I purchased the refrigerator 3. 30. 2019. It will no longer keep cool. I have read many other Customers with the same problem and Fridgidaire (Electrolux) will not stand behind the product. I can not get it serviced in my area because no one will work on a sealed system. Contacted Customer care and it will be $219 trip charge plus an estimate $1000 plus parts. I would expect that the life of this type of unit would be more than 3 years. Now I have a refrigerator that doesn't work and a freezer I cant match and get no support from the manufacturer. They want me to buy another refrigerator to replace the one that failed for $3300 plus delivery. Very poor Customer Service and support of a problem they must be well aware of and take no responsibility.
And now trying to post a review their web site and this is what they came back with which none of the reasons listed unless they obsoleted my model and again it was only 3 years old. I will continue to post on any review site available to bring focus to this quality problem and their lack of accountability.
