details, then i get accepted then i enter buy amount enter my game name for trade, and suddenly "your account suspended contact customer support" as you could guess customer support forwards massage to me of permanent suspense, no further explanation will be disclosed... What?
Beforehand auto message claimed suspicious activity when i pressed buy button for the first time ever, but support wouldnt engage any constructive discussion. So i feel my id info was basically taken by them and straight after that i get banned, i hope it is not gonna be used for identity theft, or do you think i should contact police is this fishy or normal? Are they legitimate. Please post more experiences of your about this site, so i could comprehend do i need to take legal action.
While i write this i understood why they do not engage into discussion... so i couldnt print screen it, while i was writing this they have disabled me from direct contacting support and redirected window to avoid printscreens, i give -5stars obviously.
Answer: They will take the account back eventually. Some like to wait a month or two what what do you expect? They took it from the original owner so.
Answer: Our customer service is available 24/7 on the website, therefore, getting in touch with customer service has never been easier!
